on the late evening of October 19th
2023 the Orlando Police Department
responded to the scene at Universal
Studios in Orlando Florida upon request
for a potential disorderly woman who was
potentially going to be trespassed from
the theme park the following shows the
bodyw warn camera footage of what
happened during the
incident
sir okay
no I can get an Uber what I'm trying to
say is go
home for
what they literally can take the bus
here and you can go
home is that somebody to come pick you
up um yeah okay so I'm officer liberman
this is Officer Oliver okay Oliver yeah
they try to get me to come out of yep
Universal but they didn't explain why
and um a US veteran i' I've done the
whole Shenanigans I've done the [ __ ]
R Maro I I I've done the whole [ __ ]
I don't I don't care ever ever come back
here to be honest with okay so what
they're doing right now is asking you to
leave property that's fine so do you
have a ride coming or I have friends
that we all came together I understand
that so that's why I called my friends
and I said where are you
are they in the Park still um it's from
what I understanding is that they're
very close okay I don't know how close
okay do you know where their vehicle is
um on the where are we the bottom we're
at the Bus Loop so they're in one of
these parking garages maybe on the top
do you want to take an Uber cuz you're
not going to be able to wait for them I
mean I don't care if I put that away
from them or not honestly like this park
is so your option is to take an Uber or
they're going to press charges for
trespass after warning and you're not
going to do it I don't know they're like
talking about pressing charges for like
being at Universal because they can't
fathom the fact that I I'm in the
military they're like oh well you know
it's like so we can either start walking
towards the Uber I don't know it's very
weird or we can end up starting to go to
the exit right over here I no I'm
telling you that the people
here yeah this so we're going to go over
to the roadway to the sidewalk
what obviously whatz I don't [ __ ]
listen to
the problem is is that they're very much
like
right I'm talking about I'm
Universal
you no we went and
they you guys happy with they're on the
sidewalk
yeah she she's apparently going to wait
for her friends I doubt that's going to
be a option I mean if she's waiting for
your friend's going to come back
property again once she's off she's in
compliance of the trust passing she
comes back that's up to you guys if you
want to of if you a know and B want to
press
TR as long as she knows if she comes
back I don't she's so she's intoxicated
enough to where her her understanding of
the whole lingo about that is not I'm in
the
military all right so am I let's
play so at least you guys have a fence
up she can't just C through the
bushes so if she stands there and talks
to her friends and waits for them to
come pick her up on the roadside that's
not the not the easiest but you know at
least she's off property at this
particular time she's in compliant and
then after that she come she comes back
I mean I'm sure it was explained to her
Parks side I'm sure you guys explained
to her during the whole transport and
I'm sure you explained it to her over
here I just don't think it's
s black jeans and white sers
if you wanted it go rock paper scissors
for
it oh need to open up did you open up a
I didn't put it do we have the previous
stuff they're working on
it all the way
up I know we watched you the entire time
no you didn't watch me the entire time
because they're literally sitting here
playing tell that we paid tickets I
don't
understand I can pull my car
over I don't know how you
it like I'll go get my
car yeah we see does she's from h
yes are you going to listen or you going
to keep talking so one of us one of us
will we'll do a transport drop okay
that's great I'm telling if the Hub T
will take the
transport so
you we'll just give them a transport Dr
we can knock it out
get police then proceed to put the
arrested woman into the police patrol
car do you have like weird cuffs or
anything um yeah my CS have my yeah I'm
just going to take it we switch them out
yeah regular
cop hold on hold on so list I'm not
fighting anybody no no you're not
fighting listen no I'm not but I feel
like like
trying just just relax no I'm not going
to relax okay can you your legs for me
please no I can't y why your s thank you
very much just just chill no I'm not
going to chill cuz you're a stupid ass
fch and you over here trying to already
get me for [ __ ] a Halloween fornite what
the [ __ ] do you
want yeah yeah it's [ __ ] diary
where the the bag on his car
still so she's her
bag that's what I
ask phone ID and the trust take my
phone uh phone's in the car just write
it down for
me or I'll get you on the you're not
going 107 anytime
soon I'll get you on the
radio it's all submitted so should be
good on to get there
do you have anything is there a pocket
in the
front
okay if you do that you will catch extra
charges
yeah do you want me to check our shoes
or chees I think we're good okay there's
no gun in
there
yes we're going to
swap can you stop moving please you I'm
not moving just
relax give me a [ __ ] [ __ ]
Universal [ __ ] take that one off
she her wrist is switched to get her
hair out of the way yeah I don't want to
get her
wrist fun what moving your hair yeah
okay I'm
try me
everything got it yeah it's just
being difficult todaying
why you pushing my arm trying to [ __ ]
get comfortable
youve hang on just a second let me get
sword thank

won't be that comfortable but it's good
to I feel sorry for
you I feel sorry for anybody that has to
do with
y'all solid good you want the window
down do you want the window down or no I
want to go home with my friends sh I
didn't do obviously we're not at point
right now okay well we're not at that
point but guess what I will file charges
I want her badge number and I want her
name it'll be in the report I want it
all okay she's requesting your badge
number and all that stuff 10483 [ __ ] I
