However, what's even more shocking than the attack itself is the reason behind it. >> And you pulled the trigger. Hopefully, it was his gun. >> Yes. >> Cuz it's white and you're black. >> And that's why you wanted to kill him. >> Yes. >> The following is based on official police records. And the footage has never been seen before until now. On July 23rd, 2023 at 7:07 a.m. the police department in Cincinnati, Ohio was contacted by a distressed man at the Sawyer Point pickle ball courts. Cincinnati 911. >> There's a guy here. I don't know what his deal is, but he's got a purple wig on, a red Hollister hoodie. He's following me. He's standing and staring at me. I think he's trying to pull out his and we keep trying to leave and he keeps trying to chase us. >> Cops are coming, dude. Get back. Listen to me. I can't leave. Like, he's standing here. He won't let us leave. We're We're cornered in a corner. We need someone here now. Oh, he's coming towards us. He's literally coming now. He's running. >> He's just literally star standing there staring at us. And if I if I move to the left, he moves to the left. If I move to the right, he moves to the right. >> Dispatch informs the caller that an officer, Terry McGuffy, is on his way. >> Oh, here he is. Here he is. The the officer is going down to talk to the guy. >> What's going on? When I was physical symbolism, so I step behind him now. I kept I move left and right. That's why I kept moving my left like he was uh trying to flex on me like move forward at me like trying to punt me out. So >> trying to punk you out. >> Yeah. So I did back to him. >> Okay. >> I angled him out. So that girl she left at him. Uh I do anything about it. >> The 911 caller can be seen in the background finally making an escape now that an officer has arrived. However, while things are currently cordial, they're about to take a devastating turn. >> What's your name? >> Brandon. Brandon, what? >> Brandon DK. >> What is it? >> Brandon Debborn. >> Okay. >> So, what are you doing down here, Brandon? >> Hang out drinking water. >> Okay. >> The man identifies himself as 34year-old Brandon Clayborn. >> You on any medication, Brandon? >> Uh, yes. I didn't give me an American name. They said, >> "Did you pull your wiener out?" >> Uh, no, I didn't. >> Okay. You know what exposing is? >> Oh, yeah. I'm about my under. >> Did you do that? >> Oh, no, I didn't. What? >> Oh, yes, I did. Cuz I felt like it. >> You said you did? You felt like it. >> Huh? >> Just stay down there. Stay down there. Help. >> Though officer McGuffy doesn't know it, his desperate plea for help goes unheard as he's unable to reach his radio. Okay. My initial thing, you know, I always do my little midway. You think he on drugs or he just off as hell? >> Off. That's off. >> That's That's off. >> Yes. >> I'mma tell y'all who I who I think he look like too at at Y'all just stick around to end the video. >> I know you know who I'm talking about. Let's get back into it, y'all. Damn. >> I'm tired, buddy. During the chaos, Brandon managed to get a hold of Officer McGuffy's taser and is now using it to strike him. >> 611. >> I need your help. >> Following this second cry for aid, help arrives in the form of Officer Hagaman. >> I need the taser now. Do it. Get on the ground. GET ON THE GROUND. DO IT NOW. GET ON THE GROUND. GET ON THE GROUND. >> Put your hands behind your back. Do it now. >> Go through. >> 6119. Expedite an ambulance to my location. Ambulance. Supervisor here. >> Okay. >> Thought you move. Thought you move. Seeing that officer McGuffy is bleeding profusely from his head, officer Hagaman attempts to cover the wounds with his shirt. 811. Were you headed that way as well? >> Hey guys, I got more cars coming. Do me a favor and direct them back to me. >> More police cars coming in ambulance. >> All right, you respond. >> I couldn't. >> Thank you. Please, please go to the Need to get him some help. >> I couldn't get to my gun. >> Sorry, man. I'm sorry. I couldn't get here any faster. I tried to reach for my gun. He was chasing me. >> He tried to tear my eyes out. >> You stay there. >> Kept hitting me in the back of the head with some >> I think this was your your baton, buddy. >> What? He where what he hit him with? >> Feed me numerous time. >> Feed him numerous times. I tried to get a waiver, but >> I couldn't. My tongue is all flown. >> Though Officer McGuffy is conscious and responding, his injuries don't look good. He's still bleeding from wounds to the back of his head and both of his eyes are swollen shut. >> This guy assaulted the hell. >> He He He hit him with a Where? Where's that stick at? >> You want to pick him up and pick him up? >> We just need that ambulance. Let's get this mother out of here. >> Get up. >> While Brandon is once again searched, paramedics have finally arrived at the scene. >> What? >> Get in the car. Breathe. Breathe. Breathe. >> Got you got some magic. You got this on here and remove it. Well, let's see what we got. Let's take a look. Okay. >> All right. So, you split a little bit deformity. >> She just kept hit