Do you have anything on your stick? >> I don't care what I got a taser in my pouch cuz I kissed the bus. >> But I'mma tell you this. I don't care what you do. >> God don't like ugly. This This is >> We going to have to go this way. >> Yeah, y'all did. Y'all chose this route. God don't like ugly. We've been trying to work, >> but you're obstructing us. You're preventing us from doing our job. >> God don't like ugly, but I'mma show you better. >> I'mma call my lawyer. Watch your foot. >> Hey, you ain't got no >> I'll go get their information. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, she came in. Uh >> they they called me over to the deli. She went over there first. >> Okay. >> Um the teammates told me that she put her hands on him. We were yelling at him. >> Okay. >> So, she deescalated it. I finally tried to get her to check out and just leave. She kept yelling. She said she wanted to check out up here. So, I escorted her. We stopped at Floral. I tried to check her out there. Then, she said she paid for. I didn't even care about the ticket. I just wanted her to leave. >> Okay. >> And she kept yelling. She came back over here and started yelling teammates again. I came back over. That's when I told them over here to call the police just to have her removed. >> Okay. >> I gave her every opportunity to pay for it and leave. >> So, she made physical contact with some of your employees >> supposedly over in the deli. I haven't been able to verify it. >> Okay. Uh do you have camera footage >> uh that we could review? I'm Do they want to press charges for battery or do they just want her gone? >> She's going to get charged anyway. I got to charge. >> The only reason I asked on the battery is cuz we then we just got to get some more people's information. Not a big deal. >> Okay. >> Hello. You need to talk to me. >> Yeah. I guess did you have a situation with the young lady here in black? >> I needed to bring back. >> Um, so she came out >> and was mad with another worker about styrofoam plates. We don't have any, but they've been out for over 3 hours. So, when she got here, they already weren't there. >> She was mad saying that the one she was mad at went back there and started talking about her, but she went back there to tell everybody else we don't have any plates. So, when I heard she was cussing, I came around and she was talking of like you and I'm coming for you, all that. And so I told her, "We haven't had any sources for a while." And she got in my face and said, "No, I got the last one. You remember I got the last one." I said, "Okay, whatever." You know, I know she didn't, so I'm not going to argue. And when she got on my face, that's when I smelled my breath. >> And I know she Yeah. And that's when she like shoved me and she she didn't do it hard, but she don't touch me. >> Did she kind of do like this or >> It was like a Well, you don't know. >> Okay. It wasn't like a attack, but it was don't touch me, please. >> And so that's when she kept getting more mad and I could tell it wasn't going to like get fixed. And I kept telling her, "It's all well." And she goes, "I'm fine, but you're not." And just kept saying stuff like that. And she kept coming back and just standing there. >> So I back she got even more mad and then started doing that all over my face again. Her ma'am and she thought he said you. So she went really Yeah. And then that's when told me to just walk away and I stayed away since then. >> When she did, how many times did she make contact? Was it just once? >> She she like she like did that sometimes, but I don't I don't like care about that. >> It was just a little shove that was like I'm already nervous. So >> Okay. Um were you injured in any way? >> No. >> No. Was you in fear that she was going to like slap you or punch you or anything like that? >> Um I was a little scared she was going to come at me. Yes. >> Yeah. Did she take any kind of a aggressive stance towards you or she just was talking in your face? >> It's just that she was so close to me and doing that that I could tell she was comfortable and she's like, "Oh, if you would have met old me, you you would have this and that and trying to scare me." And she's like she said, "You should you can That's a girl who used to work here." >> Okay. >> And I'm like, I don't I get I I told her I said, "I get it. You're tough. I'm not messing with you. I just want to make sure everything's good." >> Okay. >> But >> so we got I got a couple charges on her anyway. We just wanted to make sure that there was no that physical like a battery. It wasn't like you got, you know, we're getting ready to get battered or anything like that. It was just more of like, hey, back away type thing. >> Time to assert herself. >> Okay. Got you. Do you have your driver's license with me ID? >> Um, yes. Let me go grab it. >> Okay, ma'am. We appreciate it. >> Okay. >> All right. Thank you. All right. I talked to her. So, I got your information. Um, we're going to take her to the station and obviously she's already on the ban list here. So, she's trespassing here. She comes back. You see her? No, you know, notify us. We'll come back out and press. >> Does she want to press charges? >> No. >> So, have to worry about video. >> No. Okay. >> Uh, apparently from her story, she says she works over there at the Weber Apartments. So, just keep an eye out. She might be here frequently or try to be here more frequent than others. Okay. >> I appreciate it. >> No problem. >> The woman was charged with [music] resisting arrest and was later released on a notice to appear. Let me know your thoughts in the comments. And you know the crazy thing about this