I haven't done anything. >> Do you want to give me your license? >> I'm not giving you my license because I haven't done anything. >> Okay. Stop talking to me real quick. If you don't provide your license, >> I can call my attorney. >> If you don't provide Listen, talk. Stop talking. If you do not provide your license, you will go to jail. >> I'm going to call my attorney. >> Okay. Well, she's wrong. >> Anyway, >> I'm calling my attorney. >> Give me your license. >> I gave it to him. >> Okay. >> I gave her ID. I was >> You don't have to join him. >> One of them cop. He hasn't done anything. >> 051 222 971. >> Turn it down before you go to jail. >> I don't have my phone. My phone is in back. You said you my >> I'm asking him to call our attorney, our family attorney. >> I'm asking for a law, a representative of the law. And y'all know, Christopher, don't say anything else. I'm asking for him to call my attorney. >> I'm not going to call your attorney. >> I can ask my fiance. >> You're trying to identify yourself is against the law. >> I do not I can have my attorney speak on my behalf. >> No, ma'am. >> Yes, I can. That's why they can't. That's why they're not saying anything. >> That don't make Christopher do not say anything. my license. >> What am I doing? >> I'm asking for my attorney. >> Step by the car for me. >> Turn around. >> Call our attorney. >> Call my attorney. >> Don't say anything. Call our attorney. >> I'm asking for my attorney. >> I'm asking for my attorney. I haven't committed any wrong. I'm asking why am I being detained? Why am I being detained? >> Oh, you're not being detained. You're being arrested. >> Why am I being arrested? >> For what? I haven't done anything. >> So, you ain't being detained. You've been arrested. >> I'm asking for my attorney. >> Do you want anything out of this car to go with you? >> I don't have anything but my license. I haven't committed a crime. I'm asking for my attorney. >> You're not I didn't ask any of that. Do you want anything out of this car? >> I only have my license and my I'm driving that driving that vehicle. I'm responsible for it. >> Do you want your purse? I have my license. He's not able to drive. I'm driving that vehicle. >> I do. I want everything to come with me. Have a seat. So, the call we got was from somebody inside saying that he put his hands on you. >> Okay. At the end of the day, it is against the law for you not to provide your driver license to it. >> I just want my attorney to speak on my behalf. I mean everything. >> I'm not going to wait on that. >> I understand. But I know as of right now, you're under arrest for obstruction for not providing your identification. Okay. >> I have everything in my pocketbook. >> It's too late for that. Okay. >> I'm just trying to figure out what she did so that to understand where we we can return it. >> She she failed to provide her identification. So therefore, she's going to jail. Okay. that her identification is actually >> she didn't she didn't provide it. Okay. So, she got >> Are you going to listen to me? >> Yeah. Why are you yelling? >> Because you're not listening. I'm just talking. >> You're not listening. >> So, why do I have to listen to you if you don't listen to me? >> Cuz we're we're both citizen to me then. Okay. >> You're not going to drive the car. Okay. She failed to provide identification. So, she's going to jail and the car is getting towed. Okay. You're free to leave. >> What? But what what what what are the when I be able to bail her out or whatever the case is? Cuz I'm I'm going to bail her out even though that it's not I'm >> When we get to the police department, I'll let her call you. >> Where is that at? >> Literally right down the road. >> So, but how long will that be? Like I got to come back 2 hours later, 3 hours later. >> 15 minutes, she'll have a bond >> in 15 minutes. >> 15 minutes. >> That's what we got to do. So then I Can I ride to the station with y'all? >> No, you cannot. >> I can't ride with y'all. >> You can walk. >> All right. Give me the Give me the address. I I I have a car. Come pick me up. >> Doug Davis Drive. >> I'm going to take that. >> What did you say? >> 700. >> Doug, like the man's name. >> Doug. >> Y'all got to find something that better do out here though. >> D O U G. >> D O U G. >> Mhm. Space. D right there. Yep. >> She ain't like that [ __ ] Y'all got to find something better to do out here though. She like which one? I'm trying to look for you said 15 minutes. >> Yeah. Okay. >> You really don't even have to waste that money. You can walk. It's right up there. >> But I'm not walking nowhere. I don't even know where I'm at. You know what I mean? I just move down here. >> Right. But I'm telling you, it's right there. >> But me, I'm not. >> Look where this car is going. It's going right there. Right past them. That's last set of lights. And make a right right there before you even hit the next block. >> It's not It's not even a