What's good everybody? Welcome back to Body Cam Vibes. Back with another body cam video. We're going to react and discuss to today. Shout out to Uncovered. When I saw I saw the little clip in the original title of the video, man, I said we got to do this one right here. So, let's get into it. It ain't going to waste no time, y'all. After being evicted and trespassed from her rental unit, this woman repeatedly returned to the property to harass workers and cause disturbances. When officers arrive, her behavior quickly escalates as she causes a scene in the middle of the road and refuses to comply, ultimately leading to her arrest. >> Michelle, what is going on? You can't be here. >> Hi. >> Hi. You can't be here. >> I just talked to uh the sheriff and Bishop Evan. He told me to come up here to >> Why did you talk to the sheriff? I I just finished talking to the sheriff a couple of minutes ago. He told me to come just now. >> Where? >> Right here. >> Where is he? >> He yelled it to me. >> Okay. Well, I'm telling you that you can't be here. You don't live here anymore. >> I know that. I'm not here for that. I'm trying to get my money. >> Okay. Well, you can't keep coming back here because you're going to get arrested like you did. >> I'm trying to get my money. Do you understand me? >> I understand. But that's not the way you told me. >> Well, you can't come without the sheriff. >> You know what? I ain't going to argue. >> Good. Don't come back here or you're going to be arrested. >> You you godamn [ __ ] >> Come back here and you're going to be arrested. >> Get off the property or you're going to be arrested. >> The suspect drives off but returns moments later to cause more chaos. In the meantime, the officer speaks with the unit manager. >> Moment, right? >> I know. I saw it. As soon as I saw it come up, I said, "I know who that is. Can we arrest her? She keeps coming back even though she's trespassed. >> So, she left. So, the rules are tricky. We can't. But, um, >> I don't know what she's going to do. Uh, did you talk to BJ's? Because you have to talk to BJs, too. >> Correct. So, that's the commercial side of management. My management doesn't want to involve them and nothing matter. My problem base is I have possession of that unit, right? >> Okay. I was supposed to start cleaning that unit today and we held up because the same situation. I'm going to have guys working in there and I'm afraid that she going to find her way in. >> Okay. I mean, listen, even if she was right here right now, I locked her up. She's going to be out in an hour, >> you know? Like, there's no way that she's going to be gone. Uh, we can keep locking her up when she's here. Right now, she drove away obviously when I start talking to her. That's what she did yesterday. There's not much I can do. So, I I'm not going to rip her out of the car and cause a big commotion like last week. I'm trying to prevent that. But I'm going to hang around here for a little bit. If she comes back, then yeah, she's going to have no choice but to be under arrest. >> Usually, she was hanging out inside. I didn't notice. The guys told me before the end of the day when she left, she hide between the buildings. >> Okay. >> And they saw her there. And the reason they could she >> And do you guys owe her any money? >> No. >> No. Okay. But she's saying that she talked to the sheriff, which I don't really believe because if you talk to the sheriff, the sheriff's probably going to come with you or tell you what to do. He's not going to tell you, "Oh, keep going back where you trespassed, you know." So, um, >> the problem with her is she got this delusion that somebody ought. Yeah. >> And apparently, I'm not saying it's true or not. She must have been in an accident cuz she always bring back I really don't know her deal. >> Uh, yeah. I don't know either. >> No, you're harassing THIS BUSINESS. KEEP driving or you're going to be under arrest. KEEP DRIVING RIGHT NOW. You're delaying traffic. Keep driving, >> [ __ ] >> KEEP DRIVING. I'm not listening to you. >> Ignore her. Ignore her. If she comes back in here, she's getting placed under arrest. >> All right. Initially, do you think she drunk on drugs or just off as hell? >> Just off as hell, man. I see it all the time. >> Oh my goodness, y'all. This is crazy, man. Remind me of that that woman from the other day at the grocery store. >> I just come in here. I just put in here to get some grandma. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Y'all just want to go to jail. >> They want to go to jail, man. >> Is she trespassed from here? >> She is trespassed from here. She's trespassed from Forest Haven as well. So, as soon as she comes in here, she's being put under arrest. >> Let me Let me ask you a question. Where is her property at? >> It's gone. She's evicted. >> Everything's gone. You guys threw it out. >> Yes. >> So, she's officially out of the unit. She We allow her yesterday 3 hours to gather her things and then within an hour she changed. She started >> Yeah. Yeah. I got it. >> Then she's going to stay there. She's going to be delaying traffic. I mean, >> she's probably going to park right there. >> Let her park there. She's going to be arrested as soon as she comes in here. Is this your property, too? Uentis court. Ma'am, you're trespassing and if you do not drive away from this scene right now, you are going to be placed under arrest. You are trespassing. >> You are trespassing. >> You are trespassing. >> I'm not. THIS AIN'T YOUR PROPERTY. >> IT'S THEIR PROPERTY. >> It's their property. >> Godamn [ __ ] I'm over here >> and it's their PROPERTY THAT YOU'RE ON. >> KICK YOUR goddamn [ __ ] ass. DON'T YOU WITH ME. >> PLEASE GET IN your car. Get in your car and drive away. >> I'm not on the goddamn property. >> Yes, you are. They own this road. They own this road. >> They own the road. They own a public road. >> This city own this road. >> They own this road. You a mother liar. >> Okay, get in your CAR AND DRIVE AWAY. NO, IT IS NOT. THEY OWN this property. Godamn ass. She hit me and kicked me. I BEAT HER GODDAMN ASS. THAT [ __ ] better stop. >> I ain't chilling out [ __ ] big boy. >> Let me tell you something. Oh no. >> Oh no. >> Oh no. >> Lord Jesus. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Please don't do this to me. >> Stop racing. >> Give us your arms. >> Give us your arms. No. >> Give us your arm. >> No. >> Give us your arm. >> Help. Help. >> Help. >> Give us your arm. >> HELP ME, SOMEBODY. I'm not resisting you. >> Yes, you are. >> I got money in my hand. >> I'm not resisting. >> I'm not resisting. >> Turn around and give us your arms. >> Stop. >> Turn around and give us your arms. >> Wait. Wait, >> Michelle, stop it. >> I can't stop it. >> Wait, >> Michelle, stop it. >> I'm not doing anything. >> Give us your other arm. >> I'm not doing anything. >> I'm not doing anything. >> I'm going to turn your vehicle off. >> I'm not doing anything, man. >> Stand up. >> I can't I can't get up. >> Ready? >> 1 2 3 go. >> Wait, my money has been >> All right, I'll get it. >> I'm not resisting you. >> You came and you swear. No, >> let's go. >> Wait. I'm gonna go with you. You don't have to pull on me like that. >> Let's go. >> I'm going. Get your hand off me. I walk by myself. You don't >> walk. >> Keep walking. >> Where's the Where's the sheriff? >> Keep walking. I don't know where the sheriff is. You were the one talking to him. You said >> I was I just looked at him. >> Okay. >> He owed me money. >> Okay. Well, then you then you talk to him at court, not here. This is not where you talk to you on the scene. >> Not where he talked to him. >> Miss Listen. I tried to talk to you and you wanted to say that I was a blonde [ __ ] and you weren't talking to me. Get in the car. >> Wait a minute. >> Don't hurt me again. >> Don't hurt me again. >> Where's my glasses you knocked off again? >> Just sit back. >> Why are you so goddamn excited? I didn't do nothing. >> I need to come on my own. >> Where are your keys at? >> In my car. >> Okay. Where is that? >> Evan told me. Huh? >> Where exactly? >> My keys? >> Yes, ma'am. >> I left you on the console. She's saying it's in the console. >> I didn't do anything, sir. >> Relax. Cuz you became aggressive. >> My head on the walk. >> You became very aggressive. >> No, you don't understand. I'm upset because I wasn't doing nothing >> and I asked you politely to leave. You came at me in an aggressive manner and my partner. >> I was just trying to talk to you. >> Okay. Well, now we're talking. >> I was just trying to talk. >> Now we're having a conversation in a normal manner. >> Sir, you're making a big mistake. >> I'm not the one that made a mistake. >> Listen to me. Look at my face. Respect me on the sidewalk, but nothing. Sir. >> Okay. I hear you. >> He spake my head from the sidewalk for nothing. >> Well, you were resisting. >> If you've ever told me to come, they stole my wallet this morning. >> Okay. Well, >> one of people stole my wallet and gave it to him. And he told me a few minutes ago, "Come and meet me at 100 and I'll give your wallet back." That's the only reason I came here. That's the only reason I was here trying to get my wallet, my driver's license, and everything is in here. >> All right. >> I don't have anything. And I >> Do you need to Do you When we take you back to headquarters, are you going to need medical assistance? >> No. I don't want >> I'm asking you a question. That's all. >> Stop moving around. Just stop moving around. >> You're so nervous over me. >> I'm not nervous over you. I understand that. I'm doing my job. It doesn't matter if you're big man or a little woman. You have something on that's gonna attack me. It's gonna attack me. >> I'm not gonna attack you. >> Okay. Well, listen. You've been aggressive this whole entire time. >> Sugar pie. >> Okay. >> This is not no goddamn I'm not I'm not saying you are criminal. I'm not the one. >> I'm not saying you are. >> You're