roake County Sheriff's Office how you doing uh reason I'm stopping you is your exhaust you can't have your exhaust any louder than the way it comes from the factory you got your driver's license registration Insurance okay I got you I say it's a ticket for that for order is off you could I can tell you right now I'm not giving you a ticket for it are you the registered owner of this vehicle no okay put the car in park set it off for me hand me the keys real quick yeah all right just sit tight so it smells like 31 the passenger has a big like bulge in his pocket he P his wallet he was trying to like hold something in there is that the keys to the car if you want to take him and search it cuz it RS weed what's up for what huh for what I don't know she just I'll talk to her in a minute do you mind if I pat you down for weapons or anything um say again do you mind if I pat you down for weapons or anything yeah turn around for me what's your in your pocket this is a charger you you take out for me put on the hood just have a seat on the bumper for me can I step out the car sir this uh track all right so what I'm trying to figure out is you have anything on you no sir come on one that pulled you over okay you're 19 years old you got a handgun in your waistband that I'm pretty sure has a switch on it switch Yeah you know what that is in the egg done about to switch you don't know what that is no no definely not you know what that is I no dude got a ski mask and everything you on the phone with your mom friend Sister Sister okay 2783 like the blackmail passengers the one that's tanking you run a criminal history and him looking for felonies is your brother or anything friend acquaintance boyfriend boyfriend over can I walk to her she can walk not right now she walk right there I mean she's got a right to get out right there in that parking lot but as far as coming over here she needs to hold up right now hold up stay over there you have a test skit has a loaded handgun in his waistband he's not old enough to have a handgun he's also got what looks like crack in his pocket and a bunch of weed in his pocket ski mask and gloves so it doesn't look because it smells like marijuana and when you stepped out that deput no you a handgun stuffed in your waistband or pocket or whatever and that's why you're putting handcuffs okay like honestly none of anything that would or can be in the car is not my sister's problem she was just the driver and she's not in trouble for anything other than she's going going to get a ticket for a driver's license that's it give favor have a make sure you got nothing else on EX me can do this just one thing me ask can I get both of their numbers for me we'll do that sure can you get my mom number on my phone for me too see y'all let me do it or the C let me do it is the camera 23 ATF with hollow points in it too and he has gloves in ski B I'll be there just second I I'm just trying huh where you get over had charges and stuff like that that's crazy man all young people man look let me say this you know I'm not trying to infringe on anybody's rights I know everybody has a right to have guns but it's crazy that all our young people have guns now and it's if it feels like everybody is afraid of everybody everybody's scared of everybody it's like everybody getting weapons now because it's like well I got to protect I got to protect myself which you know I have things to protect myself with too but at the same time it's like these young kids got machine guns and and War and War um War weapons and stuff like that where they getting it from and and why I just don't understand it man you got to excuse my voice a little bit this morning but it makes me sad to say and I'm going to say this because I'm talking about my people black people it makes me really sad to see our black youth just always get in trouble it's a shame man man live your life go to school do a get a business do something get out the streets man you know I'm talking to all young people I don't care what color you are but I'm really talk to my people because every video that I see is always my color come on man y'all got y'all got to get better bro the streets ain't nothing ain't nothing out there in the streets you already got a a record at 19 I don't understand it man what what's what's going on in the world y'all
