battery on a security officer a yacht
Captain who worked in the area allegedly
refused to produce his proper

already seen it he's take I said okay I
just want to see the expiration he told
me that he's not going to show me the
expiration date I have to take it up to
the office let's walk down to the office
I said I'm not walking out to the office
you got to no and then I told him if he
if he has a problem with it take it up

TR and then you know I told him you know
keep walking you know I I'm not going to

started walking closer to each other and

case anything happened then he threw his

defended
myself so so what does that mean what do

other in the face we're kind of like

we're just grabbing and pushing each
other okay no punches were really thrown
like you know like sitting there like
you know punching each other but we were
just like wrestling then he pushed me to
the ground
that he was going to punch me then I got
up okay all right let me go over and
find out what's going on over
here this is security guard supposedly
he was checking IDs making sure
everything's up to date registered
properly he asked this guy to show his
ID I guess he didn't didn't pull it out
to check expiration
date and I guess they got into like a
heated little conversation while they
walking that way and at some point over
there they started like grabbing at each
other so did he get punch in the face he
said no one got punched in the face but
he almost got punched in the
face
guys SC what's going on I have no idea
to be

so what happened what did he tell you no

pushed the security guard on the ground
and you pulled him back yes
okay so we just got to figure out why
you I just calm the situation down and
then that's
it so you got two different sides so
nobody can just take your word for take
his word so we we have to write a report
we have to document see if what he's
telling me is the truth then you
battered him or what he you're telling
me the TR then you battered him I don't
know but when we're asking the questions
we just that's what we're trying to

information because we need your
information to determine who you are and
everything else just like him I can't

out here and start pointing to my office
and he came right up to me so what

altercation by the
car Captain comes out in a white shirt
there he is right there he's they're
behind this car so I don't know when it
happened but that's him that's him there
pointing to my office supposedly he
takes his shirt off so let's see we just
keep watching
so he's already walking towards my
office yelling at each other there comes
the guard okay let's see what happens

contact so he's leaving coming to be
apparently that was the story Security's
over there continuing exchange of
words and you know what he's saying he
says come on I'll kick your
ass took our security
off throws stuff pushes
them and then they go the car you don't
see anything from there other than shirt
being pulled
off oh you didn't take a shirt off
so he's here on a boat he's captain of
two
boats and how often is he
here like after the once he leaves SS
off he doesn't

first cuz when we were scuffling I like

I was going to slam him onto the ground
but I said I don't want to go to jail
just in case you know cuz that stuff you
know you see people all the time they