doing me wrong cuz lady >> does she have the key? >> Does she have the key with her? >> She said it was in the middle console. Do you not have the keys on you? >> If you could uncip this for a second, I can get the keys. >> All right. Listen. I'm going to listen to it was in the console. I'm going to take you out of the car. My partner's going to search you. Okay. >> Yeah. >> We're going to grab your keys. We're going to make sure everything's locked up. If you need anything, don't hesitate to reach out. >> Okay. Um today she only came the one time right now. >> As far as I know, yes, cuz I just got >> And she never entered the building though. >> She did. She did. She entered. >> She was on the storm doors trying to get in. So everybody knows her. That's why nobody opened the door. >> Got you. Okay. So she did enter the property also. Okay. I'm just waiting here for Shirley. I'm going to pull my car up behind you. >> And Bishop Evan told me, he said, "Go over to 100, meet me right there, and I'll get your wallet to you." >> And that's the only reason I was here. Officer, what's your name? >> SJ. >> Yep. >> Officer, the only reason I need to be arrested. >> So, we're going to go back to headquarters. >> Problem. >> We're going to get you done and we're going to get you out. And then you wanted to storm off. >> I didn't want to listen. >> Listen. Listen. >> Going to leave or you were going to get arrested and you didn't want to leave. >> The suspect was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespassing. Please leave a like if you enjoyed this video. >> Man, I'mma tell you the truth. That could have kept going a little longer. >> Yes. >> Just hearing her talk, man. She she she crazy. >> Crazy. I got to go back what she said right here. >> When she first got in there. Hold up. >> Look. Hold up. Y'all >> stairs. >> Why we going to the dungeon? >> We're not going down to the dungeon. We're going to the book. >> I'm sorry y'all. I don't mean to laugh. Said, "Where y'all sending me to the dungeon?" >> I love She said, "Where is everybody at?" >> Where everybody at? >> You going there by yourself today, Grandma? >> Yeah, Grandma. You messed up, man. [laughter] That's your fault, Grandma. You did. You messed that up. >> Obvious. How you say the word? I can't say a word. >> Obviously. >> I'm a college educated man >> that can't say some words. Right. Y'all excuse me. >> I know, right? >> Uh. >> Huh? >> Go ahead. >> What you about to say? >> There was a word I was in I kept trying to say the other day and I just was messing it all up. >> Uh, obviously >> y'all he ain't joking either. It's hard for me to say certain words like Right. That's crazy. >> Say it one more time for me. >> Obvious. >> Um >> like obvious though it it's a B when you spell it. I think >> she crazy as hell. Yeah, that's she got some mental issues >> because the whole time she was saying Bishop Eddie Long was trying to meet up to the not Eddie. But she said Bishop somebody. >> I thought she was talking about the real bishop. >> Yeah. >> She talking about the man he live upstairs with me. He sell drugs. >> Yeah. >> Like I thought you talking about bishop. A bishop. >> Yes. Yes. Yes. >> A real bishop. >> Hold on. You know my brain wants obviously. >> Oh, it's got a B and a B. >> Got a B and a B. Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. Wow. Okay. See, >> so >> and I can't say the other word, too. Electress. I can say it, but I have to say it slow. Yeah. >> That's crazy, man. Anyway, then I'm country to mix in with it. Yeah, that's what it is. >> She got some mental issues, y'all. She is crazy >> because when she said, >> "I came to get my wallet." And the woman said, "We see your wallet and your pocketbook." She said, "You seen it? Where's that?" Yeah. [ __ ] just got that to me. >> Yeah. >> Oh, now he done gave it to you. Yeah. >> So, what you on the property still for? >> Yeah, that's right. >> But let me say something. Let me say something. Let me say something. In her defense, in her defense, >> I I'm not necessarily her defense. I I don't mean to say it like that, but >> when people used to get evicted, I used to always feel sorry for them. Of course, nobody wants to see somebody else get put out, >> but what I'm saying is I used to always feel sorry for them cuz I'm like, y'all y'all don't have to throw these people's um belongings out. The process of eviction is sometimes long and sometimes not. when the when apartments >> girl they trying to get your ass up out of there quick. >> So So um I'm thinking she at least had 30 days from the time she got that first eviction notice. I think hopefully every state is the same and you got 30 days maybe 28 days something like that when they do it. You had enough time grandma to get all your stuff out. I don't know what she keep coming back to these people property for but you had enough time to get your stuff out. And then when people get evicted, they try to wait the last two days