If y'all interested in those, let us know in the comments that, hey, I want to see those t-shirts. I may purchase it or go just take out go check out our community tab and answer the poll that I put um out about the t-shirts. Welcome to Body Cam Vibe. Shout out to Body Cam Leak for this video. Let's see what this Moonfly up to today. Let's get into it, y'all. >> Window trim. Just taking a measurement, replacing some stuff. And this girl comes walking straight up to us like in a beline and says, "What are you doing?" I said, "I'm replacing this window with the window trim. It's rotted out. I got to replace with some some flashing." >> She comes walking straight over here. She goes, "You're not doing that. I own this place." >> I'm like, "Okay, well that's funny cuz I own this place." >> Wow. >> She goes, "No, you don't. Let me see some papers anyway." I'm like, "No." She goes, "I" I'm like, "Who are you with? Who you stay here? Cuz you're not a tenant of mine, right?" >> She's like, "I stay with this guy, Joe." >> I'm like, and basically she's telling me that she owns the place again >> that she that she owns the place, >> right? >> And uh and I'm like, "Okay, like you know, she goes over this door. She doesn't have a key to the door. >> You know, she doesn't really live here. I think maybe she was here as a guest of a guest." >> Okay. Okay. >> Anyhow, she proceeded to get very violent and threw a slushie of some kind at me. >> Okay. >> Uh she walked she after throwing the slushie at me. She went over to the door, tried to get in and I told her, "She's not getting in here." I'm like, "You're not getting in here. I don't know who you are. You don't >> hitting people." >> Well, then she spit in my face over here. >> Wow. >> She hit me twice. >> She hit him twice. >> Okay. Uh, she put it she put her hands on him. >> Uh, she spit in my face, hit him twice. She's trying to get in his door. She's knocking on the door. Joe. Joe. That's Joe. >> Okay. >> Uh, and I'm like, you're not getting in this place. You're not you're not entering this building, >> right? >> We called you guys. >> Yeah. I I'm coming from Goodyear Heights. It's not my district's. They're tied up on something else. >> Yeah. I'm over here. >> So, that's that's what it was. >> So, you don't know her name or anything? >> Ria. That's it. Ria. Ria. I like EA. >> Could you call your friend and possibly get a full name? I I ain't got a phone. I have to wait like back to like 3:30. >> She went this way. She >> What does she have on exactly? >> She had gray sweatpants on. >> Mhm. >> Uh she's a white sweatshirt with some letters over it. She just started walking down that way. >> Okay. >> She's got two bags and a purple blanket with her. >> Yeah. Shorter black girl. >> Okay. Dark complexion, light complexion, >> darkish. >> Okay. >> I don't know. I mean, bag so I can >> I mean, she had me a pair of sweatpants with her >> and maybe like a bag. But she walked start walking down this way, white sweater with some letters across. I really wasn't reading the sweater cuz I was more focused on her spinning my face and just keep her >> completely. I don't know this person. Completely unprovoked. >> Yeah, clearly she has some type of mental issues going on and that's why she he bring her ass here to watch her. >> Yeah. Um, so if I if I find her, do you guys want to like press charges? >> Yeah, absolutely. She can't, you know, I keep her around. I >> Yeah, I asked cuz some people like, "No, I just wanted her to stay away from here." So, I have to ask >> like you locked up. You're going to come out of nowhere. We don't know you. We're just fixing the window. >> I I told him frustrations >> to just assault us while we're working. >> So, your friend brought her here. >> Yeah. He said, "This morning work." He said, "Just watch her off. When I get up, work, I'll be back and on our way, you know." >> Right. Right. Right. And then >> I'mma tell y'all something. I don't care what color, creed, gender, race, whatever you want to call it. I'm a nice person, but if you spit on me, that's like the lowest thing on earth. Yeah, I I am proud of them for being strong and not putting their hands on her because that makes you want to put some hands on you. You spit in somebody face, that's disgusting. That's like you saying, I'm the scum of the earth, man. I'm telling you, boy. I'm telling you. And so she >> we just sitting there watching TV. She ain't even saying hardly nothing. Acting normal, you know. Then then I I come out here and you're at the door. Everybody's screaming. I'm like, "What the hell?" >> Did you witness any of the >> Did anybody else witness it? Just did you did you outside? >> Yeah. >> When she tried to get in the door and she knocking for Joe. >> Okay. Okay. Well, let me circle the block and see what we got here. Is that her there? >> I don't understand. I don't understand why she wasn't even none of her business. >> All right. Let me go talk to Excuse me, ma'am. What's going on with you guys? With you and the guys down here. >> Who? >> Down there. The street right there. >> They're crackhead kids and they keep following me and I cussed them out and I told them to leave me alone. >> Okay. Did you hit one of them or throw a slushy at him? >> No. If I told him to stop following me, then why would I hit one of them? >> To stop following you? They're working on a house down there. >> Okay. And I that's the house I was at. >> I understand that. So that's that's his house. He owns a house. >> Okay. And when he when he told me to leave, I left. >> Okay. Well, there's several people there saying that you hit him, spit on them. >> I did. >> Okay. I need you to come back here to this cruiser with me for a second so I can talk to you. >> For what? >> So I can talk to you >> about what? >> What happened down there? I don't I don't want if they just told you what you got to talk to me about because I'm asking you. You have rights and you no you definitely most definitely have rights >> for 