Loss Prevention called police to report three girls attempting to steal $7,000 worth of clothes. The women had placed thousands of dollars worth of merchandise into suitcases and bags, then attempted to make a run for it. Hey [Applause] I'm going to head back in the store, sir. Bro, think about the other one that back. Yeah, my body came and run away again. I'll whoop your ass. You understand me? Where did her Where did her bag go? I didn't want it to get lost except the other officer. I didn't want it to get lost, dude. I'm sorry. Wait, why did he grab your Why the [ __ ] Get your ass over there before I yell at you. Do that [ __ ] again to me. The last time you work here, so it's no surprise while we're out here. Listen, it's all on video inside. I'm going to be straight up with you. I don't like gray on black and white with people. Uhhuh. Everything you guys were doing inside was on video camera. But a jug and vacuum. Yep. But what? Retail that what I what I smell. Probably the purse for one, huh? Probably the purse for one. I walked in there with that purse. You didn't bring that in. Yes, I did. You can watch the cameras. I walked in there with that purse. Well, you got nothing in it. No ID. Okay. I walked in there. Why did you bring a purse in there? That's my purse. Why did you bring a purse? It's emptying. It's nothing in that purse. I know. Why'd you bring a purse? Cuz I could bring a person. I Cuz you're stealing stuff with it. I ain't never put nothing in the purse. That's okay. You're all You're all together. You're all together. They ain't even get nothing. So what's the problem? Oh, really? No. You sure about that? Yeah, they I seen them when they walked out. They they ain't never got nothing to That's okay. Don't worry. I guess you don't know the law too much. Temple. You're on probation? Mhm. How long How long you on probation for? You don't know? Well, it's grand theft. So, did you get a year, two years? 5 years? I don't know. You just got on it two days ago. You don't remember how long you're on probation for? No, I'm not really. Okay. It's kind of odd that a woman walks around with an empty purse. A lot of people do. No, nobody does. No, only thieves walk around with empty purses cuz they did she have a purse out there, too? A brown one that was brand new? Yeah. She said she brought that in. It's on the counter. You can see. So, she stole it from someplace else, but it's empty. Right. So, and I and I told him they all worked. So, I was talking to him. He said they all worked together. I brought all the stuff to one spot, put it in the bags, and then walked out. Not all of them made all the way out. It doesn't matter. One of them made it out and then turned around and saw law enforcement. Who she say? Police were called to a local convenience store where they were briefed of an employee who had stolen over $10,000 over a short period. This is what they found. Um, I got that notification around uh August 4th. And then as I started looking at it, uh, other shortages started coming in after that date, but not that large. Uh, and then the last shortage that was reported was on 87. So there's a total of 1 2 3 4 seven deposit variants totaling 9,555. Okay. There was uh the amount of the shortage, the 4775 was the exact amount of two of those to the dollar. And then when I watched the video of Ash today that she was going to pick up in the morning, you can see her open this drop safe and there's a stack of cash like that big. She has her backpack on top of the safe that she's supposed to put the money in to spin it and it drops down. No one can get it after that. She doesn't spin it. You can see motion by the backpack, but the video is not free. I had her initial. She admitted that she took on these dates. Oh, she told you. Yeah. And then I initial by deposit I took cash from. And that's Oh, that she said that she stole or that she like Yeah. She know that I took cash from she gave me a full confession reason or anything like that. Okay. Would you say it was more of a desperate type of thing? Okay. Was it there's a lot of things going on the household that he just fallen through? Was there like at least like you know late on is it like late on bills or it's a bump you know we learn from mistakes right? Hopefully this would be like that big island that like we can't be doing stuff like that. We got to find someone. All right. So, uh, do you have any belongings in here besides your backpack? No. Okay. So, unfortunately, right now, we we are going to have to take you in. Okay. Like I said, it's not the end of the world. All right. So, and like I said, what I'm going to do is um I'll write down um what what you need if you want to reach out for, you know, single mothers that