Police confronted a man for suspicious behavior while he was simply recording in public. Though he calmly explained he was on public property, causing no disturbance, officers escalated by demanding ID without a crime. But when he firmly challenged their legal basis, they grew uneasy and ultimately backed down, exposing their abuse of power. >> When you cause concern to other people, that's breach of peace, which is a criminal act, which thou makes an investigation that you are a suspect for. Nothing illegal what I'm doing. >> Go ahead. Next time I'm going to ask for a complaintant which then will in terms lead to an arrest.
