All parts of beaches in Key West are closed from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. >> I told her I told her, "It's okay. I go home." But she was like, "Oh my god, no." >> So, whenever you're breaking you know, involved in a crime, which you were because it's a violation of the ordinance, right? We are required to ID. If she was asking for your ID, she was more than right. >> Yeah, I was looking for my ID. >> Okay, so I don't know what the issue is. >> Yeah. It's okay. Yeah. >> Okay, so where are we? >> So, okay, what is problem if I am meditating on the beach? >> Because these parts of beaches are closed. So, cuz Florida's a stop and ID state. >> Yeah, I'm looking for my ID because it's it's my own my phone. >> Let's work on that. >> But, even I didn't have my my glasses >> What? >> No, I have my glasses somewhere. That was the reason she stopped you. >> So, it took another officer to come here and explain that to you because I've already explained that to you. And then during my explanation, you want to pull out the phone and do everything else, and you're supposed to be out here trying to find your ID. >> Okay, so, wait a minute. I was here meditating, right? And you stopped me because I was meditating, right? I didn't do any crime. >> According to the city, you did. >> Crime? >> Yeah, the crime is So, we have ordinance violations, right? An ordinance violation is a crime. After warning, which is right now is your warning, if you come back here again after hours, you can absolutely be arrested. >> I got something I want to say about that at the end of the video. So, uh y'all just stick around. I just got a question I want to ask about that, but does she seem like a little tipsy or a little drunk or something like that? And where's your ID? Let's get back into it, y'all. >> on the beach >> 100% yes. >> Really? >> Spell your last name for me. >> I was meditating on the beach. >> Okay, so I'm not arguing about that. >> One second. >> I'm not arguing about I'm not arguing about what you were doing. You have to. >> No, I don't. >> You You want me Do you want me to explain why you have to answer? >> I don't have to. >> Okay. So, if you're going to >> I don't have to. >> So, here's what you're bordering on. It's something called obstruction. You're obstructing our ability No, no, no, no. You're listening to me talk right now. No. I'm not listening to you. Ma'am, you're about to go in handcuffs. You're about to go in handcuffs. Any weapons or anything like >> I [ __ ] on my >> Mhm? >> Jesus. What you do? >> Any weapons or anything like that? No? >> Okay, what you do? You. >> You keep resisting. >> Hey, I told you have the camera. >> I have a 100% my camera on. >> No, they have camera on you. >> There's a camera. Look at that very good red light. That's a camera. Absolutely. >> You have the camera, okay? You see? Holding. Holding. >> Call me 10-15. >> No, I [ __ ] on myself. You see? You see everybody? You see what they do? You see? >> I know you're going to take everything to jail. >> Nobody. Nobody. Resist. Nobody. Nobody. Nobody. They are [ __ ] Oh, you're scary. Oh. Oh, what? >> Yeah, what's your left? >> What? What's it? >> What's your left? >> Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Cuz you were aggressive. >> Sit down. >> I [ __ ] on myself. >> Sit down. >> I said >> Sit down. >> I Hey, oh my god. Sit down like I'm a criminal. What the [ __ ] I [ __ ] myself. >> Sit down. >> Hey. I said I [ __ ] myself on cuz you were very aggressive with me. [ __ ] aggressive man. Okay, I need a new pants, okay? That's it. Hey, where is my bag? Where is my bag? It's not with you. >> Your bag is being put in property for safekeeping. >> What? >> Cuz she is super lovely. >> No, it's No, it's not. I said I [ __ ] myself because they were at mercy. So, I would like to change >> shoes do you wear, ma'am? >> Sorry? >> What size shoes do you wear? >> Uh 10 C. >> Eva was charged with resisting an officer without violence. We were unable to determine the outcome of the case due to it being marked as confidential from the public. >> Mhm. Wait a minute, y'all. Did she say uh I [ __ ] on myself? I think that's what she's saying. Let me Let me hear it again. I think that's what she's saying. Hold on. Hold on. >> Okay, I need a new pair of shoes, okay? >> Oh. >> That's it. Hey, where is my bag? >> She did say I [ __ ] on myself. That is crazy. Cuz she said she was nervous. Oh my goodness, man. They get I You can't make this stuff up, man. You can't make this stuff up. These people these days are like crazy. Y'all see my past videos, I always talk about these people. I I don't know if she's drunk. I don't know what's going on with her. Maybe she got some mental issues. But I try I I try not to point out things because I don't want to be wrong. But I think she had a problem with that that female cop. It's that It's in my mind, she didn't like her. You see the way she answered, "What?" She didn't like that female cop. Now, I'm not going to be like other people and pull the race card. I'm not going to do that. But it seems that way. Or she could just not like female cops because I've seen people uh for some some reason they treat male cops better than female cops. And it be it be females. I've done other videos when the females could not stand other females. There's one video, she said, "Don't touch me." She said, "I I'll talk to him." And then it's vice versa sometimes. Sometimes they they like they want the female cop, but they don't like the male cop cuz the male be too aggressive. But she just should have left. If you out there meditate you should have just got your ass out of there left. And you need to learn your you need to come over here and learn the American rules and laws. Um I she said she's from Hungary. I thought she was like um Puerto Rican or something like Spanish. What is No, that's No, that's not Spanish. Anyway [clears throat] But y'all Is it No, that's Hungarian. I don't know why what what what my mind at. But let me ask you a question. I want y'all to answer this below. Why do you think they close the parks at night? They do the same thing in in the city that I'm from. Do you think it's because they don't want the homeless out there and people going to sleep on the on the on the premises? Or what do you think the real reason is why they close up the parks? I'm thinking that they don't want the homeless down there going to sleep and living down there. That's the thing about it. I don't want to talk about this in this video. But I want to do I I hope I get a get to do a video uh that has homeless people involved because I want to I want to talk about that. That's something I really want to talk about. That's why I need to start a discussion channel as well. I think we we have one, but we haven't taken it really serious. But I want to talk about things like that cuz in my mind I'm like well, why couldn't she be out there? I get it. Don't get me wrong now. I get it's the law. I get it. But at the same time I'm like what is wrong with somebody just coming to the beach and just want to be out there at night time? Like what is wrong with that? Or they just they just don't want nobody overcrowding the beach and doing crazy stuff out there. And they don't want no homeless out there living out there with tents and stuff like that. So that's that's probably the bigger reason why they to But at my at the same time human. Like, we can't just go on the beach. I just It just the the authority and the power that everybody has about land that's not even ours. You get what I'm saying? We we When we were created, everything was just free. But, everybody put a name on it. Oh, this mine. Blah blah blah blah blah. Then, I'm like, see how they meditating? Ain't bothering nobody. I assume. Why can't she be out there? Y'all come to the comments and let me know why. Cuz, I'd like to hear y'all opinions. And I want to know what y'all think about this crazy woman right here. But, she actually said she said [ __ ] herself. That's That's crazy right there. Y'all come to the comments and let me know. And thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love and support. Um as y'all can see, I got some headphones on. Um we had to get away from the other mics cuz they was making the zoom zoom noise. So, I hope y'all hear us real loud and clear on this one. Until next time, don't get caught slipping on camera.
