With the incident caught on camera, they step in to arrest the asalent, but her parting words spark a confrontation that quickly spirals out of control. >> She's so cute. >> And I hope your daughter car. >> Go ahead. >> Stop. Hey. Hey. The following is based on official police records, and most of the footage has never been seen before until now. Please note that all persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. On April 18th, 2025, dispatchers in Canton, Ohio, receive a frantic 911 call. >> 911, where's your emergency? >> Yes, ma'am. There is a bunch of people standing outside my house trying to fight me. I scared for my life. >> We're going to be sending them. Do you know how many people are outside? >> I understand. >> Five. >> Okay. Males, females? >> There's six people. One of them is a big black male and he will not leave until he puts his hands on me. He said, >> "And do you know any other name?" >> I feel threatened. My name is Destiny Scott. I feel threatened. >> Okay, just calm down for a minute. What What did you say your name is? >> Destiny Scott. I have a record, but they don't understand. I feel threatened right now. They're literally sitting on my property and there's a bunch of kids out there too with them. >> Around the same time, a separate call reaches 911 dispatchers. One that offers a different perspective on the unfolding situation. >> This grown woman just stopped my 11-year-old daughter in her head. And I have it all on recording, too. Her and her daughter while they was carrying a little baby with them an 11year-old little girl at the park. >> Oh, kill me. She just said she going to kill me when she out of jail. Call everybody you need. >> Your house is going to be closed. >> Come to my house now, sweetheart. I'm right here, baby. What you waiting for? >> I'm right here. >> Okay, I'll have them meet you at the park. Okay, >> I'm standing outside her house. She's not leaving this house. Y'all going to come handle. >> Okay. >> My daughter's 11 years old. I'm standing right here. And if you don't come handle it, I am. >> Officers arrive at the residence to find the 11year-old girl with her mother, 34year-old Paige Desong. >> What's going on, guys? >> Woman stomped my daughter at the car. >> Knocked her unconscious. >> Okay. >> And she has It's all recorded right here. A friend recorded thing. >> She has an entire lung on the side of her head right here. And she's going to tell me it's because your daughter ran her mouth. >> Okay. What does the lady that did it look like? booty shorts. >> All right, you guys do me a favor. Just go down here. Appreciate it. >> Go down by our car. We'll have the medics meet you down there. Okay. >> Police knock on the door but find that their suspect isn't willing to come out and talk. >> I got to say, I always say this, I'm petty, y'all. >> I love white drama. I be glad when it's not black people. And y'all and y'all see I told y'all it's just not black people. >> Exactly. >> It's some white ratchet ones too. >> And they come they come with fire too. I love it. >> Yeah. >> I love it. Let's get back into this. I love white drama boy. I love it. I love it. So you know >> I'm not She's upset. So what happened? That little girl was hitting her first. Like she put her hands on Destiny first. >> So I understand that she's upset but we got to talk to her. Okay. >> She won't come out. She's afraid she's going to go to jail. Well, if she doesn't come out and talk to us. >> Well, if she doesn't come out, we're going to get a search war and go to house. >> Okay. As of right now, we're just talking to people. But if she hasn't come out, that's all instruction. >> All right. >> What's her name? Destiny. What's her last name? >> Scott. >> Scott. >> Are you Destiny? >> Yep. >> All right, Destiny. I need you to tell me what's going on. Okay. >> Well, girls are working out. >> Mhm. And she hit me. So I ran up on her and hit her back. >> Okay. And this happened at the park. >> Mhm. >> What did she say to you? And then how did she hit you? I need you to kind of break me down the whole story. Okay. >> Like this. And then she she was sitting there calling her and then sitting there calling us both everything out of the book. And then that's how it went down. >> And then she came up to you, slapped you in the face. Where? >> In my face. >> In your face. Open hand. building. >> Okay. And then you struck back and that's kind of what happened. >> While one officer remains with Destiny, the other tracks down the recording from the playground about to witness the brutal encounter for himself. >> They said some lady curb stomped this kid. You guys get the video. I can see real quick. >> And there's a police camera at the park as well. >> That's fine. The officer reviews the footage which begins with the 11year-old and several other children on a playground structure. >> Whatever. Ignore her. You can keep talking to her. >> The only thing only thing funny here is that ugly. >> How how can I laugh? It's literally not. >> She said you I said come do it for me. She never said she can't walk. Literally a whole >> What? In your mouth? >> Yep. To my friends. >> Not about my friend. >> Mhm. >> No. Adult. >> Go ahead. Run your face. >> That's me. >> Run your faces. >> I didn't do nothing. >> Call the cops. Call the cops. Are you a snitch? >> Yep. >> Yep. I'm a snitch when you're a >> Cuz you're a snitch and you're scared. >> Yep. >> I didn't do that's all I'm all I'm saying is I didn't do nothing. I have no party. >> There's a police camera right there. >> Oh, that's your kid. are you talking about? >> Now what? Now what? Now what? Keep running out. >> Huh? Huh? You going to keep running your sucker? Tell me no. Tell me no. >> Who's recording this? She ran up there >> and was stomping my daughter. That grown big lady. >> All right. So, what happened? >> So, she's saying that she was running her mouth to them. Yeah. >> They started yelling back and forth. She slapped her. >> How old are you? >> Uh 19. >> So, the the kid hit you? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> What happened after that? Where were you guys at? >> Started playing. We was up at the park on the thing and I ran up to her because she was talking like so I talked my back. She hit me and I hit her back. >> How'd you hit her back? >> All I did was smack her in the face and start smacking her around. >> You didn't do nothing else. >> No. Wait a minute. Hold up. >> What if I told you it's all on video and I just watched it. >> Hold. I got to go back. I got to hit this. Wait a minute. She say she's 19. >> Yeah. >> Hold. I got to see that again. >> She's about 30. >> Hold up. >> On the thing. And I ran up to her because she was talking like so I talked my back. She hit me and I hit her back. >> How'd you hit her back? >> All I did was smack her in the face and start smacking her around. >> You didn't do nothing else? >> No. >> What if I told you it's all on video and I just watched it? >> So you're going to be under arrest. Stand up and put your hands on your back. >> Stand up and put your hands on your back. >> Look at her. >> Just know people are coming after you. Ho. No people are coming after you. I would recommend not saying anything to further incriminate yourself. >> She needs to shut the up. Nobody asked her to run her suckers. Nobody asked you to run your sucker. And that girl and killed me, too. >> I'll make sure. >> Oh, I'll die in jail. And you'll make sure of it. You sound so happy for yourself. >> Before I get involved before she gets smacked, >> smack you up. How you feel about that? As officers escort her toward the cruiser, Destiny unleashes a cruel taunt that pushes Paige over the edge. >> She thinks you're so cute. >> And I hope your daughter car. >> Go ahead. >> Stop. Hey. Hey. Hey. [Music] >> My youngest. It's okay. [Music] Where you guys at? >> But tell she didn't do anything, though. >> I got to I got to say something. I got to pause real quick, y'all. I'm sorry. >> Sometimes. What do cops sometimes in the law want you to do? They want they want you to do everything by the book. >> Yeah, >> I understand it. I know that we got to follow laws and follow rules, but as a human, if when you hear that and you hear somebody disrespecting your kids, it's like they don't want you to do nothing. >> Yeah. Yep. >> You get what I'm saying? And somebody says something to your child and they doing something to your child. Oh, we going to handle it. >> Sometimes you your human nature going to want to Oh no, what you doing? You going to want to protect your child. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> That's crazy, man. >> I'm saying really though. She just said she >> I hope we go through the same pod. >> You can't try to assault someone in front of the police. >> I'm sorry. >> You're right. >> I'm not saying what she said was right. >> She going to stop my daughter and I'm sorry. >> I understand. >> I'm trying so hard. I wouldn't I'm sorry. I'm trying so hard. Oh my god. >> Just depressed for now. Okay. We're just going to sit you down here. >> My youngest is right there. >> Do you have anything on you? >> No, not at all. >> Nothing illegal. No weapons, right? >> Okay. I don't have no socks on for >> understand. Go and take a seat. Okay. [Music] >> With Paige now in custody, officers moved to place Destiny in a separate cruiser. >> Got anything else on you in there? >> Nope. >> What the is going on? Meanwhile, a new problem presents itself as paramedics need a parent to go to the hospital with the young girl. >> Yeah, she's going to get charged. >> Okay. Um, where's dad? >> They just went that way. Did they take the the kid with them? >> I'll go see what I can find. >> Saw him walk that way, but now I can't find him. So, I don't >> Dude, I didn't I just called my safety officer. >> I'm going to see if she knows his phone number to call or at least an address. As far as I know, besides mom, no. But mom, did you guys see what she did? >> No. >> So, this the lady we have in cuffs was talking. >> So, mom decided to charge. And >> are you arrested, Mom? >> Yeah. >> Let me I might be able to cut her in, but still. >> Over at the residence, Destiny's family argues with officers over her arrest. >> All I know is that she admitted to fighting the girl. There's It's on video. My partner saw what he saw. So, she's currently detained and in custody, most likely under arrest. Okay. And then she tried to assault her and that led to what it led to and you saw that. Okay. We're handling what we're handling today. You don't think she's going to get anything? Why is that? >> Mentally disabled. She can't go to jail. >> She'll be put in jail. >> She can't go to jail cuz she's mentally disabled. >> But the doctor said after the camp police beat the hell out of her last summer. >> Well, she's I think she's going to jail today. According to police records, Destiny was arrested by Canton police in May of 2024. During the arrest, she reportedly attempted to kick the officers and was sedated at the hospital and given a spit hood when her attempts to resist continued. >> What you diagnosed? >> She has bipolar. She has ADHD. Okay. >> She has a depressive disorder. >> And she has a mood disorder. >> It is all documented. >> She goes down all