block. >> I'm not walking nowhere. And I'm going to make sure I get in here and get my phone. >> Lord Jesus. That's what these people want me to do. You want me to sit out here? Y'all just going the extra mile. >> No, but you're acting like it's so important. But she right there like you will get the waffles. >> You said it's right there. >> You said right there. >> But I'm not walking up there. >> Would you walk up there? >> I would hope that whoever with me would walk up there. I know, right? Yeah, I sure would. >> Well, I ain't I don't walk nowhere. That's not my >> Okay. Like a citation. So obstruction is not a citation. Okay. >> So once you file to identify yourself in the state of Georgia, it's considered obstruction. Okay. >> So you'll have a bond in like 15 minutes or less. >> All right. >> So and he already said he's going to bond you out. So I'm going to allow you to get um his number out your phone or whatever and then you can call him. You can bring cash up here. >> It'll be a done deal. Okay. I got to go there. >> No. >> All right. Um, your car did get to cuz he can't drive it. Want him to drive it. >> All right. As soon as I do all this paperwork, >> get the bond amount, he'll come and pay it. It'll be released. >> Oh, yeah. >> It seems like y'all looking for a reason to like try and lock. I just said, "You're good." >> What do you want me to do? You want me to go in here and get my food? >> Yes. >> Put your drunk ass in there. Go in there. Jesus Christ. >> I know, right? >> I'm going to go over there with him. >> You might have to call somebody else to bind you out. >> Oh, he's >> No, he's not. They just locked him up. >> Why? >> He showed up when I left. >> He was calling me. >> No, he was not. Cuz we had already asked him to leave because he was trying to get in your car and he wouldn't leave. >> Wait, what? >> Okay, I need to just calm my sister. She was going to come. Okay. So, your sister, how far she lived from here? >> Um, where we at? >> The city of Heatville. >> She's probably 15, 20. >> Okay. All right. >> Thank you. >> No problem. I'm just trying to help you. Okay. >> I know. I appreciate it, too. >> Georgia, when you fail to provide an officer identification, >> I can have my attorney speak on my behalf, but you're teaching me something. I'm a business owner. I pay my taxes and everything. Like, I'm a truck driver. >> Okay. >> So, you don't need to know anything. I just literally wanted to go home. >> Okay, I understand. But in the state of Georgia, if you fail to identify yourself, it's obstruction. >> Well, I know better now. >> Okay. And it is an arrestable offense. There's no citation that I can provide to let you go on that. >> So, what I'm going to do, I'm going to grab your phone and your purse and then you can go in your purse and give me your license. >> Okay. Okay. >> All right. Walk through that great door right there. >> Look at this ninja here. I got Oh, >> you got you got the B. >> Yep. Step over here. >> I literally did nothing, sir. >> Step in. Step in. Make a left. >> Get your ass in there. >> I literally didn't. >> Have a seat right here. >> How How long before I'll be able to get out of here, man? You'll be transported to the jail in maybe 15 months. >> Oh, you mean transported? You said would I be able to bail out for disorderly conduct? >> Yeah, but you won't you won't bond out from here. You're going you'll be bonded out from the jail. >> What jail? >> East Point jail. >> I mean, where is that at? I I did nothing. >> Okay, have a seat. Yeah, that's that's too many. >> Can I call my Can I call my >> We did I didn't actually do nothing, sir. I literally went inside of >> Okay, have a seat. You're You're prolonging the process here. I'm I'm just trying to figure out what's going on. >> What started as an argument between a couple quickly escalated. The girlfriend was arrested but shortly released after posting bond. Her fiance wasn't as lucky. He had to be transferred to the main jail before getting approved for a bond. Drop your thoughts. >> Just dumb AF. Too dumb and dumber and dumbass and stupid and stupid and stupider. Just something so simple, man. This what I This is what I'll be saying in all my videos that I do. I always tell these jackasses. Learn your laws in your state. I had to realize that because I don't get in trouble. So, I I don't know a lot of stuff, but I had to learn that different states got different rules. My state, uh, from what I read, they don't really trip about you showing your ID. I think now I may have to look at it. That was last year when I looked it up. But um something so simple because I'm gonna say it. I don't care if people get mad what I'm about to say. All because you don't want to comply. I don't understand people just feel like they losing their power when when they all you got to do is comply. I always say this all the time. You can call me a lame ninja. I just want to say that. You can call me a lame