okay go slide all the way in for
me it's all right it's all right we're
not going to
leave we'll get up in a minute all right
I'm not we're not
leaving are you his actual wife you guys
actually married do you have your ID on
you it's in can you get it for me
what
must so she's over there having a great
conversation about the water we don't
want about anything get up with you okay
so take a couple deep breath
and and we're
cheing we're
cheing having a great conversation
[Music]
my last name is I haven't changed my
last name yet that's fine but you guys
are legally married you're legally
married okay I'm so sorry and you have
the one son and front uh common yeah and
I'm
pregnant and you're pregnant right now
yeah at any point did you guys have were
you guys just having a verbal
altercation today at any time did he hit
you push you nothing like that okay what
are you guys arguing about well I get
really aggravated when he drinks because
he doesn't know how to control himself
okay and he's just very aggressive when
he's drinking obviously we can see that
and so I don't really know how this
happened like I earlier today I had just
said like you know simmer down you know
and then he blew that out of portion and
everyone was staring at him I know you
got her Man's phone his phone I have
nothing for him I have nothing for him
other than his
ID I don't have it so it's missing so
basically um then over here cuz he was
talking to me and he's been feeling like
like he he had felt like that earlier
today I was like walking towards him and
I wasn't but that's just alcohol and so
he was telling him get in the car and
then I was trying to put bag in the car
and he came towards me and I kind of
like screamed because I got scared but
like he didn't like physically touch me
and so and then that's when she had
right like that's when she had came over
and I hadn't put the bag in there and
then he just started to get loud but I
was literally just respecting what she
wanted me to do by coming over to her
and speaking to her about it okay and
like I was going to tell her that
literally nothing happened that we were
on our way home but then he just blew
out of proportion like he gets all crazy
mhm and so nothing physically known
between the two of you between the two
okay what about the sun was there any
involvement in the sun no nobody touched
the sun nothing like that touch okay so
you guys are just having a verbal
altercation over him drinking and being
highly intoxicated yeah and it was just
really annoying okay what is his
relationship to this gentleman here he
is his friend they're just friends
they're not Brothers like they claim to
be they're not Brothers they're not real
brothers okay uh he lives in Washington
State still Camp
Washington okay so then why are they
claiming to be brothers because they're
Bros they're just Bros they're just good
friends that's it they're just really
good friends
and okay Unfortunately they been in jail
in Washington what have they gone to
jail for um just had a DUI but you had a
Justin that's all he's had is a DUI no
um he had a DUI and
um I think um incent Liberties like
uh and I don't really remember
everything he's gotten a lot of stuff
okay any prior battery Leo on a security
fighting with an officer I don't think
so CU that's what he's going to jail for
tonight now no I don't think so say for
spit in my face he's going to jail
tonight for spitting in my face okay
which is a serious felony in the state
of Florida yeah you guys don't mess with
anything here no you guys are
very the way they were acting with them
being brothers and whatnot and Justin
pushing Willie while I'm trying to
figure out everything going on that's a
crime down here but now finding out that
they're not actual brothers that changes
things okay so I'm going to see obvious
I'm assuming Willie's not going to want
to press charges for the battery on him
but that doesn't deviate from the
battery on me for him spitting in my
face okay which is yeah it and that's
not going to happen down here in Florida
so he's going to go to jail tonight for
battery Leo his bond because you all are
from Washington is probably going to be
about
$4,000 okay so right now he's up in the
supervisor's
office um we're going to finish our
paperwork up there and then he's going
to be transported down to 33rd Street
here on uh
jyp okay John Young Parkway here in
Orlando
okay um I don't have cell phone my phone
is dead his cell phone the only thing
that I took from him was the hat and
then his Vape pin is what I'm assuming
that is his credit card's in there I
don't know where his phone's at he may
still have his phone on him I don't know
I didn't take it um I will find out if
he has it with one of the other officers
part of me just feels like he's going to
blame me
first sorry
yeah my
[Music]
on in
who's oh you guys are down
downstairs all
right so the only charge he's going to
have tonight is going to be for battery
iio for spitting in my
face um the other dude over here coming
to find out they're not actual Brothers
like they were claiming to be when they
were fighting when I when I walked up
trying to separate them you know what I
mean yeah yeah yeah I'm finding that out
now that they're not actual family so so
yeah so and then Willie's not wanting to
press charges for the battery so but he
is going to go to jail for spitting in
my
face all right I'll be over there in a
[Music]
minute
awesome all right
bye I yeah both of them I don't know
what to say I'm
cool services are you good no I'm good
I'm
fine hands on with and then all suspects
are innocent until proven
guilty thank you for watching
