then that would have been cool but no no he so he started weaving around that 18-wheeler I think did he lose it I think he was going to try to hide and there was a car behind it so he was like oh he's gonna Smokey in the Bandit yeah yeah so he tried to pull a little smoke in the Bandit and lost control and he was swerving and I was trying to key up to say he lost it but I couldn't get my car radio went down I don't have a working computer so it was all portable and they get iffy when you pick up speed so he hit this and I was like is he gonna try to off-road that Malibu no he just lost control negative they're all just sitting around waiting on it and they come in 10 minutes I bet it ain't headed there I'll start checking the neighborhood down here Jerry is Jerry working No Other Nation suspect said he didn't have time to throw out the crack pipe we found which makes me wonder if he threw out something else quick enough but I thought that I saw debris or something in the middle of the road now it might have been something go to the uh go to the turnaround going up Cantrell hill before you get it okay cancel exit you'll get to that turn around the emergency vehicles running around right there turn right back around there was something that's our number two number three yeah uh I saw something like a like a plastic bag or something come come by and I couldn't tell if it came out of his car or not because I backed off on that turn downhill he told me when I got him in custody I said you got anything on you and he said there's a crack pipe in the car I didn't have time to throw it out which leads me to believe that whatever I saw might have been something he threw out yeah when when I drove when I so when I saw it it cut into the Tailwind of his car from the driver's side and blew towards the right side shoulder oh that's the only thing that helped me get caught up but it was a bright yellow back like a Dollar General back well so if you don't see it I'd say it's probably good back out yeah we'd almost leveled out flat but we're still on the hill coming down on the radio while I'm talking to this dude out here 10 30 seconds all right man you're good to go see it appreciate it did he take off before he lit him up no he was he was I was here about 62. uh I popped a UE on him on Broadway because he was going south I was going north yeah and uh he sped up and went around the corner and jumped on the freeway but after that he just slowed down I guess he was away and so I was trying to get somebody near me before I lit him up finally I just got impatient lit him up I'm surprised do you remember old guy oh God yeah the gun he got a red queen I'm waiting on them because I want him to check him I don't think the car knocked out I think he just lost control when it comes through here he bottomed out and decided to failure he tried to pull the Smokey in the Bandit he went across the 18-wheeler because we were on the outside and he slowed down but there was a car I guess it was worried about getting rear-ended because I could see underneath the bridge kids kind of see his car and he started swerving but sergeant and the 18 wheeler was like oh no and so it cleared it up for us and I saw him swerving like crazy and then he hit the ground and cut down here my car radio kept going down another time to cut out we couldn't get anything on the portable to tell y'all for three minutes jail and they did the initial but after that they he kept complaining they did anything well the infection was in the bone so they weren't seeing it in the skin area so it kind of blew it off I've got Mills to come look at you are you injured anywhere at my toe is swelling up I think I read my toes infected I think you bumped it running through the woods yeah well I know I did I know I did it has to hurt it hurts now I feel it again it's in throbbing I can barely walk all right well they're coming to check you uh on that side of it where's the other half of your gun yeah there's half of a gun the part with the serial number the parts that counts and the trunk of cars there's a frame but there's no slide and I was wondering if you knew where the other half of it was the only thing the only thing the part with the serial number which is the part that we care about as far as I know I mean I don't know about anything about a gun now all right I understand we're waiting on mems I'm gonna have them come look at you are they charging me what's going on no oh my god well are you a convicted felon yes sir well there was a serialized gun in the trunk but that's more up to the detective what he thinks about it uh it wasn't within your immediate reach but it was in the car I'm not I'm not really concerned about that part of it I'm more concerned about the fact you were in a stolen car and you fled from me all across town endangering everybody that we drove by I was just scared well I don't I'm scared I'm scared I'm scared of jail man I spent my whole life dude we spent a whole lot less time if you'd have pulled over and talked to me versus doing all this could have killed yourself got one of us hurt or any of the innocent bystanders trying to drive home tonight I definitely wouldn't trying to get nobody else to record me um but I ain't I can't say that I can't say that I wanted to go to jail right now I feel that I do but your chances of not going to jail are better if you stop and talk to us versus I know who's playing and running as long as I've always been totally honest with y'all about what I do and am doing because I've always yeah well I'm just walking through because I like to be 100 with everybody as far as I know right now you've got felony Flynn because you fled about over 100 mile an hour most of the time from the across town and you've got a stolen vehicle those are the two charges that I've gotten running for you um we're gonna probably take you up to the station to talk to a detective if we can get one to come out and respond because that thing hung on you somewhere yeah we'll leave it then worry about pulling out when we get to the station um you'll probably be interviewed but I want man to take a look at you before we move you all right just holler if you need anything we'll be hanging out here for a minute
