A man is pulled over by police for no valid reason and asked for his license and insurance. When he requests video evidence, the officers respond by issuing a ticket for reckless driving. Reasonable imprudence to speed. It's unreasonable for the area that you're in to be doing the speed you were doing and going around all the cars and stuff. You didn't have your insurance on you, but I did I was able to confirm your insurance, but by law you're supposed to have it on you. >> Oh, I didn't know that.
