Police thought they could violate a man's rights by boarding his boat under the excuse of a routine safety check, suspecting an illegal charter. What they didn't expect was someone who knows the law better than they do. Watch how he stands his ground and forces an embarrassing retreat. >> Nice to meet you. Why do we need the video? >> I'd like to document it for, you know, purposes. I'm also on the video, so >> Okay. Okay, that's fine. We're just going to do a safety check today. All right. Check some safety equipment without reaching or touching. Do you have any weapons on board? >> No, we don't. >> Okay. So, I just need your license registration, please. >> Sure. There's a question. I asked what the purpose of your voyage was. >> It's a pleasure voyage. I like to have fun on the water. >> You guys are all friends or did you pick them up? They're here to visit for spring break. Most of them are not from here. So, how do you know them? >> Yeah, through friends of my other friends. Yeah. >> Friends of your other friends. Okay. You have any questions for us? >> Uh, no. I'm good. I was just wondering what what makes you want to stop us today? Is this random check or something? >> We're doing checks out here all day. All boats, all charters. It's spring break and we're doing our job. >> Yeah. Don't say this is a charter cuz charters are paid rides. This is a free owner's ride. >> I understand. But you have a lot of people on this boat and normally that would make it a charter. So that's why we're here. >> So since everyone will be watching this on Instagram soon in a few minutes, I want to tell all beautiful girls they're welcome to join Miami Papa Yacht for free rides. There we go.
