Tyler so the call was he was refusing to
leave they terminated him he was
refusing to leave I got here I told him
like look they want you to leave he was
like oh I want to know why I'm being
fired told him they don't have to
provide you that they tell you you're
fired you have to leave he's like well
I'm not leaving until they tell me he's
like well I'll clock out and I was like
all right well this is how it's going to
go you either leave with me or you leave
on your own he just kind of went like
that so I said okay so I stepped to him
I grabbed his hand he tensed up uh put
this hand down to his side I didn't know
at the time but he had a zero handgun in
this pocket um so he he pulled back like
this I stepped back took my Taser probed
him um the first one didn't do anything
to him cuz it was it was real close so I
Ste back again hit him with the second
one um he grabbed a hold of it and then
just charged me so I took him to the
ground um I think I think what the head
injur is from my Taser cuz I I popped
him and we were we were fighting at that
point um and then he started screaming
that he had a gun and then that's when I
noticed all the blood
I worked for the Department of
Corrections even after getting that
felony that's fine listen you have the
right to remain silent anything you say
can will be against you in a court of
law stand these rights that explaining
to you yes please get me a lawyer I do
not have the funds to afford one

starting to set in he's got a pretty
decent laceration I see that so I don't
know how you want to give to the truck

released Zach was charged with
trespassing battery resisting and
carrying a concealed weapon the bond set
by the officer was a whopping $40,000 he
is innocent until proven guilty in a
court of law
