They had no idea they'd have to take hits from a massive angry crowd that would go to any lengths to stop it from happening. And it all began when dispatch received a 911 call about a fight at a nearby park where a bunch of teenagers had brought guns and things could go wrong very fast if they weren't stopped. >> Hey, who got the gun? >> Who got the gun? >> Nobody got a gun. >> There's adults here that are helping manage it. 25 dispatch. I got uh individuals hanging out the window. Black Mitsubishi heading eastbound on 47th and Lloyd. The male driver is wearing all black. The memory that they have to have. >> Yes. >> To memorize >> of course, you know, like Yeah. You learn the streets once once you you know if you're from the neighborhood or you know but learning that learning codes learning all the things you have to say and do like it's crazy. You got to give street first street. >> I'm telling you that's a lot man. Let's get back into it. [screaming] >> I've been broadcasting here. going to do a stop. >> Get out the Show me your hands. While officers try to calm down the situation, this particular teenager made sure everybody in the area came out of their houses and began interfering with the arrest. >> On the ground, >> I need more squads. I got three individual >> [screaming] >> Get on the ground. >> Get on the ground. >> Everybody get back. GET BACK. GET BACK. >> HEY. HEY. >> NEED TO back up, bro. Back up, bro. Back up, bro. Back up, bro. EVERYBODY GET BACK. EVERYBODY GET BACK. Get back. >> [screaming] >> We have about five vehicles here. About 30 people. [screaming] >> All right. >> Let's come here. >> Everybody get back. >> Everybody get back. Get back. Everybody get back. >> Get back. I need you to get back now. I need you to get back now. I need you to back up. >> Back up. EVERYBODY BACK UP, MAN. >> EVERYBODY BACK UP. Back up. BACK UP. BACK UP. My hand up. >> Can you JUST HAND BACK UP EVERYBODY? BACK UP. IF YOU MAKE IT back to your office, >> stay down your back. pull over. Y >> get her in a car. >> At that moment, the entire neighborhood was outside [music] and in just a few minutes, a few of them would make the grave mistake of putting their hands on the officers. >> Please don't shoot. >> We're not shooting anybody. Don't lose my phone, sir. >> In the car. >> Sit down. >> YOU'RE TRYING TO >> STOP RESISTING. Give me the hand. >> Give me your hand. >> So you got to punch people. >> THAT'S MY BROTHER. >> BACK UP. >> BACK UP. >> CHRIS, COME HERE. >> MOM, I CAN'T BREATHE. >> HAS HE BEEN? >> I CAN'T BREATHE. >> YOU TALKING, DUDE. You're breathing. >> Standby. We have multiple officers fighting within the business. >> Y'all just take me. >> Y'all just keep doing >> if you can talk >> breathe. And I'm not trying to make light of the situation. I'm just saying it's clear that he can breathe, >> right? Come on, man. Slide your butt in a little bit. >> I'm in all the way as far as I can go. >> God, >> you need to get back, man. Step on the step, please. >> Stay in the vehicle. >> I can't My feet too big back here. I got to stay in. >> Can you move the seat belt then please? >> Give me one second. >> I got sweat m something. Give me a second. What's the last name? >> I'm spray. Get back. I'MMA SPRAY HIM. HEY, GET BACK. I never got you. >> Wait, what' you say? >> Relax. >> Relax. What did he say? >> Spread your feet. >> Stupid. >> Are you stupid? >> Are you stupid? Okay. Give me one second. >> Go this way. >> You are dumb. >> Y'all need to listen. IF Y'ALL WOULD LISTEN TO ME, DON'T WANT ME BEHIND HERE. >> You push me. >> You should have pushed me. >> It's dumb. >> PLEASE. PLEASE. >> TOO PRETTY FOR THIS. >> COME ON. >> HEY, I'M GONE. STOP TOUCHING ME, BOY. >> YOU NEED TO back up. >> Get that out. >> Back up. That's phasing on love, MAN. Ain't no way. >> Ain't no way. >> Your job is to get police officer. That's what I'm doing. >> You ain't protecting NOR SERVING. >> YOU SEE UNDER MY ARM LIKE I HAD SOME. BUT I WAS TALKING TO THE BLACK COP RIGHT HERE. It was only after officers used pepper spray on multiple agitators that the situation came under control. Something that wasn't sitting well with the people there. >> Yo, I sat there and saw the lady trying to approach my sister in every damn thing. BUT YOU AIN'T STOPPED THAT. >> YO, fake is a bro. Stop talking to me, bro. >> Relaxing. >> Stop talking to me, bro. Okay. >> Officer violence prevention people. >> She's not going to do anything wrong with you though. Ain't nobody saying to you. >> My bad for acting like this, bro. >> It's all good. It's all right. >> Everybody act like y'all don't know how she works when people jumping on people. >> Y'all coming popping up on [ __ ] Y'all know [ __ ] I got nephews and [ __ ] dog just put in the back of the car in pepper spray. How the sound? >> Okay, here. >> 