be taking a look at the arrest of the
entitled Karen AKA judge Christina
Peterson from the Atlanta probate court
now the Atlanta police department has
just released the footage and I can tell
you that she's very entitled in that
footage so first we'll take a look at
the body cam video and then we'll take a
look at the press conference that her
attorney did without further Ado let's
get right into it

right out of the judge's mouth she needs
to be taken there
expeditiously what I find pretty ironic
is that she has probably senten people
for obstructing a police investigation
but yet she's doing the exact same thing
thing right now so yeah the hypocrisy is
unreal you prevent take me I could give

said the charges were simple battery and
felony obstruction so maybe if she
didn't obstruct by not giving her name
and delay the investigation she would
have had only one charge I guess that
was a really bad mistake on her
part I know how does that feel I got a
you have small wrist so I know I do I
don't supposed to be in handcuffs you
said you shouldn't be in handcuffs okay
but when
people so what's my charges now you said
I was charged with a felony what's the
felony you didn't you didn't tell me
that misdemeanor um what's that this is
the how many charges is it sir cuz they
went from one to I told you obstruction
and simple battery obstruction what's F
you said felony obstruction yeah what is
felony the objection it's the same thing
I just said you struck the
officer come
on all right so now that we have seen
the body cam footage let's see what her
lawyer has to say about the situation
originally the audio was just in one ear
it was very very bad quality but I was
able to put it mono so the quality is
much better now and it's easier to
listen to check this

Marvin Arrington Jr I'm the attorney
representing uh Christina Peterson I
want to thank you all for being here

um as the investigation continues to
unfold and more facts come to light we
believe that Judge Christina Peterson
will be completely exonerated of these
charges uh at least two
eyewitnesses have stated that Judge
Christina Peterson will only try to help
uh his love who was being brutally and
viciously attacked by a man outside of
the red Martini
nightclub
uh
Miss Kelly and miss love Miss Kelly is
the friend of Miss love the woman that
was
attacked uh they simply want to know why
the man was not arrested and why was
Judge Peterson arrested for simply
trying to to be a Good Samaritan and
help a woman that was in
distress we are anxious to see the video
from Red Martini nightclub and other
nearby businesses as well as footage
from the police body cameras based on
the eyewitness testimony and the female
victim we believe the videos will
confirm that judge Peterson should not
have been
arrested we look forward to her complete
EX
exoneration and dismissal of these
charges we call on the Atlanta Police
Department to arrest the man that was
seen in the video assaulting
misl viciously and
violently we call for the immediate
release of any and all body camera
footage from this incident and any other
footage obtained by the police well it
looks like the Atlanta Police Department
was very happy to release the body cam
footage and it doesn't make her look
good now don't get me wrong it's quite
possible that she tried to diffuse the
situation and by mistake she attacked
the cop but it's everything afterwards
it's the Karen Behavior refusing to
identify obstructing the investigation
that really doesn't make her look
good we call on the Atlanta Police
Department to dismiss these charges
against judge
Peterson this this is living proof of no
good deed goes
unpunished the idea that a Good
Samaritan who was helping a woman that
was being viciously attacked could be
arrested and the man who was viciously
attacking the woman could
not did not get
arrested speaks to other issues that
will be addressed at a later time we
call on district attorney fonnie Willis
to personally review this matter and to
dismiss these frivolous charges at this
time I'm going to
ask Miss Kelly who is the friend of Miss
love the lady that was being attacked to
come forward and to make a brief
statement um good afternoon everybody um
this is not something I really wanted to
speak on but when I saw that someone was
arrested for simply helping my
friend my friend was being vicious
viciously attacked and I saw a perfect
stranger that I had never seen before in
my life do something that I wasn't even
brave enough to do she stepped up and
helped my friend this man was three
times my friend's size I was trying to
grab men around us to to help so by the
time I turn around I see this person
just flying by me and I didn't know who
she was but I just know she helped my
friend and if she hadn't helped I don't
know what we would be saying today so
there's one thing that really puzzles my
mind I wonder if the judge did that
mistake and then she accidentally
attacked the cop instead of the
aggressor but what if she cooperated
what if she said you know what this is
my name I'm a judge this is just mistake
I didn't mean to hit you and that
actually I meant to diffuse the
situation well possibly things would
have went differently but of course she
chose to be a total Karen refused to
identify for the entire investigation
and make everything more difficult
possibly the police would have been more
understanding and would have brought the
case to the prosecutor and said you know
what it was an accident let's just
forget it but I guess we'll never know
so I want to thank you

