We had a situation in which uh she's being investigated for endangering the health here. So, basically, she's going to be taken into custody, but we have her two kids and we're trying to get her two kids into good hands and we're trying to figure out she's kind of being uncooperative. We're trying to figure out a family member that we could get the kids with so we don't have to give them to DCFS. >> Y'all gonna take my kids cuz I'mma kill like I can't like they daddy already gone. I will help you put your foot. >> Destiny was transported to the O of Police Department for booking. And after calming down, she was fingerprinted and given access to a phone. Police issued Lewis two citations for endangering the life or health and resisting a peace officer. She posted bond and was released later that evening while the children were released into the care of a family member and a report was filed with the DCFS. What started as a quick trip inside Walmart ended with two citations and a call to DCFS after one child exited the vehicle and wandered toward traffic while the other remained locked inside. >> Let me tell y'all something right now, man. I'm I'm going to say this because before, man, I love doing these videos. Y'all know who I am and I'm I'mma come for you. If I think you doing wrong and you acting crazy, I'm I'mma come for you and I'm I'mma speak my truth. But before I am before anything, I'm human. So, I look at the human side of people. I'm a I'm a I'm a reactor to these videos. I discuss them. But before anything, I'm human. Oh, let me let me get my human side out before I get down to the nitty-gritty, as they say. My human side is, man, she got something mental going on. If she's not drunk or high, but it seems more mental. And women go through a lot when they have kids. S she said they her baby daddy got was was he's un alive. She probably going through a lot raising those kids. She's breaking down mentally. I I wouldn't uh talk about this if I didn't know these things personally from dealing with family members and people that I know. Some people have breakdowns. They don't know how to function in life. They don't know how to take care of their kids. They get stressed from having to work. It it's it's it's a lot. Especially being a single parent. It is a lot. My mom was a single parent. Well, I had a stepdad for a long time, but they got divorced and she when she was a single parent and it was it was rough on her and some days she come in the house crying because she got to pay bills, take care of us and all kind of stuff. I'm sympathetic and empathetic on that on that on that end on that end. But she said she tried to tell her mom she needed help or her cousin, whoever she was talking to. And sometimes family members don't want to help. In their mind, they like that's your kid. That's her responsibility. Sometimes we just need to listen to people and say, "Hey, maybe I do need to help this person. Maybe she gonna break down." You see how she was saying? She said, "All my kids all I got left so," you know, because maybe she got some mental issues and maybe she's breaking down. But at the same time, if you know you cannot take raising your kids, I I know this might sound bad. If you feel like you can't handle it, put them up for adoption or see if a family member want to take care of them or something like that. Don't don't let those kids suffer because you going through mental issues or you don't want to have them. I just feel like kids don't need to be around a parent who has got mental issues, erratic or drunk or getting high all the time. Just just just say, "Man, can y'all help me with the kids? Can somebody take them? Can somebody put them up for adoption?" I would rather that than to be around a mental crazy ass person who can't control theirself or they got drug issues or something like that. I just feel like that there is no excuse for you to you leave your kids in that car 10 minutes and she probably was gone longer than that. That touches me because you don't know the little boy ran out in the traffic. You could have got hit. They don't think about that. it something got you got to be mental if you don't think about your kid running off and getting unal alive or somebody could have snatched them up with all that stuff going on. That's the part man that just made me mad. Another thing that made me mad. I get tired of this with my people. We always use the race car. You know what I'm saying? Oh, you I know y'all black and I'm and I'm black and I'm white. Y'all don't understand. The cops said they ain't got nothing to do with that. You left your kids in this car. We always use the race card at the wrong time. If when something really goes on racist, it could be like you cried wolf because nobody believe it because y'all always use at the wrong time. That's stupid. And then she was just she said it again. Then he said a triple thing. Call my mom. I'm like I said I cannot go throughout these videos without them saying the same thing. Call my mom. Uh they they be they they be on the ground. They say y'all put me on the floor. I'm pregnant. And I ain't heard that in a long time. Y'all bogus and all kind of stuff, man. It's just it's just crazy to me, man. But stop using that race car, man. If it's nothing racist really going on, you did wrong. You left the kids in the car. Cops ain't got nothing to do. They trying to help you. And matter of fact, to be honest with you, they was lenient. They were nice. They treated you real good. You know what I'm saying? And I I just think that she got some mental issues. And I just feel like she needs some help. Y'all let me know in the comments what y'all think. Do y'all think she was high, drunk, or she's got some mental issues going on? And for the for the ones out there, I'm I'm a kind of man, it seems as though men don't give a [ __ ] about women. And and I I'm one of those men that do because, you know, I was raised by a woman and I saw that she did the best she could. So, I'm I'm a little I have a little empathy and sympathy for women on certain things, not them being stupid. But I just I feel like men just attack women in the comments like, "Oh, she shouldn't have did this. She probably got 12 two baby daddies and blah blah blah." Which is true, but I'm saying they may be true. But in my mind, I'm like, "Come on, man. Women are the creators of the world." Like I just I just have a little more empathy than I see a lot of men do because I've had good women around me. I just think she got some mental issues and she need to get help. This is me 2022. I hope she got help. Y'all come in the comments and let me know what y'all think about this one. Thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love support on this channel. We really appreciate it. Thank y'all for building us up. Until next time, don't get caught slipping on camera.
