literally go up to the G $3 of gas to bring it back to me I don't have a gas tank I have a cup that you can use like literally a cup I I can't do that you if I call up there and I say hey if I send somebody up there to come get some gas like can't do that either is there a specific reason on why we don't we don't pay for gas you can't pay for gas but that's all that I need and that's better than you guys going out your way and sitting in my car all the way whoever and me getting [ __ ] out of my ass well I can't leave you here CU somebody rearend you thenes on me I've been here for a minute anyways I'd rather you leave me here to come back bring me gas and you be perfectly fine I can't do that I don't know else she want me to say I don't really know how you knew I was out here and how you came all the way here you called this back that but I didn't give them my location they said they pinged your phone because they can't do that it's against the law for the 14th time tell you guys you to do something and you don't do it and the way she going on it's like she trying to hide something so that that automatically put the antennas up on the cop when you keep saying get out the car step out the car and since she acting so erratic about some gas then she tell the man I got a cup go go to the gas station to get me some just listen to what they say man just get out he trying to help you I don't understand these people man get the gas and come back you guys are not helpful that's not helpful you're calling more you more problems ma'am you're sitting in the lane of travel are you I actually out I'm waiting on somebody to bring me gas and I have to was over here like I have to sit here and wait not y'all I didn't even call you guys and give you guys an address to get here I'm still I'm still not quite sure why you're upset with us because if you guys can bring somebody gas you guys choose not to bring some who are who what do you mean bring you gas in what world is it our job to deliver gas to people right in what world is it our job to deliver gas there's three deputies for the entire County ma'am where in my job description does it says gas delivery I'm law enforcement officer law law enforcement I'm blocking the roadway right now I deliver the same respect is I'm given you're delivering zero gave me n you're delivering zero does no nothing it's not I I just went through the whole process of getting somebody else's car like I just got their [ __ ] I'm taking it back to somebody else's house to get everything fixed vehicle's unregistered it's because purse I don't have mine your purse is right there I don't have it well we're asking you for your information I already told you this when I was in the car when you told me you wanted to take my car that I literally just got that wasn't the question I said we need your information you refused to give your information we have an enforcement the vehicle's unregistered now you're going to jail for whatting law enforcement I didn't I was locked in my car you're under arrest for resisting law enforcement can you just take me to my house you're going to jail I didn't resist going to jail I didn't no I was locked in my car what I was locked in my car well I guess you have a court dat put your foot in if you bite me or do anything to me don't only going to get wor for Can You Stand by with her you be prepared I'm still not quite sure what that was all about that's exactly how it was with me I told her to get out five times I was ready to pull her out there's a Pur see if there's any ID in there it's a debit card she Ain got no ID or anything but yeah I reached in to grab the uh reached in here to try to grab UNG grab the lock she like ditch grab my arms scratch it but I was still charg with batteries for grabbing grabbing I'm just making sure no so should grab my arm that's when I shoved her off and then grabbed the hold burn she started to jump across the seat I mean I can see the purse but you know once again we never had her out to Pat her down and as erratic as she's acting so that's when I reached in the car to grab her pull her up and that's why I said taser because there's no way we were going to be able to reach in there she initially jumped out of the corner pissed off as I showed up then she gets into the car when I tell her we're not going to go get a gas dude I would have fac I would have been more than happy to facilitate taking a can and going and helping her she I know but I'm not we don't go buy people gas cans and go buy them gas and come back so she's wan to go to the hospital I explained to her that just because she goes to the hospital does not mean that she is not under arrest she will still be arrested afterwards and she still wants to go to the hospital she's getting a battery on law enforcement too as long as you follow right behind that's also hey when they do registration on her get a good spelling of first name good spelling of laugh and date of birth because everything I'm finding on her uh multiple SP different spellings of that first name and I can't get I cannot get a 27 return so I don't even know she's licensed I doubt that she even is that's probably why that that went the way that it did well she's getting the refusal to identify let's to get a confirmation on her driving cuz I don't think she has a license after being transported to the hospital and getting medically cleared officers are ready to take the suspect to jail I'm going what is what's his name my name's con what's his name what is cor what did he say what's your name con the whole name not your not whatever your first name is my last name is Con not your first name you're not your first name con what's your second name my last name is KH sure all right say you're leaving face face away from me I heard what the hell you said stop stop well I'm surprised he put it in the front before we go in there I'm going to read you something either right to remain silent you understand that okay I'm going to take that as refusal it's not a refusal oh that's not how it works was charged with battery on law enforcement a level five felony resisting law enforcement refusal to identify and operating a vehicle while never being licensed she is innocent unless proven guilty and that's was my whole point man let me tell you something when I see people refuse to act a certain way they trying to hide something she probably didn't have license or registration and she just just could have just just been real and said I don't have no license registration I know they don't want to go to jail but that's what it is when they refuse something they hiding something all the time 97% of the time they hide in something and it could have been all just so simple sometimes cops will be leaning on you based on your attitude they say hey we'll work with you you know you being kind to us and blah blah blah blah you being real with us we'll work with you people just don't get that just be real and tell the effing truth I don't know how many times I got to say this nobody listens to me but y'all let me know what y'all think of this in the