say and now we will here for Miss Love
who was the woman that was being
viciously attacked hello good afternoon
you guys my name is Alexandria love I am
the woman that was
attacked
um Thursday morning about 2:30 3:00 by a
man I don't
know he pushed me down he I scraped my
elbows he vially attacked me fist forth
punched me in my
face and she was the only one that
helped me she the only one that was
grabbing to help me everyone else in
that video was his friends grabbing him
trying to grab him but could not attain
him she was the one that was grabbing
him she didn't mean to hit the officer
the officer swooped in and grabbed me up
he didn't even care to see the per the
man the big man that was actually
brutally hitting me in my face
so when she see him grabbing me she
didn't know it was the officer she
thought I was still being hurt and
attacked the officers walked up after
she was already on the ground and the
guy was in front of her face officers
was nowhere in sight because I would
have grabbed the officer but I was
grabbing strangers and the guys with the
red shirts that work for red Martini if
there was a officer there I would have
talked to the officer officers was
nowhere on site until after this lady
was already in a police car and five
police cars came they all left when they
took her I had to sit there and call 91
and just feel horrible that nobody
actually helped me I've never been in
that situation before in my
life so as you can hear the officers did
not even take the statements of Miss
love nor of Miss Kelly or any of the
other Witnesses they did not detain this
gentleman uh and we believe that this uh
is a travesty of Justice uh and we're
calling on the Atlanta police and the
district attorney to dismiss these
charges immediately and to charge this
man for his violent acts on yesterday
early yesterday morning well I do agree
with the attorney that that man if he
did indeed commit that and I do believe
he did needs to be charged he needs to
be arrested
immediately but I don't know if that
truly exonerates the Karen judge because
her behavior after being arrested was
totally unacceptable especially coming
from a judge but let's keep listening

right no can you explain her state of
mind right now what she's doing Marvin
which charges especially stand out to
you that you really want fight in terms
of what the judges do well the
investigation is early I want to fight
all of them I don't believe she should
have been charged at all but we want to
wait to see the video we want to see the
body cam video we want to see the video
from Red martini and any other nearby
businesses uh because we think that that
information will completely exonerate
judge Peterson are you worried about
just what we've seen the last 24 hours
impacting her reputation as a judge and
her character it's been challenged how
is she feeling about
well uh I'm sure she would love to say
some things today uh to clear her name
but uh I think that Miss love and miss
Kelly have done that for her and I don't
know that she needs to say anything and
we're just thankful that they were there
and that they saw they told the truth uh
and let everyone know what happened what
actually happened uh and it's it's just
really a travesty that uh the only
person that the Good Samaritan is the
person that got locked up I mean that is
uh it's just a travesty yes love you
suffered injury what injury did you
suffer I have a black eye I have my
glasses on um I have a sprain my thumb
is sprained wrist and my thumb um I have
scratches under my elbows from the fall
um I have skin off of my toes that's why
I can't wear any
heels um lower back pain swelling how
did it
um in line for
food I apologize to the young woman that
he was with that um you know I pushed
her after she start being aggressive
with me and I apologize several times
he's behind me calling me names calling
me out my name being vicious so I turn
around cuz I feel at this point I'm
being threaded she's on the right of me
he's literally standing hovering over me
and I'm right behind the G she's right
yes so I turn around and I say why are
you trying to provoke me why are you
calling me out my
name and that's where it started he
pushed me down Mr ER I know you're
calling for a release of several pieces
of video you're asking for the da to get
involved what's your next step your next
mve this Cas uh well you know the case
will progress um hopefully it will not
get uh indicted she's been charged with
felonies which we think is completely uh
inappropriate uh and so uh the police do
the initial charging and then the
District Attorney's office will
determine whether they should take those
charges to a grand jury or not and so uh
we do we don't believe that there should
be any indictment that comes out of this
uh we believe that the Atlanta police
should dismiss the charges and if they
can't dismiss them that the District
Attorney's Office should did she refuse
to tell the officers who she was
well I don't know that who she is or who
she was is relevant to what was to the
vicious attack by the man on Miss love
um I think that there were probably some
bystanders that informed the officers
that she was a judge but I don't believe
that judge Peterson told them that she
was a judge no she didn't tell them she
was a judge and in fact she didn't even
tell them who she was when she knows
very well that when you're under arrest
whether it's going to be legitimate or
not not proven in court you have to
identify anyways another Karen arrested
another one bites of dust for now we'll
see what happens with this case and I
