reason i pulled you over because you were on your phone coming through that intersection right there i'm deputy pratt i'm a reserve deputy with the pinal county sheriff's office we do have a lot of retirees in the reserve unit it allows them to also retire but also still have the options to work every now and then i love what i do i love taking care of the community being reserves allows me to continue doing that while taking care of family at home it allows us to maintain our certification so it does not expire and once the time comes you can transition back into full time they see the same uniform we are sworn officers the state of arizona we take the same calls as just that we assist on the day-to-day operations you go through the same police academy as full-time deputies it's a great opportunity to still help your community and still use your skills that you've done for your whole career and then work at a part-time commitment
