On November 15th, 2025, [music] officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle due to the driver being involved in a battery. Get in the car. Get back in the car. I don't care. Stay in the car. Get in the car. Let us talk to you. You need to stay in the car right now. What? She's not supposed to This is a This is a traffic stop. I'm not harassing you. This is a traffic Yes, it is. And we're stopping you during You pulled over. Get in the car. Okay. So if you don't listen to me, you're going to get put in cuffs right now. You need to stay in the car. Why not? OKAY. WELL, NO, YOU'RE NOT. NO, YOU'RE NOT. GET OUT THE CAR. I TOLD YOU I TOLD YOU TO GET OUT OR YOU DIDN'T WANT TO GET OUT. Stop pulling on me. Get out of the car right now. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. I gave her direct orders and she doesn't look. I told you to get out of the CAR SEVERAL TIMES. YOU NEED TO GET IN THE CAR. YOU'RE BEING DETAINED. SO IT IT IT is a traffic stop. It's called an investigative traffic stop. And we're supposed to talk to you about that, but we haven't got to that. Let's just make sure we separate them. So maybe you just have her sit in the Listen. We should I shouldn't have Let me Let me slow down first, okay? The reason I told you to stay in the car is because it's for officer safety reasons. I don't want to have to pull I don't want to have to pull you out of the car. But when I give you instructions, I need you to listen to me, okay? And there's more than you than us. Let me I just want to read to you these, okay? I want to cross my t's and dot my i's and then read you your rights. So we got I'm telling you what we got, okay? We got a call about the vehicle matching your description and someone matching your description as well. There was a incident where someone was You guys were fighting in the parking lot for whatever reason you were So [snorts] we were talking So he got tackled and I mean we don't I'm telling you what what what we heard. So I just want to talk to you and get your statements, okay? Tell me from the beginning what is going on. I was pushing the cart with the stuff. My mom was in one of those motorized wheelchair thingies, whatever, you know, that Walmart has, that all the stores have, cuz she can't walk very well. And she was holding my daughter. And they almost hit my mom in the cart when they were pulling in. They almost hit her. And then when my son's walking out, they see him and they speed up and almost hit him, too. And I said something to them because it's disrespectful. And then they got out of their car and I said, "That's pretty rude. You need to learn how to [ __ ] drive." I got pissed. I did. And I cussed at him. I didn't touch them. Neither one of them. He fell running. And he goes, "So what if I did?" And that pissed me off even more. You almost hit my child and my mother. And then you almost hit my son. And you all you can say is, "So what?" And then I I I was I was going to get him. I was going to, but I didn't. I started to run after him and he fell. I started to run after him and he fell. And that's when he said, "I'm calling the police. You assaulted me." So how do y'all feel about that story? How do y'all feel about that story initially as soon as you heard it? Let us know in the comments. I want to hear what y'all got to say. It's assault. I didn't touch you. So no one put their hands on each other. No. arguing anyway. called him out about the mom was hitting your grandma and your child. And he got all upset. You guys were arguing in the parking lot. And he said And he started running. And he fell. And that's when he said, "I'm calling the cops. That's assault. That's assault." I said, "Nobody touched you. Just look at the cameras. You touched me." No. I was like maybe this far from him How could I touch Well legally if it's all Okay. So battery is when someone puts their hands on you. You know what I mean? So if if you didn't touch him, then there's no battery. You're right. Assault is when you make someone believe they're about to be harmed physically. Okay. Yeah. And that's okay for him to do that, though? And be like, "So what about it?" That's exactly what he said. It's not okay It's not okay for anybody to be doing all this. I feel like both of you should have just That made me mad, too. Okay. And your son was driving? No, I'm driving. You were driving. Yeah. Okay. Okay. So when you saw that happen, you kind of pulled over. No, I wasn't driving. Neither Nobody was driving. I was The back was open like that when we were loading it up with our stuff. I see. And he came down and was My mom was right there. driving a little too fast and he almost hit you You almost hit your mom and then almost hit your son. Yes. You called him out on it. Yes. You guys were arguing. No, he just He just said, "I'm I'm going to call THE COPS." BEFORE I even did anything, he said, "I'm calling the cops for assault." Okay. Cuz I didn't do nothing. All I did was yell at him. >> he's going to call after you chased after him. Before that, he said that. And then he did after I chased him. Okay. So after you chased him, then he fell and then Yes. You then you guys already left by then. Okay. I see. I see. And