23rd 2022 at 12:44 a.m. officers
responded to a driving complaint on a
local Road in Illinois upon arrival they
observed two vehicles stopped at an
intersection a black car in the rear and
a white car in the front upon arrival
the black vehicle's driver reported that
Demetrius George in the white vehicle
failed to proceed through a green light
prompting him to flash his lights and
honk the officer then approached
Demetrius for his account I I can't hear
you hold on one
second turn off bright you want to turn
the brights off tell make him turn

what's what's going on what's going on
is soon as the light turn turn before
the light even turned green he flashing
his brights at me and he's blowing land
on the horn

corner when the light turn
obviously soon as the light turn that's
when I turn the
corner as you can see when you pulled up
it was only me and him here he could
have easily went around me uhhuh instead
he sat with his brights on blinding the
out of me so I pulled over thinking he
would drive past and instead he sat
behind me with his brights on for over
six minutes now I know for a fact it's
against the law for you to have your
brights on especially doing [ __ ] like
that you know what I'm saying that's
hazardous and it did affect my my
ability to see I could have crashed into
some [ __ ] and because he has rad r
this this is what he wanted to
do so instead of me handling it the way
that I really could have handled it I
said you know what let me just call the
police instead and as you can see the
was still sitting here Bumper to Bumper
with me with
his it didn't handle it how you probably
wanted to so I'm I'm glad glad you did
that
um about him being upset like that
doesn't bother me you know what I'm
saying it it really it really don't
bother me about him being upset but and
just because you upset don't mean you
could go around breaking the law of
course of course um so if we both just
get out of here go our separate ways
would be good hell no he broke the law
he needs to be cited for that for the
headlights yeah it's against the law for
you to purposely have on your bright
lights to to uh make somebody lose
visibility that's that's against the law
you get hell in certain parts you you'll
get matter of fact not even in certain
parts unless it's fall you out you'll
get pulled over for having on your
bright
lights all right um so I want him to be
cited okay

definitely going to inform the judge on
what this did well so with the

up Illinois state law on people uh
having their bright lights on and tell
tell me what that law is please
so the so for for traffic that would be
a traffic citation and I I can't give
you a copy of that you tell me when the
court date is though I could but he he
doesn't necessarily have to go to court
that's why if if he don't choose to go
to court then that's on him but I want
to know I want to know court day cuz I'm
definitely going I'm definitely going to

not really how the the court works see
you can't that is how the court work the
judges if you got no bearing in the in
the case the judge isn't going to let

to the side pulled over so he could go
around the lanes was free and instead of
him going around he wanted to sit there
and be on some intimidating Tacs right

just in case if he does want to get
physical with you or anything if you got
if you got space to leave I'm nice with
