A woman was pulled over for having a fraudulent tag on her vehicle. This is what the officer discovered. Hey, so what's going on with that tag on that car? Um, I've done everything it has asked me to do in Gwynette County. Okay. Um, hand you the papers of me getting a bond for the car. Yeah, that tag doesn't come back to this car. It comes back to um Honda court, a black Honda Accord. So So why is it on this car? Well, when I bought the car, I bought it like that. That's what the the dealer did to me when I bought the car. He basically scanned me. Okay. Um out of the tag, he wanted $5 more,000. When I bought the truck, I wouldn't give it to him, so he would not give me my registration. I'm in the process of getting a bond tag for this uh vehicle. Okay. Um I've done everything, but I can't drive around with that tag on my car. I'm in the process of um getting it done, but the issue is I I still have $30,000 on this. I have the long. Okay. So, what dealership is this? This is in Decap County where I bought this car. You have the name of the dealership? Uh, I have all of that is on the bomb paperwork if you want. Yeah, you can get the paperwork. I'll be right back. ma'am. Knowingly being in possession of these of these two tags on your vehicle, it's felony forgery. How's that felony? I mean, it's a felony. This came like this. This is But you knew it belonged to a different vehicle. That's for No, no, no. I did not do that. I purchased this vehicle. I understand. But you being in possession knowingly, it's illegal. Yeah, but that's not of my doing. I'm But you, it doesn't matter. You knew. That doesn't mean I'm going to charge you with felony forgery. But when I said I said, you know, the belongs to a different vehicle. You said, "Yeah, it belongs to a haunted court." Because I found out in this situation last year. Did you get pulled over? I got pulled over and the guy So why is it still on the car? Because I have no way of getting that off. And you've had a real tag assigned to this vehicle. Damn. I got to give you tickets. So, you're getting a ticket for uh fixing a license plate on the vehicle to conceal the identity of the vehicle, expired registration, and also uh display a plate for the tinted tag cover. And also having a license plate that is made to look like a license plate issued by the state of Georgia. Have you signed right here, here, and the very rear one? [Music]