110% you do >> but I'm asking you nicely to please come back over to the cruiser so I can speak to you >> for I'm not going to buy anyone >> this is 1220 >> pretty much saying you just you were staying there and they start following you >> yes I was staying there and as I was leaving they said ignorant racist stuff to me so I was like >> off 26 >> I said [ __ ] off and they was like I don't You're not supposed to be here anyway. I said y'all got me mistaken for somebody else. >> Period. >> So you were walking. >> You're walking from the house, leaving the house. >> Yes, I was leaving. I was walking from the driveway. >> Okay. And you were telling me that walking from the driveway and they're following you. >> So then you walk you walk up on him. >> You just happen to throw the slushie on him. Is that what you're saying? >> I didn't throwie. He had slushy all over his. >> No, he did not. I just seen him. He did not have no slushie on him. That's why I said like I said, stop talking. >> You okay? >> 12 was there. Thank you. >> Copy. >> I don't know. Cuz I don't have I just got out of jail yesterday. >> They told that they You were standing there with somebody named Joe. Something like that. >> I was standing there. I was standing there with my people's um and he had >> took me over there cuz I didn't have nowhere to go for me getting out of jail yesterday. Okay. >> And I was standing there and >> as I was like walking out to leave to get my me a Polar Pop. >> Mhm. >> He uh said he just started going crazy on me and I was like what's your deal today? Like I don't understand. I said you got me mistaken for somebody else cuz this is my I just came over here yesterday. I don't even be here. I don't know if he was tripping about the house or I don't know. I didn't even get to get into all that because I just walked away. >> All right. Uh well, I'm going to tell you this. We got two people that are saying that you threw slushy on them and you hit them. So, like I told you before, I need to go ahead and put your stuff down. >> Did he press charges on me or something? He's going to >> I'm going to jail >> possibly. You be entertained right now so I can investigate. Put this stuff down for me. >> Are you serious? >> All right. Stand right here. You got anything on you? >> No. >> She got into a fight earlier. She also was creating problems on the fire up on uh >> at the fire. They sent her away. >> Her? >> Yeah, I'm pretty sure. >> So, owner of the house, he said he's over there fixing the window. He has like a room in house. He's fixing the window. He said the girls just walked up. He was like, "What are you doing? I own this house." He just threw a slusher in his face and not >> came to get another one. >> Yeah. >> Whether I think it throwing stuff and then punching. >> How can y'all just put assault on somebody when y'all didn't even like I wasn't there. >> Okay. Well, I believe she had independent witnesses out there that told her what >> could cooperate with the person. >> She didn't say that. She said, >> "Are you serious? It's going to be an assault charge." >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. But I didn't do nothing to them. >> Uh, hold on. >> Okay. So, I'll give you the uh the rundown on what happened. >> I guess um the guy who you were staying with, not the guy who dropped you off here, but the guy who was his name is Joe or something. >> Didn't drop me off here. I had I was leaving the house and I was coming here to get something to drink. >> Okay. So, how long have you been staying there? >> I I just I was there yesterday. I I was there. I spent the night and then >> I was there today. >> Okay. What's the guy's name that you're staying there with? >> His name is Joe. >> Joe. So, you you talked to Joe. Like that's that's who you talked to. >> Yes. >> He made it seem like someone dropped you off there. >> So, >> cuz Sammy was there. >> Okay. >> I came there with Sammy. So, and that's his friend. >> Okay. And that's >> but me and him got to talking and he I was there more with Joe then. I was there with Sam. >> I got you. So the guy who has on the orange shirt and other guy, he owns the house. So that's who Sammy that's who uh excuse me Joe is renting from. So he said basically he's fixing the window. He said that you came out of nowhere and he's like what what are you doing to that window? I own this house. And he's like actually I own the house. You can't couldn't own the house. That's what Joe I mean Joe did tell me that he owned the house afterwards, but I really don't under I don't know what he's talking about. >> I got you. I got you. So that's that's what they're saying happened. There's they have a witness. Um like I said, all I all I can do is go come here and investigate and see what happened. Like I said, because you're being arrested, you still have you still have to tell your side of the story. And you know what I mean? You have to be proven guilty. Okay. But but from what I'm getting from them, you mean I have enough evidence to they want to press charges on. Okay. Did you do you did you maybe did you forget that you did this? Possibly. You think maybe you you lost him? Like I said, >> I literally just got out of jail yesterday. Like I'm done getting in trouble. >> I know. I understand. I understand. >> I mean I >> Do you take any medicine? That would have made me >> Yes, I take med. You didn't see it in my bag. >> You seen I don't know what they what they were. Do you have like some type of You have mental something going on? >> Yes, I have mental schizophrenic. >> Okay. >> I really don't know what they told me. You didn't even have that many words. >> Your number is going to be 6687787. >> He did say something about >> me throwing a slushie, but I didn't. >> I said maybe you don't. >> I'm going to lie. I did litter, >> but I didn't throw it on him. >> Well, I can just tell you not. >> That's probably why he's mad because I littered by his house. >> I got you. He's got slushy all on his arm and