me. >> Okay. You're conscious. You know who you are, where you are, and all that kind of stuff, right? >> Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Good. He's been talking to me the whole time. >> All right. Okay. Someone want to grab the middle away. >> Gun >> flashlight. >> This is the guy from last night. >> Yes. Yes, it is. >> With the purple hair they were talking about. >> Yes. Didn't get to his gun the time. He said he was on top of him. The guy started >> hitting him in the head, tried to gouge his eyes, tase him several times. It was him with his baton. >> As officer McGuffy is transported to the hospital, Brandon Claybornne is taken in for questioning. >> All right, take a seat right there. Yeah. Yeah, >> take a seat in the chair. >> It's here that Brandon will reveal the motivations behind the callous attack, but not before officers realize that understanding Brandon will prove to be a challenge in itself. >> Confuse me already. >> I guess >> you guess. >> I guess. >> Okay. Have you ever been here? [ __ ] >> Say it again. >> Oh, that was for me. >> Yes. >> No one's answering either number. >> Okay, >> I'm Detective McNeel. This is my partner, Detective Tus. and we would like to speak with you about this morning's incident. I know was probably uh >> something that um completely unexpected. >> Well, we like to talk with you about that. All right. >> He has read his rights and agrees to speak. Brandon begins by explaining that while at Sawyer Point, he got into a fight and was chasing someone. While it's unclear who Brandon was fighting, it appears that the people he chased were the ones who contacted the police, bringing Officer McGuffy to the scene. >> Where did you tase him at? >> Oh, first of his eyes. >> In his eyes, >> his first back then his eyes. >> After being loaded into the ambulance, the paramedics attempted to check Officer McGuffy's eyes for injury. >> I'm going to check your eyes. Okay. >> Are you Are you able to open your eyes? This one's about slow [ __ ] Looks like I can't. >> That one's really slow [ __ ] >> So, you you took his taser, but you thought it was his gun and you you pulled the trigger hoping it was his gun. >> Said he couldn't get to his gun. The guy was on top of him. >> Brandon now reveals the reason he attacked him. >> Why? Why did you hope that? >> Why? >> Because what? >> Because he's white. And what else? He's a voice now like he >> Okay. And you you said something else I didn't catch. You said because he's white and he's >> white. >> Okay. Because he's white and you're black. >> Yes. >> And that's why you wanted to be killed? >> Yes. >> You take any medication? >> Yes. >> What did he take? >> Mr. German has schizophrenia. >> Officer Hackerman also speaks with investigators revealing that he was supposed to arrive at the scene at the same time as Officer McGuffy. However, because he was on a Segway, he couldn't get there in time. >> I am I'm getting there as fast as I can. Um, when I started getting that butterfly feeling in my stomach, I saw the suspect standing over the top of Terry who was bleeding profusely kind of down in a fetal position and um, from he still had the taser in his hand. >> As his interview takes place the same day as the incident, Officer Hagaman is able to provide an update about Officer McGuffy's condition. Terry is uh he's he's doing all right. Um out of everything as badly as he was being, he only uh ended up having a broken nose, which is good. I mean, the guy tried gouching his eye out. Um tas him multiple times, beat him over that with his tong. So, he's he's in good spirits and he's he seems like he's doing all right. Yeah, >> I think his cat scan was negative, too. So, >> after he recovered from his injuries, Officer McGuffy was also able to speak with investigators and recalled the moment everything went wrong. Well, next thing I recall was I was on the ground with his fingers in my eyes. You know, I knew I had to get his hand out of my eye, and I finally did. At some point, he started tasing me and hitting me in the back of the head, but I also knew in my mind, I knew I couldn't take many more of those hits. I thought, I'm done. I'm going to I'm going to die right here in the grass, and uh all I could think of to do was cover my head. In his interview, Brandon stated that he hit Officer McGuffy somewhere between 30 and 39 times. While he ultimately recovered, Officer McGuffy discusses the extent of his injuries. >> The injuries, I know you said injuries to your your eye and broken nose. >> Broken nose. Um, I had staples in the back of my head. >> How many staples did you get? >> Three different places. I think there was a total of 10. >> What What do you think should happen to you? Uh, no one else's house in that prison. >> You You think you should go to your dad? >> My mom lost my dad's house. >> Yeah. You think you should go to your dad's house? >> You think you were right in that? >> Yes. >> Despite his insistence that being sent to his dad's house was an appropriate punishment for his actions. Brandon Claybornne was indicted for two counts of aggravated robbery, one count of attempted murder, and two counts of felonious assault. He was found guilty and sentenced to 22 to 27 and 1/2 years in prison and was classified as a violent offender. He has appealed his sentence. If you'd like to see select new videos or man that he look crazy as hell. >> He look crazy. This is one of those incidents, man. This what I talk about. Good cops. >> Yeah. >> Stuff like that, man. I'm glad that cop made it through. >> Yeah. big time, man. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Definitely why he made it. >> Yeah. He made it through. Made it alive. Made it out alive, man. >> That's the stuff that they got to deal with. Stuff like this, man. People like this. >> And that is crazy, man. >> And if he if he would have got his gun, it would have been different because he said he wanted to. >> Yes. >> On the live this man. >> Um I think >> it's crazy. the uh Brandon the um being crazy kind of played in his favor cuz maybe his mind wasn't sane enough to realize which was the gun and which was crazy. >> Yeah, I I know what you're saying, man. >> Yeah, >> man. God, dog. It It's like It's like certain things get to me because in my mind I'm like >> when you out there just going to do your job. >> Yes. >> And you you you >> you saying, "Hey, I'm going to wake up today. I got a family. This man older, too. I got a family. I'm just going to do my job. >> He might not come, might not make it back because some crazy ass idiot like this. >> Yeah, man. >> Um, I want to bring up two >> I got something I want to bring up, too. >> Two points. Um, for one, can we all agree that this is what insanity looks like? >> Yes. Can >> we all agree? I believe the census will be Yes. [laughter] Yeah. I'm assuming. Okay, we all agree on that. Can we also agree that police officers themselves need to start standing up for themselves and say, "Hey, we can't do it alone." This is a prime example >> of when you don't have the the proper was what what's the word? Don't have the proper >> No, no, no. not train. >> No, I'm not talking about police officers. >> Okay. All right. >> When you don't have everything in order in cities and states to where the insane asylums that used to be open are no longer here. >> Yes. >> They they narrow down [clears throat] they narrow down what somebody being crazy is or looks like. Mhm. >> They narrow down um the uh where you go to get help. >> It's expensive facilities that most of these people do not have the money for, cannot pay for, >> right? >> They have it now as a select thing as as opposed to back in the day and the same asylum was necessary, >> right? People are always going to go crazy, going to flip out. Whatever it is, whether it's something a chemical imbalance, whether something you're born with or what, we don't know how and where and when somebody snaps or lose control or just goes off and end up having schizophrenia and all these other things. Mhm. >> But like I was saying, can we come to a consensus that even police officers, if you're watching or spouses of, can you chime in that something needs to be done so that like you said, >> people can go about their jobs. Police officers go about their job >> arresting the ordinary criminals. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> As opposed to having to delegate with these crazy people, too. >> Yeah. >> I don't know what would have happened if he wouldn't have came. I don't know what he would have done to those people at the um at the um ball park because yeah, >> they didn't have weapons necessarily. >> So, an officer coming with weapons and still got assaulted, something needs to be done with crazy people. How are we okay with walking around with lunatics every day and it's not >> it's just being seen as, oh well, he's just crazy. There's something wrong, man. Something's not right. I feel like um pharmaceutical companies are banking on people being crazy so that they can make money off. >> Now that's now that's the other side of it. other side is um government regulation and them closing down the sane asylums and >> getting them help and then trying to >> call um people who are crazy, insane, delusional, psychotic. Calling them particular names so that they don't get help or funding. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> For it is I think that's crazy because the right wording. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Now they walk around >> doing stuff like this. >> Can harming everyday people. Yeah. >> Can harm everyday people. Then the police got to come deal with this and a real crime going on somewhere and they got to deal with somebody crazy like this. His ass need to be more than 27 years. He need to be life or in a looney. >> He need to be somewhere. >> That's one thing. That's one thing I want y'all president to do. He needs to open the insane solid back. They need to do something man cuz I'm thinking about this cop life man. Like that could have been somebody that could have been my father out there. Older guy getting beat up, >> right, >> by a crazy dude want to want to walk around in a blue wig on. >> Got a hust got a hustler shirt on with a blue wig. >> Yeah. >> A blue clown wig. >> Yes. >> Hey man, let me let me let me say this too. Let me say this, man. I gotta say this. I'm trying not to say it, but I I gotta say it. I gotta say it. >> Yeah. I want to say something too >> because I want to say this. >> The reason why I'm being quiet because I trying to bring things up. >> I wonder if you >> I'm probably not going to say what you think. >> But this is what makes when an incident happens. This is what sometimes make white people don't like black people. >> Oh yeah. Yeah. >> The cops because they have to deal with somebody like that. >> And I hope the cop just take it as, >> hey, that's just a crazy ass person. Yeah. >> Color ain't got nothing to do with it, >> right? because I was talking to this guy and he is a probation officer and he's a white guy and he said he told me personally he said he said I I was robbed by some blacks so I'm cautious of blacks when they come come around me he said my eyes open for blacks and all like that he said um he said cuz they robbed me and my family >> it was a certain thing that we was talking about I'm not going to get into >> and I said I said well that's the way some of us feel about y'all. So now you get it. >> Yeah. >> You know, we we we more cautious because of what we've been taught and what we've seen >> like that. And I hope the cop just look at it as hope he don't start hating >> black folk for one incident. That's what I was thinking about when he was doing. I like, "Oh Lord, don't let that one incident think that all people like this." I hope he just look at it as this is a crazy ass person. It could be anything >> on this channel. I like to talk about everything. Yeah. I like to keep my my options open on anything because also he said in the uh police station, I did it because he was white >> and and I'm glad they brought the black cops in cuz he felt because they felt the probably the racism that he that he was coming out. They probably said, "Let's put some black cops in to get, you know, talk to him." >> And he said, "I did it because he was black because he was white." >> And I don't want them to be like, "Oh, one of them racist black folks blah blah blah." Then they end up hating. Yeah. all that stuff like that. >> Yeah. >> Was you about to say that or something different? >> Um, it would have been like maybe a little dabble but >> uh totally different way. >> Um, since we're on the subject of black and white, >> I don't know what words to say. Um, I'm not taking away from anything that happened right here. This man needs to be going away for a very long time. >> Yes, he do. >> Very long time. >> He's crazy. And he um committed such a heinous act that he'll be out breathing fresh air no damn well. But also going back to when I said two points, this is my second point. Can we agree that the way he was attacked was savage? Who? >> The way the police officer >> Yeah. >> was savage, right? >> Yeah. >> Was one man attacking >> Yeah. >> You imagine four or five batons hitting you repeatedly, six or seven um men at one time beating you. >> Right. >> We've seen this happen before. Don't need to call no names. don't need to talk about it. Know what you're saying. >> If you see it wrong that one person would beat another person >> and it be wrong. >> How can you justify it being done to flip >> on the flip side to a person >> and I'm not let the reason why I say I'm not I'm not talking about the man because it's not necessarily about the man. >> What I'm saying is I believe wholeheartedly that um officers should carry certain things to protect themselves, >> right? But at what point do we start calling things um Savage too? You know what I'm saying? >> Right. [clears throat] >> I love that they started um using the taser before the pop house. I love that. >> Me too. >> Because I feel like more lives would have been saved if they would have done the tasers for years. These things have been out for years, but why policemen haven't been using I don't know. >> But I feel like they have saved many lives. The reason why I'm using this is because I'm going back to man right here. [clears throat] Let's say police would have gotten on scene and he actually um um beating up the people, right? Let's say he got to the people was beating them up. They would have been able to taser >> instead of a pop. >> So now you could have seen the mental state of the school. >> Yeah. I [clears throat] just I just had that in in my mind. >> Yeah, I like that. >> Um sometimes you don't get to see the full picture. Yeah. >> Because somebody's unlived, >> right? >> And it can the narrative can be painted different now. Either either way he's crazy, but I'm just saying. >> Crazy as hell. >> Yeah. It can be used either way. And I feel like um the baton being used >> is just reminiscent of that one particular >> um case we know that um was recorded and I can't see how people made excuses that >> right >> but then you could see something like this and