then he that's why I mean it's important for us, so we have to talk to you. You're not under I'm not You're not under arrest. Okay. I'm just going to keep you in here for now for your safety. I'm going to put you in safety. Cops are a trip. You good? All right, dude. So we've decided that you are under arrest for assault. This guy said What did I do? What did I do? So we watched the video footage and this officer here decided this this is assault. If you want to ask questions, you can talk to her. Why am I getting arrested? What did I How did I assault him? So assault is not when you touch someone. Assault is when you fear But we weren't interfering with anything. We were walking out. Really? Based on the video. Wow. Okay. You can stop talking to me now. 611 PC. Yeah. Yeah. Wow. That's crazy. Wow. Can I at least tell my daughter goodbye? I'll give you that. I'll give you that satisfaction. Wow. Some little millennials Wow. This is crazy. Wow. They lie through their Oh wow. I love our court system. It's so great. in the front, okay? My mistake. I do have to search you. I forgot we didn't do that. I have no pockets. No nothing. body cam purposes. I know. I looked at you. You looked like you didn't have anything on you. But I got to do it. Careful. I pissed myself. You what? Yeah, I did. I I told you I had to pee. Okay. Well, if you can You did it already? Yes. Okay. So your pants are soaked. Okay. When'd you do that? Just now. Okay. Well I won't touch you there. I'll I mean I I took a look at you. >> I'm not saying anything. Can you just take out your foot real quick? Yeah. Okay. Can you grab this? The woman was charged with battery and resisting arrest. >> [music] >> Thanks for watching today's video. Okay. Let me say something cuz I I on this channel I I look at things both ways, two ways. Okay. If her story is legit, excuse me, y'all. Excuse. If her story is legit, I do feel that life is so unfair. There are some rude ass people out there that do these things to stir you up. Like what she said, the guy said, "I don't give a [ __ ] Yeah, I did it." And it's like the law doesn't see that. I said it in another video, the law never sees the build-up. They always see the crime that took that took um at at hand. They never see the build-up of why somebody uh retaliate the way they do. All they see is the crime. They don't see the threats. They don't see when the person always ran almost ran over her son and her mom. They don't care about that. All they see is, "Oh, you committed a crime, the battery thing." I'm the kind of person I would be thorough. I want to see the build-up of why you did this thing. It's so funny. If it if it was a case that they wanted somebody to get off, they would um actually play a part in court to say, "Oh, this person been abused. They been used. Their mother did this to them and blah blah blah." When they want when they want to uh get a person off. But when it come to small cases like this, all they see is the crime. They don't see why the person retaliate. But if her if her story is true, I do get where she coming from. That would piss me off. Especially you trying to hit my son and my mom, that'll piss me off. And I would try I'll really run after you. There should be a law of humanity, of of being human, that we should uh if if a case has something to happen like this and you be human and do things, we should be able to be human. You can't They always say, "Wait for the cops to come." If somebody trying to stab you and on the live view, I'm supposed to call the cops and wait till the cop till they kill me? I'm trying to defend myself. You get what I'm saying? It it these laws are they don't want us to do anything. They don't want us to get away with anything. So, they just come up with all kind of laws so they can handle the situation cuz they don't want us taking it in our own hands cuz if we took things in our own hand, there'd be a lot of unalived people out here. Higher-ups, actors, singers, everybody. All these people that make these dumb ass rules, there'd be a lot of unalived men out here. Politicians and everything. So, they had to make these laws cuz we would run rampant. But if her story is true, the human side of me is like, "Yeah, you will retaliate like that, man." I'm just being honest. Um but at the same time, the cameras don't lie. I was I was hoping they would I could see the footage. The cameras usually don't lie unless they uh redact certain things or if it's AI, you don't know. But if you see that camera work and what can you say? And in my mind, I was kind of believing her. But at the same time, everybody always tell their side, but not the truth. They never going to tell you, "Blah blah blah blah blah. Okay, yeah, I hit him." You know what I'm saying? They always tell a certain side, but they never tell the truth. You know what I'm saying? So, I was hoping that they had some camera footage that would show uh her assaulting him. So, they said assault, it could be something verbally. But at the same time, on the flip side, I think the other person should get in trouble, too. You trying to run over my my my son and my grandma? Where's the justice? I ain't really got more to say about this one right here.