1903. >> There's a lot going on here. I apologize. Okay, make that air blowing towards you. >> I'm not going to jail. >> I [snorts] don't think so. >> We're going to figure out what happened in the park there and then uh >> you didn't run injured officer at 38. >> Are you injured at all? >> No, my lip. That's it. >> What happened to your lip? >> When I was when I thought I thought whoever that was pointing the gun, I thought you going to start shooting. So when I got on the ground, I hit my lip. That's it. >> Oh, do you want medical attention? I see your brace. That's probably why I don't even care where I'm Okay. Are you all right? >> Yes. >> And I'm pressing whatever got to I want do name. >> Relax. Calm down. I'm trying to talk. >> Oh god. >> Hey, relax. >> I'm hurting. >> My hands, my arm, my face, all that. >> Like hurt to the point. You need >> No, I want everything. >> Hey, we're in the car. Where are you sitting? Where in the black SUV were you sitting? >> I was sitting in the back. >> Back left side. Okay. How many people were in the car? >> How many people in the car? >> If not for nothing, Y'ALL. WE GOT TO GET UP OUT OF HERE. >> YEAH. Can we We got to get you to move your car. We're right behind you. Thank you. I appreciate you. Thank you. >> Thank you. >> That's your brother. Okay. >> Well, yeah. You might as well say like my brother. >> Okay. Not your blood brother, though. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Do you want to just give us his name? >> B. >> Is that his first name or last name? That's that's that's his nickname. I don't know. >> You don't know his real name? No. Okay. Do you know how old he is? >> I don't know. I ain't even going to lie. >> That's fine. That's fine. I mean, we >> I ain't even really ain't locked in, but I know. You know what I'm saying? >> All right. How long have you known him? >> Like a year. >> A year. Okay. Sounds good. >> While Amina was handcuffed for pushing officers, she was later medically cleared and released on scene. And although officers couldn't find any weapons on the teenagers, the driver was charged with fleeing, operating without a valid license, failing to display a vehicle license plate, and violation of probation. On the other hand, all three female passengers were issued citations for disorderly conduct. There are no further reports on the driver's trial as of yet, but if found guilty, he could be sentenced to 3.5 years in jail or fines up to $10,000 for fleeing, one year in jail, and fines up to $2,500 for driving without a valid license, a $200 fine for failing to display a vehicle license plate, and revoked probation, resulting in serving the original sentence. YouTube thinks you'll love the video. Man, let me always say go. Okay. It remind me of a of a movie. >> Man, you just have a something simple. >> Yep. >> Like almost like a simple plan but different. >> Like all of this could have been avoided. >> Yes. It was something so it was something simple that could have just been handled >> to this thing right here in the black acting like a a roach. >> Mhm. >> And just turn it into this big thing. >> Yep. >> What you got to say? >> Um first let me say because you know we we paused a couple of times. >> Yeah. Um, let me say when I was saying about the the boy saying not being able to breathe, like I said, I'm not making light of the situation. People have said that before they took their last breath, >> right? >> Um, behind police brutality. So, I'm not saying anything against him. But what I'm saying is say it all the time. Stop using those words. Stop crying wolf. So, when a situation arise that you need to [music] say it, it's not taken like frivolous. Oh, he just shouting out words like that was happening at the time, right? Cuz clearly, dude, you could breathe. Then your mama panicking. He said he can't breathe. >> Mhm. >> When clearly he was breathing. >> Mhm. >> Okay. Now back to her. >> Miss Go ahead. >> This damn nutball >> said >> got out the car screaming and made everybody panic. >> Yes. >> First of all, >> that's the issue right here. She's the issue. Mhm. >> But let me just say what what what I see in the inner city with police officers. >> These women are clearly not like I'm not going to say they they weren't part of the problem because they were at the park, so to speak, why they got the charges. >> But they clearly don't have a weapon right now. Why do you have your weapon pointed at them? I understand protocol. >> I said that's protocol. >> I understand that girls right here on the ground. Not that girls can't have weapons. They do nowadays have weapons. But it's clear that these two them this nutag on the ground got some issues. But these other girls don't just don't seem like they would be the problem. But also he's by himself. >> So I I still understand