before they get their stuff out. Like they try to go and get a truck and then ram and cram everything. Sometimes it takes you a whole three two or three days to move. Depends on how much stuff you got. >> So how you feel like you going to get all your stuff out when you get evicted? They threw all her stuff out. It's kind of your fault if you don't have it. And she was like, "I ain't got nothing." >> Yeah. You know, you got an eviction notice probably at least three to four weeks in advance. You could have gotten all your stuff out. You ain't had to be back on these people property, >> right? But the the human side of me is human side of me is more I'm country. The human side of me thinks about something too. Like I remember one of our neighbors just live next door to me, my mom, and they sat his stuff out in the snow. >> Yes. >> And he was like, "Come on, man. Y'all work with me, man." blah blah blah. And that thing made me sad, man. >> Yes. >> And I I hate that this world I ain't gonna go >> deep into this. I don't want to go deep. I'm just saying. But I hate that the world is all about money. >> It's just you not paying a piece of paper, but have all your [ __ ] on the ground. >> Exactly. >> And just belongings because you ain't you can't pay something. That's stupid to me. But >> that's so stupid. >> Well, we ain't going into that that that grab hole of that. But um in my mind I was thinking that maybe until they got it squared away. I said maybe she got some money hid up in that apartment. >> I'm going to get my money and she want to get back in that apartment. >> Yeah. >> Because one of my friends I told you he's drive trucks and he hid money inside the truck wall. >> He said man I I got to get back to the truck. >> Yeah. >> He said I got money in the wall. >> Oh yeah. Yeah. >> So, I was thinking that maybe she might be telling the truth that they got she got some money. >> She might be. Yeah. Or she might have been going to sh um what's his name? House. >> The bishop >> bishop house to get something. >> Y >> might be trying to get a little something else. >> Might be. >> I know something ain't right. >> I'm sitting here the whole time think she talking about a real bishop. >> Yeah. >> She talking the man upstairs. >> Yeah. You know where you get the drug. What? What? [laughter] How the story changed? I thought this was bishop from the church. >> She told the cop where you get y'all drugs from. >> Y'all come here. >> Yes. >> That made me y'all hear that? And he did not deny. He's like, "Oh, we ain't talking about that." >> That made me kind of think what y'all What y'all talking about over there, man. >> This one right here was just funny to me. I just wanted to do this. >> Oh, I thought you was about to play it again. You ain't got to. >> All right. >> But yeah, >> this right here was funny to me, man. I know y'all gonna laugh throughout this. Come to the comments. You got anything else? >> No, this is funny. >> Come to the comments. I got to hear what y'all say about this one right here because this woman is a trip. >> Yes. >> I was about to say something, but I trying to use that word, but it just sound funny. >> I don't want to use it. I don't mean it in the way that other other people mean it. >> But I was like, damn, man. They be old and still fatigue. >> Yeah. >> Old fatigue. >> Yeah. >> But then they can't they don't never shut up. I just want Oh. And you see how they be hyped at first. >> Oh yeah. >> But no cuffs come out. Please, please. I'm sorry. See change instantly. Oh, no, no, no, no. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You going to jail. Don't do that to me. I'm a Oh, please, baby. You a big >> Oh, baby. Sugar pie. Sugar pie. What's your name? >> Oh, sugar pie. Honey, oh, no, don't, baby. I'm sorry, baby. I I would I wouldn't disrespect you, child. Come on, my cookie fried chicken and pinto beans and rice, baby. >> Yeah. [laughter] >> All of a sudden, that story changed. >> Everything changed. >> What did she What did she say? She called the the woman >> a blonde [ __ ] >> A blonde bee. Yeah. Then [laughter] then she said miss. Miss miss. No. >> Yeah. Don't call her miss now. >> She she was hurt by that thing. The officer. >> Yeah. She probably was mad about that. I'll be mad too. >> Oh god. Yeah. >> But thank y'all for the love support of China. Thank y'all for being here. Man, I can't wait to see the comments on this for y'all. It's two people. I can't think of their name, man. >> Amanda and somebody. I always remember. >> I ain't seen Amanda lately. >> Yeah. But um >> there's a Jessica or something something like this. >> I don't know. I'm just saying. >> I forgot. I know three people gonna say something. >> I I I got to say I got to look at their names again. >> Yeah. >> They they gonna be talking about this one in the comments. Yeah. >> But thank y'all again for being here. Thank y'all for the love supporting this channel. Until next time, don't get caught slipping on camera.
