So, it's 4:00 in the afternoon in Santan Valley and the traffic unit just arrested backtoback and pair drivers. Uh, I was on my way to back up another traffic unit deputy that had a a vehicle stopped. Um, that driver was ultimately arrested for DUI drugs. On the way, I observed this vehicle uh that had both moving violations and an equipment violation stopped this vehicle. This vehicle is operated by a alcohol impaired driver. Um, preliminary test shows over three times the legal presumptive limit. Um, that's preliminary test. We're going to go back to the office and do some more tests, both a blood test and a breath test. get something definitive for court. But as of right now, it's the middle of the day on a Tuesday in Santan Valley and we're arrested in paired drivers. >> Um, first question, what alcohol or drugs have you consumed in the last 24 hours? >> In the last 24 hours, um, I've uh consumed beer. >> Okay. >> And >> about how many beers? Um, grand total like three. >> Okay. You seem like an IPA guy.
