parolee with action in history for uh simultaneously hey we're gonna go ahead and tow it search it plus he's been drinking like crazy he said he's had two shots but the way he's talking the way he's walking refusing to comply I'm just gonna let him break the cage no his car's already scratched to Hades he locked out didn't want to go on a pair of cuffs because I told him to have a seat I thought he'd reached something the way he was doing I didn't she patted him down okay but just the way he was putting his hand right there he just didn't want to cooperate he said you won't turn off my truck I'm like I asking you now I'm gonna ask you to step out turn your truck off and step out I ain't got to but you do he was acting kinky from the goal but I can tell you why he's grown probably got well you're gonna do it do you wanna y'all want to start man's assistant get that party got him okay oh yeah hey do me a favor just climb in the back seat and clear it looking to look really good in all these spots I don't know if it wasn't open but no it's open not in the sense that it's open he's got it open in the sense that it's actually like an open beer cam it's a sealed can I I get where you're coming from there buddy [Music] so who's going to be involved and is over there anybody was there somebody else wait there's five Hamptons is he involved yeah okay I'm just trying to make sure and keep tabs so I can say hey when we cut this later [Music] um I would typically Hey listen typically in a use of horse I would stop the video and restart it automatically but he's in the back of the car kicking and acting like that I'm gonna let it roll okay yeah it was just a simple reckless driving I mean he was doing when I clocked that whole group they were doing between 60 and 65 and he was the one like we talked about like literally right before that who how can you tell when somebody's going faster than everybody else and then what did he do he flew right through that group like literally cut two people off I thought he's gonna hit one I'm like go go go and then he did the same thing here hey so we ended up having to use a force on this guy he's not the most Cooperative person he's back here kicking the door but he's got a gash on his head his head's on this side of the [Music] word yeah we're straight I'm gonna get 9k were you involved yeah you got Skype yeah I know I know as much as we love that they're gonna make you cut a letter even if all you did was assist with handcuffs is anybody hurting by the way am I good huh what did he do he's been drinking oh he was driving reckless to Dan University I took him out of the vehicle walking back was going to have him have a seat he told her she didn't have no idea or nothing and then I've asked if he was been drinking when he turned and looked at me I could smell alcohol on him walking back here told him I was gonna have him have a seat and um he wasn't flying like he gonna have a seat he makes a long story short went ahead and put a handcuffs he kept grabbing our door she couldn't open it so I went ahead and I was like we're just gonna put in the handcuffs he didn't want to open the door and have a seat so hey I got an ambulance here for you they're gonna look at your head you want to face this way so they can look at your head okay all right well if I'm a liar let the medical look at you just stay in the car please hey sit in the car police key you do that to yourself but yeah real talkies yeah appreciate it do it right there second time I said it stay in the car please what is your badge when they get done with you we're going to go ahead and roll up the window so we can talk to Sarge okay I mean again that'll be a question for them yeah we're just here for your medical concerns well I've got a supervisor here James right here yeah we're striking we had to call him he's got a minor scrape on his head um okay we'll check on that in just a second are you okay yes okay are you injured I'm not out there okay on your forehead okay [Music] [Music] okay okay let me just say where you get those custody just to make sure they're okay okay all right I will be dealing with you in just a second okay okay we'll figure it out okay I'll be right back with you okay bye go ahead and roll that back window for a minute hours turn the rear air on for him already making sure this is what we're talking about right here he's been doing it the whole time hey if anything we can get uh solids just to stand over here and keep him preoccupied while we sit in the back do you want me to stop my video restart it real quick we have not done it because we've been doing this the whole time I want to do it from hey man I I I'm trying to get Bob first of all okay that's what I'm trying to do but now I'm just trying to talk to you and get you to quit kicking stuff I would love to get them to listen to you okay I want you to turn your face that way turn your face that way so you can work just a cup you can work these real quick you can work these you're already involved anyways opportunity hey by the way I did the two fingers on the uh I'm gonna have a hard time doing Dewey on them like this oh yeah okay I don't know what you got I even had to find out he's been drinking all right I just tried to detain him back grabbed the door and tried to keep the door from opening I grabbed his arm he tensed up I went to put him in a pair of Cups and then he didn't he locked out and didn't want to go Cubs let's transferred to the hospital can't force them to do it I'll do a urine draw but I got no paperwork I've got to go print everything off with the problem anyway hey hey we don't have to do blood draw we can do a year at the hospital we don't have to do it at the or we can do it but yeah we'll show BAC with I think oh yeah okay I mean as far as I'm aware you're in South BAC because when they do dead bodies they inject into the bladder and when they do that they've been dropping a bladder for alcohol foreign can we run him make sure he's got no active locals while we're doing it and then um yeah go from there yeah just in case I didn't have to reply correct Hey listen I did on camera shoved two fingers up between his uh wrist and his thing okay and it was perfectly fine and I made sure to capture that [Music] am I correcting that yes okay so more than likely it's just a minor scrape oh I know don't even need a Band-Aid Sarge about this if I can get somebody just to go to the jail with me babysit we can run to 12th Street I print all the paperwork off and go right back UAMS that's fine who else is here or actually I'll tell you what let's go to baptist they're a whole lot quicker who else was here um we got to go to gmf for the prisoners yeah you won't follow us and then once we get inside you babysit we'll run to 12th Street and turn everything off reset your cameras right now all right no don't do that don't do that camera up here the this one is Master controller you cool with him not being seat belted because he's Incorporated yeah he's just gonna break it and then he's going to catch a felony all right let's go