need, you know, some type of assistance. So, cuz this right here, like I said, I respect you that you're being honest and open with us. And like I said, a lot of people won't give him the hat. Cover your face. Cover your face. Now you messed up, but no one know your crap. You know what I mean? This is your business, not theirs. All right, you ready? Florida police were called to a grocery store where they discover a woman who had stolen almost $11,000 worth of lottery tickets and scratchers. This is what they uncovered. You want to go back in there for real quick? Okay. and he said something's going on. I can try to I don't know what's going on so I can learn more. That's the I don't want my kids to be stuck out the door and then I know. Well, we don't I don't know what's going on yet. So, let me talk to him and we'll go from there. So, have her on video, you know, selecting tickets mainly at the liquor store. She would just scratch the bottom to see if they're a winner or not, discard them if they weren't, cash them if they were. And there's also another process on the cash register to where um like if somebody brings up a winning ticket, we can key in instant lottery redemption and then put in the dollar amount and then we pay that out. Well, she figured out that she could do that even without a winning ticket and everything still balanced on the back end in our world. But then when we got the bill from lottery, then obviously we were like, okay, well, we paid out more redemptions than what we received. Um so we're looking at um total that I can prove that she by 88 was $10,650 for you. Everything that's in on video, I've got the our report that shows our redemptions on our register and then the all of the redemptions on the Florida lottery terminals. I don't know what's going on. I will tell you. We're trying to figure that out. I'm trying to figure out what I have. Okay. I'm going to figure out if we're taking a jail or not taking a jail. Well, I know. I will let you know. No, I just can't just go home. Why? Because the allegations I guess we have going on against you. We're going to investigate this all. Okay. Well, now that they did their investigation, now they could tell us what they have going on. Say he had to talk to somebody else to finish going on. Well, they're providing us a verbal statement. What's been going on since July? Okay. So, it's not more like you just stole a candy bar. Okay. I guess there's a question about almost $11,000 worth of lottery tickets. [Music] 13. In my 15 years here, I've never had somebody figure that part out that they could just do it without. So, obviously something on our back end that might need to be addressed. So, I know where you live to make sure all your information is right. Okay. 100 different types of resources out there. Okay. Okay. What do I do with my address? So, I know where you live. Why you know what I live for a report? My address has to be on the report. Everything will be on a report. You're going to take a ride to jail. Okay. So, sit down. Who do you need to call? I don't have nobody to go get my kids. So, come on. He catch Hang tight. We have some some things that need to be handled over. Can you do it out the door? I got to do it here. I don't need Stephen. All right. Interdiction officers stopped a vehicle for speeding. After the occupants stories didn't add up, a drug dog was deployed. Massive amounts of fentinyl and meth were found. Huh? $10 marijuana using a positive alert to your vehicle. Is there any of those five oders in the vehicle? No. No one smokes any of that pursuit. [ __ ] Stop. freaking case. [Music] Stop. Stop, ma'am. Okay, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Please, I'm not going to run. What do you mean you're not going to run? You just ran. Can you hold it for the other? I'm sorry. He told me to run. I didn't know what was happening. You have anything on you that's going to poke me, sick me, sab me. What do you mean you don't have anything? Yeah, that's all. Do you know if they caught him? They're going to Where's he going to go? I don't know. I'm sorry. I don't even know what's going on. They're still chasing him. Can I talk to you, baby? Get out of this, please. I have peace. So, what's in the car that's besides what's in your purse? Um, I don't know. I really don't know. I'm I'm not I don't believe you. I really don't know. Sounds like they got him 10:15 right now. So, they should be bringing him back here. Hey, nice pop, bro. All blues. So either more blues or possibly meth. So oh [ __ ] Hey Tubs. Hey yo, take a pick of this, bro. This is a good thing right here, man. Just so you're aware, we did find we just found a bunch more meth. We 10 to 20 lbs. I'm pulling it out now.
