can't stand outside in the rain naked in
front of the school bus
all right township to uh doctors west
they'll be riding with us
nobody said you did anything wrong
they're trying to help you
i gotta go somewhere else you said you
were gonna help me start to go get my
bag we are
[Music]
the video for today
shows officers responding to
what was actually multiple calls about a
woman who was standing outside in the
rain
in various states of undress
i'm including one of the 9-1-1 calls
on this video so you can get a
perspective
of what the people were seeing before
officers arrived
one of the things i would like everyone
to recognize with this video
is the amount of time and energy the
officers spent with this person
because they were trying to avoid having
to use any force on her whatsoever
you'll notice that eventually
the officers run out of options and have
to forcefully remove her from a vehicle
the videos that you normally see of
these instances
are the ones captured on cell phones by
bystanders
and they typically don't start recording
until the officers have to pull someone
out of a vehicle
so for this via video
you will have the opportunity to hear
the 9-1-1 call
you'll get to see how the officers
interacted with this woman before they
had to pull her out of the vehicle
and you'll also get to see how the
officers interact with this woman
once they've removed her from the
vehicle and they're transporting her to
treatment so with all that being said
i hope you enjoy this video
i hope you learned something
and i'll talk to you soon
all right columbus police what's going
on there hi this is southwestern
transportation calling we have a driver
that's calling in a pedestrian that's in
the road
