them to get tested okay as much as you
can
do DJ I'm not my Spanish is good but for
DUI I'm not
sure you I speak it but with the you
have to say very specific things and
like certain things I don't know if I'm
to relate
I'll call him I'll call him you call him
yeah call
[Music]
him hey sge this um this do you
[Applause]
watch somebody could just um like say
exactly what I need to say and Del in
Spanish
I to say everything I have to say in all
Spanish I I'm not going to be able to do
that honestly let me let me uh when
you're done let
me hold on one second
um so he was uh he was asleep at the
wheel with the engine running drooling
there's open containers in the back he's
obviously on the influence of something
I I I could just do five now right do we
even have to do field sobriety

but and he wants you to give him
uh so the wall that was
uh all comes back to his he says this is
his friend that his friend should be
somewhere
around he doesn't have a driver's
license I'm just I kind of want to know
where this guy is that's he's the r and
he left his wild and phone here also oh
this guy's wild that's the AR of this
vehicle he's saying that that's his
friend we'll fig
that well he's [ __ ] up
idea that he has one from this country
but nothing from the
US oh the toing
this we're going to be we're going to be
some time
okay CER the registered owner could you
find like a contact number um this
gentleman's unlicensed and I don't want
it can't stay here I don't want to tow
it so if we can get in contact with the
R I would prefer that but if not then
send me a 5
five so I'm not sure if I'll be able to
can try no hey uh an we tell that call
request I told him I said if he can call
his friend all receive that uh just send
me a 55
[Music]
[Music]
I even told him I said if he could call
his friend
he then
okay
[Music]
[Music]
in newey
a so um like that
counts I'm going to have to wait till
Remy comes cuz he's not going to
understand what I'm trying to tell him
cuz he's saying that he wasn't actually
driving so I'm trying to explain to him
you don't have to physically be driving
but the intent is
there and his friend clearly isn't here
nor does he have the number four his
friend who allegedly whose car it is
so is what it is the car r it was on
yeah

[Music]
[Music]
[Music]
you just sleep in that the well actually
you could sleep in that
[Music]
[Music]
so he was trying to say that
[Music]
that's what I was trying to explain to
him
sorry he saying that but he can't
explain where his friend is who
allegedly left the car who he can't
explain why his friend isn't here yet he
doesn't have a telephone number to call
his friend
we're going to have a mom
[Music]
[Music]
[Music]
okay explain to him if he refuses the
exam we're going to go based on
observation
[Music]
intended yeah okay so
we can't say that I mean it's it's
whether he's going to take the exam or
not this is the last time we're going to
go back and forth if he's not going to
take the exam we're going to go based on
observation and it is what it is
[Music]
he wants to go with observation huh he
say he wants to go with observation okay
so he's refusing me to
do that's it we said it once that's it
we're not going to go back and forth
2
297 to
take tell him to turn around and put his
hands right back he's
