In 2023, a frightened 911 call was made to the Hollywood Police Department in Florida from a victim who stated that her husband of 3 years assaulted her during a lunch over McDonald's. Her husband, Andres Perez, is an active Miami-Dade police officer. Tell me exactly what happened. Uh we got into a dispute with my husband Mhm. and he ended up putting hands on me and and he's and he ended up breaking the house. Okay. How many minutes ago did this happen? Like 15 minutes ago. It's all about financial problems, to be honest with you. She doesn't have a job, so she's been trying to find one. Um I tried to tell her let's go out with the kids, whatever. So we took the kids out. Well, I took the kids out. Um came back, brought food. And I I can show you all the messages. It's just All right. We got into this dispute with that in the front. Okay. Um What what is it over? Arguments. I argue he's just the one that I hate. I want to be with him and I want to be with him. He's always asleep. He's always acting this way whenever I'm like Whenever I'm in the presence of there, I was up to be good. When I feel like he's up there awake, he's acting out. Okay, what what actually happened? He broke the door. HE BROKE THE YES, HE LIKE THE FRONT DOOR. HE PUNCHED it through with this one and I'm tired. Like the kids see it. In the beginning, officers seemed a bit confused about who hit whom and the reason they were called, but the truth would slowly come out. I'm not I'm I'm not going to tell you this. I get you. I get you. You know, I I know she's going to say whatever. But long story short, I I don't I don't really get it, bro. But um you know, your wife can tell you like all like I want to go have fun. So then she literally tells you I want to go have fun with like somebody else. Uh-huh. And then I'm like like okay, fine. Like uh you know, sometimes you catch me at good moments. I'm understanding and I act like it's it's bad. So, it's like turn over from my anger, you know? So, I put my anger and yeah, fine. I break a door. Break a couple [ __ ] break a wall. It's better than the other the Right. Right. You know what I'm trying to say? So, a couple times, yeah. So, like literally right now, bro, I went through a cheeseburger right there. What? Okay, so my midway pause. So, the wife told him that she wants to go have fun with somebody else. So, I'm assuming that it's a male. Yeah, dude. Yeah, yeah. I got I I don't want to make my assumptions on it without watching the rest of the video, but she is she saying that? If she's saying that, then she's for the streets. She just You just need to She don't want to be with you, bro. If that's what it is. Now, I don't know the whole story. I'm just making my midway assumption. Let's just get back into it and see what's up with this. What what actually happened today? What What is What is the argument over? The argument is he he he says it's money. It's not money. I I'm stressed cuz I've been trying to find a job. I've been trying to like So, it's work related. I have I have a lot of issues with my mom. Like my family is in a lot, so today I wanted the same thing. He took the kids and and and and I got to a point in my life that I feel like I need to restart. I need to like cuz it is so much problems. So, I cannot give a little BIT OF ATTITUDE. I CANNOT ANYTHING. MHM. The history is that he always ends up being very aggressive. Very aggressive. When you say very aggressive, what do you mean? He normally breaks breaks walls, breaks the door, breaks Okay, ma'am. I'm talking about as far as where you concerned. You guys were physical today? Yeah. Okay, when you say physical, huh? Um we were eating here and then he hit me with the bag. Like The suspect was captured on video hitting his wife with a McDonald's bag during an argument just before the video went dark and she could be heard crying. Grab me in those when I when I jump on him. He's grabbing me like that and for me to push him, I start, you know, because he was grabbing me. Okay. Bad dog. McDonald's [ __ ] cheeseburger. Um It didn't get I mean Um it was a verbal. Was it a verbal argument? I guess verbal and then obviously it gets really bad because I can punch a [ __ ] door and [ __ ] I mean, and so there's nothing You know what it's like. There's nothing wrong with punching a wall. It's It's always better to punch a wall. Right, but in her eyes I know it's it's bad. And I'm not trying to make it bad for I'm I promise you, man. It's been 8 years. I'm trying to be understanding. But like I told her it's like, yo Okay, so if you're broke why does that tell you okay, you want to go have fun with somebody else? We can break up right now. You can go and you go have fun with somebody else. Right. But you're still broke. It still doesn't change your situation. Right. It's not going to change anything. So I'm literally trying I I told her you do realize you're literally turning me in just to go have fun. We can go have fun. Yes, I'm always working, but I'm working because