his shirt. So, like I said, maybe you forgot. Maybe you don't. You know what I mean? But >> is you sure he didn't just I mean he already saying I punched him and hit him and stuff. Is you sure he's not lying? >> Um there's a possibility he could be, but with that evidence with that stuff all over his shirt and on his arm seen his shirt. I said throw a slushie at you. I said you don't have no slushy on you. >> Okay. Okay. I'm I I if you you said you want EMS? >> I do need EMS. >> Okay. All right. I'll get them to come check you out. >> Okay. Am I Do I have to go to jail? >> Yeah. We're get booked into the county now. You should be able to get a bond. It's what is it? Just a deal or >> Yeah. Uh, pretty much >> you'll be able to get out. >> But go over here. We'll keep fingerprinting that. Okay. >> So, make sure I'm getting the story correct. You guys were fixing on the window. >> Yeah. >> She just she was already out of the house. >> Yeah. She went She was She came from that way now. >> Okay. And she just >> started going crazy, man. Man, >> talking about what you doing here? This is my property. I own this house. >> Just here. It's like people working on houses. Obviously, they're working on the right house. They're like working on a wrong house. I get paid on me, right? You see people working on house. >> All right. Um, and you said she physically she actually hit you >> twice. She hit me twice. >> Where did she hit you at? >> Just on R. >> Okay. >> So, I kept backing up like this. You know what I mean? Like I told her, man, you keep hitting me, I'm going to have to hit you back. >> Right. Right. And then then she came over. That's when she came over here and it's her pounding on the door for Joe. >> Okay. >> She spit on my my boss through >> threw a drink at him and she kept grabbing his shirt trying to pull. I'm like, "But you got to stop. You're all right." >> You're doing man. Sorry. I like >> No, you're okay. Um and I said we got her. She was going out to the county. But um I'm going to go sign the charges for you on your behalf. Okay. >> But you would have to appear in court. So that's pretty much >> apartment two. >> Apartment two. >> Yeah. >> Okay. You have to appear in court for it. Um, don't let her wreck it. >> The woman was arrested and charged with assault. Drop your opinion in >> Man, let me tell you something, man. Hold up. Let me tell y'all something. I want to go way back. And I always say this all my videos when when I be talking to black folks, my people. I knew that she was going to use the race card. She said, "Yeah, they were saying something racist to me." They could have. I don't know. I wasn't there. But it seems as though they always use that at the wrong time. You use it when somebody actually does something racist to you, not just for uh your your defense because you when you know you wrong. And I knew it. I knew already. I said, "This woman got some mental issues." And when she say she take pills and she schizophrenic, you can't mix delusional and that together. That's a bad That's a bad mix. I already knew she was kind of off. But I I get tired of my people always like a scapegoat. They say the race car when it's not actually going on. Cuz if it was a bunch of black dudes sitting there, what would you say then? Do you get what I'm saying? So people know how to try to get out of things. Use it at the right time. Stop using it for your defense because you know you did something wrong. And the girl just got out of jail and she going back to jail. Then she say she said, "I'm done with getting in trouble. If you done to get in trouble, why the hell you did this?" Oh my god, man. We need to get these mental instit right. Mental institutions back up because it's a lot of sane looking mental people out here and it's ridiculous. If you look at her by her face, you would think that she's a normal looking woman, but their minds and and and I don't know what's going on, man. They just they don't be normal, man. Then we have to live out in the world with these people. I'm I'm nothing against them. They can't help how they born. I'm nothing against it, but I'm saying the normal people have to live with these people and they do stuff and we have to deal with it. and especially the cops. We need to do something to get everybody's mental right. I know things are rough. I know times are hard, but we need to do something. They need to be somewhere, man. Because normal people, it it's hard to be around those kind of people because they so erratic. You don't know when they go flip. They'll be cool, then they flip the next minute, then next thing you know, you got to call the police. And then the police got to deal with them, too. Like police like, "Look, I just I supposed to arrest the criminals. I don't supposed to deal with nobody mental. I keep on saying they need to have some some mental police officers. They said already got a mental case. The mental police officer come and deal with that. And they need to be some criminal acts. Regular cops that can deal with the ones who actually doing something like, you know, like stealing and looting and and unaliven and stuff like that. They have to deal with so much. You know, this one time I have to kind of take up for the cops. They have to deal with so much, man. dealing with this these crazy people out here. Then you got to go to neighborhoods, everybody fighting and want to be ratchet and hood and ghetto and drunks, rednecks deal with so much, man. But I can tell that she something's wrong with that girl. I I I can just tell, man. But I'mma tell you something. I'mma say it again. I don't see how they handle her spitting on her on them. That is one time, man. I probably would have been in jail with her cuz I I feel like somebody spit on you. That's like, oh, man. And I'm being nice for YouTube. I'm a nice person, but somebody spit on you, man. That that is sometime they got to get these hands. I'm saying that y'all feel the same way. I know y'all feel the same way.