person if you want to. I'm lame or whatever you want to call me. soft. If a cop stop me or if I'm if I'm doing something in the wrong or if he tells me, "Hey, can I see your ID?" I'm like, "Here you go." Simple as that. I want to go home. That's just me. I'm not trying to make no [ __ ] extra. I'm ready to go. You need to see my ID. Here you go, sir. Go on about your business. All right. We we identified you. But on the on the flip side, on the human side, on the human side, now hold up, hold up. On the human side, I'm a private person and I do think it's unnecessary in my opinion to ask for your ID on petty stuff. For instance, telling a story. I always got a story to tell. Uh it's this guy that lived in my mom's neighborhood when I was living with my mom. He, this is a crazy story. He put his sister in the freezer. Pause for a minute. Take a breath. He put his sister in the freezer. Yeah. Okay. But he didn't un alive her. She died. But he I don't know. He had some mental issues going on. he put in the freezer and the cops uh came and talked to us in the neighborhood. So I came outside to see what was going on. So they was talking to everybody in the neighborhood. Then the cop came up to me and he said he said hey how you doing sir can I see your ID and I said no for what he he said um he said u well he said first you no he first he said are you willing to make a statement about about the um situation this guy I said yeah I know him you know so I started talking he said can I see your ID I said no I'm good he said he said uh he said um he said but if you want to make the statement I need to see your ID said no that's okay I ain't going to make no statement then cuz in my mind I'm like what do you need my ID If I'm telling you a story, if I'm telling you what I know about the guy, you don't need to know my name, my ID, and stuff like that. I'm not under investigation or something like so on some things I be like, "Come on, cops. Y'all petty on that." And I feel like sometimes like I don't understand. She got somebody called the cops on him for hitting her. So in my mind, I'm like the human side of me. Now the lost side of me understands. I'm talking about the human side of me. like why you need to see my ID when he hit me or he you know he did something to me what they got to do thing you know what I'm saying you can see his ID but why you got to see mine I kind of understand that but at the same time it's the law that's the law in the state you got to you got to comply comply and obey it this was super unnecessary for both of y'all his dumb drunk ass out here ninja go talk could just walked off and just walked to to jail to go bail this lady out. No, you still had to talk ish and could have just been gone and this could have been settled right here. No, he had to go get arrested for just talking [ __ ] cuz he was drunk. That's all it is. And he did put hands on her. And let me tell y'all something. Women, stop taking up for these guys, man. That is why a lot of y'all are un alive these days. Because for some reason, a guy could be abusing y'all and doing something to y'all and y'all would sit there and say ain't it ain't so. No, he loves me. He He's just drunk. He's this. A man should not put his hands on you at all. So stop taking up for these ninjas. Stop taking up for these ninjas. They they they do wrong stuff and they need they need to be punished for it. Let them go. How many stories do we need to see of abuse for y'all mother efforts to wake up? Excuse me. I'm cursing because I get frustrated with stuff like this. I don't mean to cuss. So y'all forgive me. But I get frustrated with this. I'm tired of seeing all these videos of people just doing stupid stuff for just being stupid because they don't want to comply or they let somebody abuse them and get away with it. I'm tired of seeing women out here getting unal alive because of they just taken up for the guy. No, he's okay. Everything's good. It's not okay. Somebody hit you one time, they gonna do it again. That's just my theory. Y'all come to the comments and let me know what y'all think about this right here, man. Cuz it's it's petty. It's so stupid. It was something that could have just been dealt with. No, I got I gota I gotta talk back. I can't comply. I know my rights and don't even know her rights. Watching Tik Tok, watching all these YouTube lawyers and all that thinking they know something and they don't really know. Come to the comments, y'all. Let loose. And thank y'all for the new people that subscribe to my channel. People that say, "Man, I love y'all discussions, man." Thank y'all. That that really keeps us going cuz you want to do something different on this on this platform. People react, but they don't discuss. They don't talk about it. So, that's what we wanted to do. Thank y'all for being here. Until next time, don't get caught stupid. I mean, I'm sorry. [laughter] Don't get caught slipping being stupid on camera.
