we have a report of a non-injury collision this intersection is is notorious for um for collisions so what caused you to run into this fine gentleman over here i was just looking for food places looking for food places were you looking for food places on your phone i was not on my phone no well i would imagine that that gentleman there that was doing nothing wrong and then got rear-ended and then i would imagine he would expect that the driver of the vehicle that ran into him would get a citation and i'm going to facilitate that right now you're receiving two citations today your first one is failing to control your speed to avoid a collision the dispatch just kicked out a priority um what they kicked out as an injury accident they said they could hear a baby crying and it's in this area that's right here by hunting bella vista strangely enough right where i had a collision earlier today so you're distracted by anything conversation radio phone watching animals birds youtube anything like that no okay all right i'm going to take some pictures here tow trucks are on the way i'm wading through the paperwork of registration insurance driver's license now the scene is safe we just get the cars out of the road and finish the paperwork and take pictures and all that stuff so it's just it's more paperwork related than anything else your citation is for failing to control your speed to avoid a collision this is the second the second collision on this road i took with someone your age today yep the first one was up at bella vista and hunt highway same exact thing girl rear-ended a guy and same thing here it's the it's just it just it just happens it's also why i have a job so i mean i'm a member like i told you initially i'm a member of the traffic units why i drive the cool car um but i i this is one of the things that we do for a living is we we try to get people to slow down by issuing traffic citations and other stuff we take collision reports and we enforce dui law but you're okay which is the most important thing [Music]