those reasons. There's no reason for you. But that woman, >> she can't go to jail, >> right? But that woman that is the one who just got cuffed and placing a car. >> She's not going to jail. She just tried to fight with cops. She's going to jail. >> She's inside his cruiser. He's about to take her there. >> Yeah, we know today. We know how, y'all. >> All right, ma'am. >> How we are. It's not us. >> We're taking him to jail. A sergeant arrives on scene and is given a rundown of the situation and a decision is made for what to do about the girl's mother, Paige. Who >> says like kids turned into adults being children? >> The lady we have arrested saying, "I hope your kid dies so mom got all pissed charges at her." So I kind of pushed her against the car and like you can't do that. So, I think we're just going to give her a summon for obstructing and disorderly conduct so she can go to the hospital and we're going to take her for the assault. >> So, yeah. >> Yeah, sounds good with me. >> So, thanks, S. >> Paige was ultimately given a summon and allowed to go to the hospital with her daughter. According to news reports, the 11year-old girl suffered a concussion following the incident at the playground. >> 34year-old Paige Desong was later charged with obstructing official business and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors. She entered a plea of not guilty and her trial is set for September 17th, 2025. >> That's ridiculous. >> As for 19-year-old Destiny Scott, in June of 2025, she was indicted on a charge of endangering children before ultimately pleading guilty to a reduced charge of felony aggravated assault. She was sentenced to 18 months in the Mary'sville jail with 98 days credited for time served. On June 18th, 2025, while her felony case was still pending, she was arrested again on a separate misdemeanor assault charge. She pleaded no contest, was found guilty, and received a sentence of 180 days in jail with all but 15 days suspended on the condition that she maintained good behavior for 2 years. if you'd like to see select new videos. >> Okay, >> hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up. Ain't no way in the world that's a 19 year old woman right there, man. That woman 19. That girl with that woman. >> That's what they said. >> I thought that was a 30 year old >> Me too >> woman there. Me, too. >> That's a big 19. >> Yeah. >> And And she Let me tell y'all something, man. I'm just I I like to speak real on this channel. I I I said this one time before, and I'm not trying to be rude. I'm I'm just a blunt individual. If y'all can't take my bluntness, y'all can't take my realness. This ain't a channel for y'all cuz I I like to speak facts. When you see women like that, they have very low self-esteem >> and they become angry about how they look. Yeah. Yeah, >> they become angry about their lifestyle and they just don't give a f. >> So, yeah, she might have ADHD disorder and all that stuff like that, but a lot of that comes from their low self-esteem. It was this girl I went to school to. I always got a story about everything. >> It's a girl I went to school with. She was not the most attractive girl. And she was always angry. She wanted to fight everybody. And I just I never understood. I said, "Why she want to fight everybody? She's just angry because everybody used to pick at her. Everybody pick you ugly. You you're black. this and that and and I guess that took a toll on her and I bet she in school people just pick her call her fat and all that stuff. Yeah. >> And she got anger built up in her. >> I'm not taking her for what she did. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> But it's some anger. That's why when they call her fat and all kind of stuff she jumped to that girl. >> Mhm. >> She she know it's something built up in her. Right. >> And she got I think it's a form of low self-esteem. >> Yeah. That's what it is. And she specifically said when she got arrested, she said, "You think you're so pretty?" or something like that. >> She made the comment of that when I was like, "Okay, why as you as a 19year-old would be concerned about how a little girl whether or not she's pretty, >> right? >> You think you're so pretty?" because >> she has that inner hurt inside of her where like you said and this probably where some of her um anxiety comes from being bullied in school being talked about. >> You develop those things which we gave them names but they're all just pretty much >> um means to say how we can't cope. >> Yep. and and and um depressive disorder is depression. >> Yeah. >> When you are constantly told you're ugly, you're fat, you're stupid, you're ignorant, da da da da da, whatever has been told to her, said to her in school by bullies, >> this is why half of the people in the world end up with disorders. Most of it happened when they're young and up under their roof, you know, their parents roof. And then sometimes um more than likely it boils over to school. So yeah, man. She she is um a depressed 19-year-old >> who does not know how to handle situations. That's pretty much it. >> That's what it is. That's what I think it is. Um I I know I know like I said, we I look at things both both sides of >> I look at I take things deeper. >> I like to dive deep dive in people's minds and and learn things. And I and when I look at her, I could just tell she got some low self-esteem. >> Yeah. >> And when she heard somebody call her fat, she just flipped. >> You know what I'm saying? But that don't make no excuse for you to curb stomp somebody and stuff like that, man. >> That was a little girl. >> She 11 years old. But I'm going to