The guy they came to our security door cuz a a scooter they apparently rode got an overnight parking citation on it and they were going to come here and us up. They came banged on the door. We followed them through the mall. They went out uh the east or yeah east side of UF and Carile got them out there on 62nd. >> Car comes to me and says that by the bus stop >> just up from it south of it. >> He said there's nothing I can do yada yada. And then I said I mean they clearly assaulted us. They did it throughout the whole mall to the point the mall office locked the office down because they went in there being violent. >> Okay. So when the mall manager called me during all this part taking on the radio, I told her, "I'm aware it is the same two that we had to lock the mall office down and all." And she goes, "We need them. We 100% need them trespass. They keep coming back." >> Have they been trespass? No. >> So what's your guys' rules? Can we trespass? >> 5 years. >> The whole mall? >> Yep. >> Okay. >> All right. Pretty much as part of our investigation, we have the right to detain people who are part of that. >> So [clears throat] when the officer told comes up to you and says stop and you walk away, you walk in the snow co, you walk out of the snow, you keep walking down the street, >> that gives us probable cause to arrest you for resisting without violence. When you're given a lawful order to stop, you have to stop. Okay. What? No, >> I didn't know that. But now I know. >> Okay. You don't. No one's ever told you if a police officer tells you to stop, you have to stop. >> If you're not guilty, no. >> So, you just get to determine that you didn't commit a crime? >> No, sir. >> So, we How How do you >> Explain this to me. How do we investigate a crime if anybody can just walk away at any particular point? >> Exactly. So, we have to be able to detain someone to do that, right? Exactly. >> So, we have to be able to physically force them to stop. Now, as I read your rights to you, you don't have to talk to us, but we have to be able to identify you, have witnesses identify you, and conduct an investigation in relative calm, which doesn't really work if you're walking away and and not following commands to do so. As matter of fact, you can see my uh my uh badge name badges in there. So I'm like I'm walking out. They're like So we left like they instructed. So he like he likes to play games or whatever. But when they said leave, we left. That's why you see us crossing the street. We go there every day. So when I was with my home girl, which is one of his uh people's daughter, he was trying to talk to me. So you felt some type of way because he said something to you about trying to holler at his wife, his fiance. So you're mad because I don't want to talk to you. >> That's not a place. This is a place of business. I work there. I was like, I help my friend at the kiosk once. She she sews hats. We sit there. He sees me all the time. So I was like, the fact that you blew this I left. I'm looking at you and hearing you talk seem a little like you on something or high or something like the way she moving around and this that and that that I don't know I I don't I don't everything every time I talk in these videos these are just my opinions so I don't really know the situation but I like to give my uh two cents and maybe uh my uh what I think is going on I can't say but I don't believe her story. That's just me. Um, of course she not go she go take up for the dude cuz that's her friend or boyfriend whoever he is. He said that I believe he said he said he said come on I'mma pop y'all. Y'all don't get on my face. That's why the volume was low. I was trying to let y'all know that that has something to do with me on that scene when uh they was talking to the mall the mall mall workers. the uh video got low. So that that ain't got anything to do with me, but I heard a little bit what they were saying. I believe that they went in there. They probably was talking [ __ ] to everybody in the mall, talking [ __ ] to the uh excuse me, y'all talking junk to the mall workers. And I believe I can see him saying he said, "Y'all back up on me. I'mma pile y'all ass." I really believe it. And her story, man, it just just don't seem right. Do she really work in the mall or you just lying? You know what I'm saying? And then, okay, I am one of those people that unlike other men, I believe women when they say certain things because I don't put nothing past a man. I'm a man. I don't put nothing past a man. When I sometimes when a woman say a man did something I 97% of the time I believe them because we don't want to admit men are perverted and men but have wives and everything still try to holl at somebody else. So I I I I give them the benefit of the doubt but at the same time can't trust all women. Now, when she was talking about uh I think she was talking about the mall owner or one of the workers, she was like, "He just got mad at me because he couldn't holl at me or something like that. He tried to get at me." It it's you want to believe the story because I know men and I I know men. That's all I'mma say. When you young, she got a she slim body. She not unattractive. Men go try to holl at you. Married and all. And when you reject them, they do act funny. It's being honest. But at the same time, my mind is wondering, are you coming up with the story to uh help yourself and the dude get off? Like they got to come up with something. Yeah, he he just doing that cuz he tried to holler at me and I ain't want to talk to him or something. Her friend holler. I don't know. Got to go back and listen. I flag going back and listen what she saying. People can never be held accountable for the things they do. You going around the mall and terrorizing people and telling people, "I'mma pow you and all that stuff like that." But you can't just be real. You can't just say, "Yeah, that was him. He did that. Blah blah blah blah blah." And yeah, yeah, so and so I did that, too. Why can't you just be real and say the situation happened instead of just trying to make up a story in line and saying that stuff like that? and they said they had to hold them in the office one time before the same people, those two. Accountability is everything. Stop lying about the situation and just be real. Stop coming up with stories. I I was watching a video yesterday. It was on EW Body Cam and y'all probably seen it when they was talking about one of the YouTubers who got unal alive by uh a driver. He man he smashed his truck into that other YouTuber's car and they was asking him about the liquor bottles he had liquor bottles that he had in his car and he was just like you know I was going through this and blah blah blah this and that and so and so and so and you know I drunk a little bit and it's like they got to make a story up and just instead of just saying you know I effed up they got they got to have a story uh like the reason why they did what they did instead of just saying, you know, I was drinking and I effed up and I hit the guy. They got to say, man, I I I was depressed and I was going through I was in so much pain, so I just drunk all this liquor and got drunk and got high and and and and I I just didn't know what happened because you got they got to justify why they did what they did and just instead of just saying I was effed up and and and I just hit the guy. And that's the way I feel about her story. like she want to add on stuff and say things in in their defense to make them look good. You know what I'm saying? This the reason why we did that instead of just saying, "Yeah, he did that." That's just my opinion. Y'all come to the comments and let me know what y'all think about the situation.