why. But this is what makes when she starts yelling, it's what makes the situation look bad. >> So I get it. Like I said, I know protocol. I understand it. >> I just I just that's what makes it look so bad. >> Right. >> It's that they weren't, you know, they weren't given the benefit of a doubt when I've seen other people have the benefit of a doubt. Right. Also, the neighborhood, all of that goes into play with why you they don't necessarily give them the benefit of the doubt. >> Yeah, >> that's a whole lot. That was a whole lot. >> That was a whole lot. Um I was about to say um I think because he was by himself >> but the the thing the thing that keeps bothering me is the fact that she made it worse for nothing. >> Yes. Maybe, maybe it's just me. People can call me lame. You can call me whatever you want to do. Somebody got a gun in my head. I'm listen to what the [ __ ] they going to say to me. >> Yes, sir. >> Yeah. >> I'm not talking. I ain't saying nothing. >> I have learned the system. Cops are there to arrest you. They're to take you to jail. And if need be, they will shoot your ass if you do something. >> So, my mind is like, comply. Yes, sir. All right. Let me get on this ground. This man got a weapon. >> Mhm. >> He can shoot me. >> I'm not talking no jump. I'm not going to be talking [ __ ] and talking. But I'm not saying nothing because you go agitate a aggravate the person. Agitate them. >> Just like one of them um videos that we saw. It was a white lady. >> And they arrested her. She was all in the cop face. He just snapped. He grabbed her. >> Yeah. You could he could you could make him nervous cuz he like oh lord everybody come from all around. >> Yes. >> And ste you would have started shooting and you >> then you had a lawsuit. >> Then you be mad the cop for shooting your dumb ass for acting like a damn [ __ ] calling him a [ __ ] and stuff like that. He wasn't probably going to be arrested. He just wanted to know who had the gun. >> They make stuff so worse >> right >> than what it was supposed to be. >> Yes. I don't I don't understand why she got out the car screaming. Nobody's even after you like that, dummy. Yeah, you and then you Oh, somebody help. Never mind. Y know what I'm trying to say. >> Y'all know what I'm trying to say. >> I'm not going to say that word. >> I'm not going to say it. >> I got a new word for it, though. >> What? >> Exhausted. [laughter] >> Yeah. I don't understand. I just don't get it. And then the whole neighborhood coming out. I don't get it. It But it I'm I'm talking to my black folk right here. >> Mhm. >> We always come out and support the wrong thing at the wrong time >> all the time. >> Y'all coming out there for something that's so simple, >> right? >> You don't even know about, >> right? Well, we got all these problems in the black community you don't come out to >> unless it's going to be a party, getting drunk, >> getting lit, >> twerking, dancing, >> and and this right here was just a simple >> problem that could have been solved. All the women had to do is be quiet, >> right? >> But y'all come out and then you get the police pushing, you push him back and all that stuff for just stupid foolishness that you ain't know the whole story about. >> Yep. >> And heard heard the cop say, he said, "You might go to jail so and so." He just want to know who had the gun, >> right? >> Stupid, man. Y'all y'all are embarrassed. I'm say this. >> Go ahead. >> I'mma say this. Some of y'all are embarrassed. >> I'm telling you, man. Y'all out here don't go and see what you got to say, though. >> Uh, it Okay. The only reason why I brought up race before because, you know, we we don't like to um let's bring up race all the time. It's just that we live in the real world and real world situations kind of um make you put things in perspective and sometimes race is how it's summed up >> whether things would happen, how it would happen. Um I've seen similar situations happen in a different neighborhood and it's a whole different outcome. >> Yep. I about to say that >> all the people coming out of the house yelling and screaming does absolutely nothing. It causes chaos. It causes further crime. It causes disruption. >> So it it it end up being 30, 40 police officers, 50, 60 people out in the street. Y'all getting treated like less than human. One officer walking around with a semi-automatic weapon like like are we in um you know North Kuwait? Like what? I said North Kuwait. [laughter] >> Are we in Iran? >> We in Iran. You want to say North Korea, but then my mind changed something else. >> Huh? >> Go ahead. I >> I'm like do are we at that point now where we can't act civilized? >> Yeah. >> But I know what it is. I know what it is. We've seen the inner the inner city cities have seen >> so many bad situations that the police just