tell you something now. Let's keep >> I was waiting for you to get there. Come on. >> Let's keep it real. >> Yeah. >> This new generation. >> Yes. >> They disrespectful. >> These kids Well, I say that. I about to say we were >> I remember cursing and I used to when a grown person got out of their you know you know mind and and want to talk smack and say something to you. I I was that young child that said back what you your big ugly black that was me. I'm not going to lie. I did it too. >> I was I was the totally opposite. >> I was I was I was like yes sir yes ma'am kind of person. >> No I'm not talking about >> what you mean when an adult says something you like put you in your place. Uh-huh. >> I'm talking about when it's one of these types of adults that um know that you're a child and they want to bully you. >> Oh, I got you saying I got you saying. >> Yeah. Like say um if you're at a park like the situation, >> it happens all over the world. You're at a park, >> older kids want to tease the younger kids. So, I would be that child that I Oh, I'm going to get you back with my words. >> I'm going to say something to you that's going to hurt your feelings even though you're an adult. >> Yes. >> I never experienced that. I never I never experienced going through that. It was childhood picking at me and stuff like that. I never experienced nobody 19 or older than saying nothing to me. >> But yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Even I have to say this like you said that was you when you were younger. You would clap back. >> Even >> we did things a little more different. We was kind of scared to curse. >> Yeah. >> We was kind of scared to do a little thing like in front of adults. Like now these kids like they just >> they don't care. >> They don't care. They they say words that I didn't even say when I was young. >> Yeah. Yeah. Now, I didn't I didn't curse in front of like regular adults and stuff. >> Yeah. Me either. >> I was just saying like if it was a situation >> where, you know, like maybe a 19year-old was at the park and and they was being a little too, >> you know, bullyish then. Yeah. I was Yeah. >> Yeah. I can understand that. But man, I I just the disrespect. >> Yeah. >> And they talk about you, man. Like >> they use the vulgar words. >> They use they see the P word. Those are some of those words. >> That's what I'm saying, man. This generation, they ain't got no respect at all, man. I I I was taught you stay in a child's place. >> Yes. >> You know what I'm saying? But man, look at here, though. But >> hey, y'all got to let us know how y'all feel about this one right here. But that's 19. >> Yeah. >> Dang. When I when it got to the porch, I thought she was I keep saying that. >> That's a big 19 girl. >> That dog, man. But I hope that she gets some kind of help. I hope that she builds her esteem up. At the end of the day, we talk we talking to have fun, but I want people to get better, man. Yeah. I hope that she learn to love herself and calm down. I don't be curb stomping nobody, man. Right. >> Cuz that you could have under that girl and where would you be? >> Exactly. >> You know what I'm saying? Yep. >> And and I want to go back to something I said earlier. I know some people come in um in defense to what I said or or offense, whatever you want to call it, but what I said earlier, uh you got to follow laws and rules. She should have just set her ass down and not come to the woman. But I want y'all to put yourself in in in a person's shoes if somebody was doing something to your kid. We love to talk. We be sitting behind these computers and we talk smack. >> But if you put yourself in that predicament, you could be angry. You going want to protect your kid whether a cop there or not, >> right? >> You still want to protect your kid. Yeah. >> Yeah. You know what I'm saying? >> I definitely feel like she was angry. First of all, she shouldn't have been um like you said charging at her. But >> having common sense and being police officers, you are trying to diffuse the situation. >> Yeah. >> So if you would just say, "Hey, mom, come on. Come on. Let's go over here and calm down. >> Not charge her with something just so you can be on the scene and say, "Damn, I got somebody today. Let me go ahead and charge them with this crime." You know that woman did not they said assault a police. She did not. Now she may have jerked away or whatever. >> Yeah. Yeah. She did that. >> When you're in anger you do that >> in frustration, you're going to want to >> get to the person you're trying to get to. >> Again. >> Yeah. >> Again, like I said, cops and the laws and all that stuff like that. >> Put yourself in her shoes and somebody curb stomped your daughter >> and talk junk and jumping at you and saying things, you going to be angry. M >> I don't care how much you follow the law, you still going to be angry and sometimes you want to do stuff. >> That's just human nature, >> right? >> And nobody should nobody should come in the comments and go against what I'm saying cuz that's human nature, >> right? >> You going to be mad that's your child. You going to protect them by any means necessary. >> Yeah. >> With that being said, thank y'all for the love and support on this channel. Thank y'all for being here. That's 19. I can't get over that. Yeah, she looked 37. >> That's a 19 That's a 19year-old woman girl. >> Wow. Thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love support. You had anything else you want? >> Nope. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. Until next time, don't get caught slipping >> at the park >> and curb stomping kids on camp.