there's a financial I'm trying to [ __ ] pay the bills. So, bro, I'm working every overtime, every [ __ ] detail, every [ __ ] damn thing. He gets frustrated. Trust me, bro. No, I I understand. Especially when you're working a lot and you We got the house and it's just you and is you by yourself financially. And it's hard, especially you got you don't got no time to be home cuz you're always working because the person is Like I'm home No, because Like I Let's have this face. I took off Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Friday to tomorrow I I have a an office game to go work a detail. But I took off these three days literally to go spend the time with her. And like literally she tells me last night, I'm going to go out with some guy whatever. And I'm like It hit me so much. It caught me at a at a good moment. Cuz I'm like, okay, fine. Like I'm trying to be understanding. But then at night Not that she went out, she ended up just going to the gym cuz the the the guy said no whatever. That night You tell me We have a spare room, so I'm sleeping in the spare room. I'll come I was like Right after it's like bro, like I'm a [ __ ] ball of emotions. Cuz she going back and forth. You And the other Yeah, man. He hit you with the bag or you hit him with the bag or No, he he hit he he hit he He threw the bag. He said it was just like it really didn't hurt me. He said it was just but I felt like it was he was yelling. I have things over him yelling at me. Like I I was literally like getting And then he Like it always happens. He's like, oh, they never do anything to him. The victim mentioned that her husband is a cop and that nothing allegedly happens to him because of his status as an officer. Like I said, I'm just So wait a minute. You know, like I said, I don't like the pauses in all these videos. But This man going to work every day. And you broke. And can't get a job folks, want to go out with somebody else. And this man took off to spend time with you. But you still want to take your ass out there. And go out with another dude. And you broke. And this man I here trying to make a way for all of y'all. For both of y'all. Come on, man. Come on, man. Come on. This I'm just trying to understand. He You guys got into an argument. Does I don't know whatever to try to like grab the information that she needs. And they finally And literally all it was was that apparently I I guess maybe lost in communication, whatever. The lady emails her saying hey look, I never got your Uh you haven't sent me the information was asked for. I can't do anything about it for the orientation tomorrow. The woman I it's been clean. She I gave her all the passwords to like uh the AT&T the service provider. She has all passwords. She can check all my logs. I have printed out my own logs. Got you for sure. Highlighted named it. I don't have access to it to go even check hers. But the other week she literally tells me that she was already talking to another guy. Oh, we didn't do anything. It was just a friend. I understand it was just a friend. Let me see the message. Oh, I deleted it. Now it looks Yeah, now it looks suspicious. Yeah. Now now it looks bad. Got you. I I send her money, whatever. 10-4. And he said He said, "Yeah, 5 years ago. But look what you doing on me now. You was with another dude the other day." I knew I knew the story was bigger. It had to be bigger than what uh what I was thinking. And I am My opinion is both of them in the wrong. Uh You know, she in the wrong for wanting to go out with another dude and this man out here working and you ain't doing [ __ ] Most definitely. This man out here working hard trying to, you know, keep his family together and stuff like that. And you want to go on them dates with other men. She in the wrong on that, but dude, he should have controlled himself a little bit cuz you know you're a cop, man. You know you can't do everything. You know you got your job on the line. I know it's hard. I feel his frustration as a man. You got to use I feel his frustration. I I When he was yelling and going off, he was trying not to hit her. I could tell he was like Oh, I got to hit something else and he threw the bag at her cuz he's just so frustrated, so angry. Then to be a police and deal with these [ __ ] out here every day. It's It's so much things going on and but I I'm going to be honest with you, man. You need to leave her. And y'all just need to leave each other. Just go on, man. Just go on. I I know you probably attached to her and she attached to you. Y'all just need to go. Let her go out and have fun with other dudes and and you know, you live your life as well. You know what I'm saying? Just just go. You don't need that stress on you. And I'm I I My my final sayings on this is I think both of them in the wrong and both of them just need to break up. I hope they broke up by now, just moved on in life because it's going to get worse. It might escalate to where you might end up hitting her or vice versa. Just go, man.
