This incident exposes clear police retaliation after a driver flipped off an officer for an illegal lane change. Calm and wellinformed, the driver challenges the stop, leaving the officer embarrassed and forced to back down. >> I wasn't sure if you're trying to flag me down or what. >> What's the reason for the stop? >> I just told you I wasn't sure if you're trying to flag me down or not. >> No, I didn't I didn't like the illegal lane change you made behind me. If I'd done that in front of you, give me a ticket. What's your name and badge number? Badge number. >> And how was it illegal lane change? >> Because you didn't use your turn signals. >> Was I behind you? >> Yes, sir. You were. Okay, you answered your own question. You mean anything for anything else? >> No, I just want you to acknowledge the illegal lane change cuz I got dash. >> Well, I I have a GPS. I have a GPS enabled dash cam. I'll be contacting your supervisor and I'll send them the video of your illegal lane change. I didn't do that. My supervisor >> Cuz if I did that in front of you, you'd pull me over and give me a ticket, right? >> I didn't do that. >> But you would if I did. >> I don't know what. >> You put the badge on and you think you're above the law. You should, you should you should enforce. >> I'm doing this job because I want to, not cuz I have to. >> You took an oath to the Constitution, right? >> Not the Constitution. >> You didn't take an oath to the Constitution when you took the job. The only reason I pulled you over is I thought you were waving at me cuz you needed help. Is that all I can do for you? Are you done? >> No, I'm good. >> Okay. Have a nice day. >> Thank you. You do the same. Stay safe. It just seemed that the police officer was to set an example and follow the laws to sworn to enforce.