you you know what I'm saying like Yeah. >> Yeah. Yeah. I know what you're saying. Yeah. >> I don't want to get into >> Yeah. We we we about fairness. >> Yeah. That's we we sometimes we rise above laws and rules and hum humanity fairness. That's all. I know what you're saying. And I'm glad you brought that up. That's that's things that we need to talk about. >> Um >> because I don't want to see anybody hurt. That's just me. >> It ain't got nothing to do with no color or nothing like that. I don't care what you are. >> I don't want to see nobody hurt. I don't want everybody to be fair. >> Yes. >> That's all it is to me. And I gotta say, shout out to the good cops that's really out here doing their thing, man. >> Because man, and he be he [ __ ] I'm glad he if he wasn't mental. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> I could I would have rose up. I'm telling you, man. I couldn't deal with that. But I'mma tell you who I think he look like. >> Remember on Belly? >> Oh, yeah. >> On the movie Belly. A lot of people might not know, but Belly u I don't like that. Mhm. >> I don't like that with that wig on. >> Oh, you know what? I thought you was gonna say >> what you thought I was gonna say. >> The one that just got his or her movie. It's It's a her. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. On Tuby. >> Yeah. On Tuby. Like I thought you was going to say that cuz that the first thing that came to my mind. I was like, "Is that him?" >> I know what you're saying. Hey, y'all got to come to the comments for this and let me know what y'all think about. Let us know. Sorry. >> So used to doing >> I'm so used to Yeah, I'm so used to doing the videos by by myself. >> Y'all, I'm a late nighter. So when y'all don't see me early, when he be doing his early morning, I be still in the bed. >> Yep. [laughter] >> And I be getting up late. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> So y'all let us know what y'all think about this in the comments. This dude is crazy. Lock his ass up. He need more than 27 years cuz he ain't gonna get no healing. He need to be an insane. >> He don't need to be out. >> Okay. This is what I want to talk about. All right. I'm I'm a kind of person I don't I don't like to ask people for anything >> because we not beggars. >> Yeah. He's He's very um what's what's it called? >> Proud. >> Proud >> in a way. >> Because let's be realistic. We got a YouTube channel. We making some money off these channels, >> but it's not a lot. >> We want to bring y'all real regular original content without our commentary. >> We still going to do the commentary, >> but we want to do at least one or two videos a month, but it's just regular like the other channels >> and no no commentary at the end. We just put the video out. But they expensive to get these files and and they got to redact the words and all that. And I want to bring y'all some good ones. I want to bring y'all some ones almost like EW. >> Yeah. >> So, but at the same time, we need a little financial help. Somebody brought up an idea, one in the comments said, "Hey, you should put out uh uh one time they said uh GoFundMe or do a cash app." I rather do cash app because I want to show y'all what I'm doing. Right. >> I want to show y'all the proof that I'm writing these people and getting a video, stuff like that with your money. So, I'm going to add my cash app in the description and I'm going to put the cash app on uh one of those forms. What do you call it? >> Hold on. The community tab. If y'all like to help us, please do because we want to bring y'all at least one or two videos a month. Yeah. >> Without our commentary. Want to be regular so you see the videos straight through. And I may be like Midwest Safety. Hm. [laughter] I may be like Midwest Safety and do a little thing at the end like we talk at the end because sometimes you don't want to see commentary. Sometimes you just want to see the video straight out. So, if y'all can help us, it's really appreciated. Give what you can and I'll throw some shout outs to let y'all know that we got the money and I want to show y'all proof. I'mma show you the screenshot that I'm writing to these to the uh police stations that we really getting. We trying to get these videos. So, if y'all can help us, that'll be great. That's all I really got to say. Anything you want to add? >> Um, I want to add for those who saying you're stealing somebody's content. You're not help out. >> Yeah, that's right. Yeah. >> Be a way to help out and we will be able to get our own content. >> Yeah. >> And we won't have to react to somebody else's content as as y'all like to bring up every time. >> Yeah. That's all. So, we really appreciate it. Thank you to all the ones that always leave us good comments. Even the negative ones. You know what y'all giving us? Engagement. >> Yes. >> Even when y'all leave negative comments, that's YouTube say, "Oh, people comment on this thing. Let's let's put this video out more." So, thank y'all. Until next time. Don't get caught slipping out here in a blue wig beating up cops on camera.