stuff that get on my nerve, they always act like they don't they didn't do nothing. I ain't did nothing. So the person doing this and blah blah blah blah blah and just going off and then they she and they kind of tapping and pushing the woman and acting like a damn fool and then always talking about uh if you would have met the old me and stuff like that. Man, I just, you know, I again, I be trying not to say so many things about my people because for some reason my people don't like to have the mirror in their face. And I know I I trust me when I say this, every race got its problems. I seen videos when I be trying to go find some original videos and you see some uh some stash. It be a lot of racist doing other stuff that they don't really show on these body cam videos. So, I'm not going to throw my people up under the bus. But when y'all do stupid [ __ ] I'mma talk about it. I the aggressiveness, man, and and the and the anger and and you always knowing your rights and then they always do the same stuff. I'm pulling the race car. I am so sick and tired of that, man. pulling the effing race car. These cops coming to do their job because they were called to come do a job. Y'all just doing that because I'm a black woman. I'm scared for my life and all that stuff like that. Listen. Listen, people. Yes, there have been cases when you see some cops come and they do things to black folks. Yes. But that's not on an everyday basis. That's it. It it it might happen more than what I see, but I'm pretty sure it don't happen often like that. The way y'all going off about talking about y'all fear for y'all life, man. We cut that stuff out. If you done something wrong, just own up to it. Be held accountable. I'mma tell y'all a little story. I hope y'all stick around. I live in the South. And y'all know about the South. Growing up, I never experienced racism from cops, from teachers, from anybody. The only time that my mind kind of changed about it is when I had to go to court for something when I was younger. And it was something minor, just being young and dumb, hanging with friends, doing stuff. Then they slapped me on the wrist. Uh, but I had to go I had to still had to sit in court and see other cases. That was my that was my one and done. And I ain't never want to get in trouble no more. Well, I was real young. I was maybe like 19 or 20. And that's the only time that I experienced it when when we were in court. And I remember that it was a black guy who came up there. He didn't have an extensive record and the judge was likeounding him because he had on red. He said, "I know you're in the game. I know you going off. I know you doing this." And the guy like, "I'm not in the game." He said, "I just like red." He said, "I like my colors." cuz he had a like a red he like a red shirt on and a suit but he had like red everything else. He said, "No, you and you in the gang. I know you is." He said, "Yeah, you you gang members." And he was going off. And I remember the dude had I I still remember this. He had some drug charges, but it was like his first time. They gave that dude 10 years and he was crying. 10 years and he was crying. I'll never forget that, man. I was like, "Wow." Then a white guy came up. He was a young boy. He may be like in his 20s and he had an extensive record and the judge talked to him so nice. He said, "Son, you got to get your life together." Still remember this. I tell the story to everybody. Get your life together, son. We go we go work on we go work on you. See, and his daddy was there. They was crying. He said, "You go do better." And I remember they they named all his list of charges he had. He had drug charges. He had violent charges. They said he was wild growing up. and the judge gave him five years probation and anger management. And that's something that always stuck with me. I was like, "Oh, but racism is really real." That's the only time I experienced it. And when I saw it in court, but dealing with cops and being on the streets in in my city, white people always talk to me. Maybe it's because the way I carry myself. I always dress casual. They like, "Hey, how you doing?" Good. They'll sit down and hold a conversation with me. I never experienced it. So when I be hearing people all the time pull a race card, it it makes me like, are you sure they pulling a race car? Because I never experienced. I know other things going on in the world, but I'm in the South and I never experienced it other than I seen it in that court. So why y'all always pull a race car when nothing races going on when you do something wrong? I never understand that. That's something I I keep I'm going keep on talking about it till my people get it right. You only do that when you see something going on wrong that's racist, not when you did some [ __ ] and the cops coming to your rescue and he happened to be white. That just doesn't make no sense to me. That's crazy to me. But y'all come to the comments and let me know what y'all think about this. And I like sharing stories with y'all. I hope y'all like that. Do y'all like when I add on and tell a little stuff about my life? I just want to share things, man. But I just I'm tired of us uh playing that card all the time. I'm tired of us just thinking we know the law. When we doing stuff that's wrong, you break the law and people tell you to leave, you in the wrong, not the cop. That's all I'm saying. Thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love supporting this channel. Y'all let me know what y'all think about this woman here in this case. And y'all shout out in the comments. That's what we live for. Until next time, don't get caught slipping on
