A man went on a rampage and ran over two cops while attempting to flee. When the police finally got him to stop, he refused to exit the vehicle. This is who police stopped. I'lling shoot you. Put your goddamn hands up. Keep your hands up. Don't you move. I'm going to go up top. Break some windows. You do anything stupid, you're going to die. Do not do anything. Start breaking windows. Hey Jory, break it. They're going to start sending pepper balls to your car. Start coming out. Cover me. Cover me with your pistol. Climb out the top. Climb out of the car. And you're going to walk across my hood right there to my partner. Do you understand me? Yes, sir. I'm going to come around to you with your hands. Have him go the other side. Okay. I'm going to go make contact with the home officer here with camp police. Just to let you know, we broke your fence a little bit. This guy ran over a Milton copper earlier today. He was ramming our cop car, so we pitted him. I want to give you information for the risk management person for the city so he can coordinate to get the fence fixed.