do not have good rapport with the people. That's the problem. That's a continued situation. That's why you see um uh typically they're starting to have more black um uh police officers police their neighborhoods >> so that you would hope that there's a better rapport amongst like civilians and police officers. Mhm. >> Doesn't go that way. When you become a police officer and two, three years in you say, "Okay, these people goddamn looney. I can't. There's no way I can talk to y'all. There's no way I can calm the situation." Right? >> Y'all don't want to listen. Y'all don't want to behave. Y'all don't want to comply, right? >> So, it it makes it harder for even black police officers to police their own cities, >> right? I was about to say, >> communities. >> And and and let me let me sum it up for those of y'all who ain't cut the video off yet. Because I know people when they hear race, >> when they hear something about >> uh white people get better treatment than blacks, they automatically, oh, I don't want to hear what y'all got to say. Listen to what we saying. >> I have over I didn't believe this. I have We have made over >> two to 300 videos. We've been doing this almost two years. I have seen plenty of uh body cam videos and I have seen the same situation in other people neighborhood. I got to say white. >> Mhm. >> And I've seen them act crazy. I've seen them act erratic. Was all up in the cop's face >> and they did not put the guns on them like that. Yeah. So when we say stuff, we not saying stuff because uh we saying it like a propaganda and they go say, "Oh, it's a Democratic propaganda and all that BS." We not saying this. No, >> it's some stuff that we seen. >> This is evidence. I have seen them. >> I seen one video when it was a white guy. He was all up in the cop's face and the cop didn't do nothing. It was four cops. They didn't do I mean, he was in I do this and the cops didn't pull a gun on. They was linear with him. Mhm. >> So, we're not trying to say anything about race, >> right? >> We just saying what we see and we calling a spade a spade. >> Mhm. >> That's all it is. Cuz we not on this channel to do talk about race. >> Yeah. >> And stuff like that. We love everybody. >> But at the same time, when we take notice of stuff, I notice if it was other people, it some of the cops don't be as hard. But it also got to do where you at, too. >> That's what I was saying before. >> Yeah. It's it's it's like they probably used to them being erratic >> and they take precaution. They like, "Oh, no, I know this crowd right here, >> blah, blah, blah. Everything ain't racist, >> but >> we just that's why we said what we said." And and I have seen things go on worse and no weapons withdrawn, >> right, >> at all. Yeah. >> That's all we say. >> Yeah. I lastly I just want to say um if you are a community and you want to come out to see that's totally fine >> right >> I think um as humans we got common sense to know okay something's happening nothing's wrong with coming out nothing's wrong with recording because things do go left and some some um officers do get ro they do get a sense of entitlement and >> they lose it snap or whatever you want to call it, whatever. However things progress until somebody gets unal alive or just um injured or whatever, that's that's normal to be able to want to come outside to remedy that. But this ain't it. >> Yeah. This ain't it, man. >> Y'all ain't helped a damn thing. Y'all ain't reme situation. >> But now when you come outside, >> be ready to just be v vigilant, >> right? >> Be on guard and say, "Hey, do what you got to do, sir. officers. But we're watching. Just know that. That's all you got to say. >> That's all you got to say and do. >> That's all you got to say. Just let them know you're watching. Don't interfere. Look at all this chaos >> for nothing. >> Now it looks like a bunch of ignorant ass people going to jail. >> That's right. >> That's all. >> This just stupid. I love when you said that. Let the cops do their job. Now, if you see some injustice, >> right, >> that's when you say, "Oh, that ain't right." >> Right. >> But let them do their damn job. >> Sit your ratchet ass down. >> Yes. >> That's what I wanted to say. >> Mhm. God damn it. >> Excuse me. >> Thank you. You did it this time. I didn't have to do that. >> Yeah. >> Usually I'm the cursor. So >> yeah, man. Just >> Thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love support. I bet they said y'all all over the place. Y'all didn't went from to racism to um [laughter] to agreeing with us and what we think and everything. >> We just like to talk. We're not one or the other. We just like to talk. We just point out things, you know. >> That's right. We we just real. We see what we see. >> Yep. >> Until next time. Don't get caught slipping on camera.
