Are the other kids coming out? >> Yes. My other brother is washing them up. >> Okay. Hello. Sheriff's office. Who are you guys? >> You're the owner of the house. Okay. So, come out here, please. >> The shower. >> Okay. >> Yeah, let's go out. >> Um, >> who is he? That's your brother. >> No, no, no. They're just They're show they're brothers. >> I was just shower. >> They're my brothers. >> Are they okay? >> Yeah. >> Yeah, they're just showering. >> Can we get have them come out, please? >> Can I get a towel like? >> Yeah, get them some towels. >> How to? >> No, that's five. And then uh that was 34. >> You guys okay? You got it. >> Okay, let's come out guys. >> They ran to put them keys. >> Who else is here? >> You wrench from them. >> Now y'all got to forgive us now. We using it on stock on this channel like that. But it's some weird stuff going on. >> The two boys come there. They nervous. >> Yes. >> What is y'all doing in our house? >> And how many people live there? It's people look like gnomes coming out the woods out the side of the house. What's going on? >> I bet they ran and put those kids in the shower. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. We're not just a part like of the kids and everything. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Well, I need you guys to come out here for now. Okay. >> Okay. Thanks. And then if you guys have IDs, bring them out, too. Okay. Do you guys have any kids back here? >> I'm missing a kid. >> No, we don't have a kid back here. >> Okay. Let's go outside, guys. You're good, man. We just need to identify everyone to see who's here in the house. Okay, let's go, man. I'm not going to be looking through your stuff, dude. As long as the kids don't have access to it, I Let's just go. And who stays in this room? Anybody? >> Anyone in here? >> Hey, I need you guys to come out. I'm going to seize the house for a search warrant. Let's go. I need you to step out of the house, please. Okay. >> Damn, there's more people. >> Okay. Do you need an ambulance? No. Excuse me. Why do you need? >> Because I have a whole lot of in this house around kids. So, >> let's go, ma'am. I'm not answering questions right now. I need you guys to come out of the house. Is there any other people back there? >> Okay, you're good. >> I have no brother. I just had to make sure that >> Let's have him hurry up. Okay. >> Yeah. Hurry up, dude. >> So, identify that the man that was laying on the sofa. >> This should be the other one right now. So, how can I help? >> Just stay here with her. >> Thanks, man. I'll be right back. >> So, you just said the tin foil is just in the trash can in the room. >> Um, do you know if Francisco doesn't have >> Yeah. Was he in the record though? >> There's a lot of people in there right now. There's about I think about 12 people inside right now. >> Yeah. So, I'm going to start CFD out. Um, there's the center room. A big old heaping pile of burnt tin foil. That's the only I saw. No, one of the bedrooms. As soon as you look at down the hallway, it's that first bedroom. Right as you enter, there's a one twiniz bed and there's a dresser right next to it. And on the dresser, just a heaping pile of burnt tin foil. As soon as we identify everyone, run everyone and make sure no one else are kicking people. >> It's mostly mom and dad. >> Hey, what are you what are you thinking? So, I'm going to call the aids and see if I can do search war photos and my topics. I think so. Um but he said auto >> that and then um who was here >> captain said was assigned his family or something like that. He wants to come out here and do interviews and stuff. >> Okay. I'll call his sergeant. >> It said just to call I just talked to Nico, but he said just to call Barco directly >> because they already coordinated that. >> Okay. Do you want to 16 the people with uh the other ones? >> Yeah, 16 everybody. I agree with you. >> Did you see the >> people? So, she knows >> putting his kids in this situation, but they also didn't have a home. Now, the people who are responsible. >> Yeah. So hers in this room knowing kids stay in the house are still >> nothing to do. >> Who's responsible for the child using >> or the mom is trying to do what she can? >> The way I the way I look at it is both. Anyone that that knows that children were here the doors were unlocked. The kids are out of an age that they have can open doors have access to it and that this was immediate access as soon as you walk in the room. I think that >> did they tell you who stayed in this room? Anyone? >> Um, that's the bathroom. >> Oh, the middle room. Um, the kids were in the shower. Actually, this is the weird part. So, when you >> The kids were in the back and as soon as I came back here, the kids were no longer in the back. >> Yeah, >> I think dad rushed him inside to take a shower. >> Yep. >> Did I say that? >> They were all in the back. >> Yep. >> Just t So, when he was back here, when these two girls were back, I told them like leave and they wouldn't leave. And they kept on shoving stuff in that in that whole dresser right there and in the bag. And then this yellow container right here. >> Oh yeah. Oh. [Music] >> Yeah. But they're the ones that have warrants, I think. >> Oh, okay. So, we know they were staying in this room. >> And I saw them both in here, too. And then we still have that front bedroom where the mom and dad were staying in. >> Yeah. So that was locked. >> I left it open. So it must have been the >> So we're going to have to keep >> or we can ask for consent from that guy. Hey, >> we're doing a search war anyway if it gets approved. >> Okay, let's go. We still want to make sure no one's in there though. >> The dad locked open. >> Must have come back and unlocked it. >> Yeah, it was a way to get through here to the house, isn't there? Uh yeah, same way. >> Is this connected to the house at all? >> Uh no, technically yes. Wait, there's no door that goes directly to the house. >> Look in here. >> Francisco, let's talk to you, man. Let's just talk outside away from the kids. Well, >> their grandma's outside. She can take outside. >> So, we're going to seize the house for a search warrant, right? So, we can't say we're going to get us to our front. We're just saying um we just want to make sure no one's in that back bedroom. >> Yeah. No, we we just changing in there. We >> would you mind letting us just see just so we can make sure the house is safe? >> Yeah, but I don't I don't >> You don't have the key? >> No. >> Oh, who would have a key to that back bedroom? >> Listen, you can you can go through the roof, too. >> Well, I don't want to go through the roof. >> Yeah, there's nobody in there. Watch. >> Yeah. Don't worry about it, dude. Um, I don't want you grabbing anything. >> No, no, no. You're good. You're good. You're good. You're good. [Music] >> There's nobody in there. You can look through the boot. I promise there's nobody in there. I don't even know how locked. >> So, you don't have a key? >> No. >> So, okay. Who would have a key, man? >> Um, I don't know. >> Okay. So, just listen, Franc. I just want to be super clear with this. So, should we be granted a search warrant? >> Go ahead. >> But no, just listen. Just listen. We're going to have to gain access to that. Should we be granted? No, we can open it. >> So, I'm just saying I'd rather just have a key than besides cuz I don't want to damage anything. >> So, kick it in. I don't I don't mind. I'm telling you there's nobody in there. You can look. >> You can see there's nobody in there. >> Okay. >> I promise you you can There's nobody. I don't even know how it locked. >> All right. >> I promise you there's nobody in there, but you guys can kick it in. It's not mine. Not where like we stay inside the house. We're just >> We're just changing. Yeah. >> Okay. Who normally stays in there? Why would you change? >> It's a room for everybody to use. >> Cuz I stay in the room with my kids over there. >> I bet it is a room for everybody to use. >> Go ahead. Okay. So, who sits in what room? >> We have to start identifying people. We have to start coordinating. >> We were We just barely got here. So, we don't have like a room. We're just He allowed us here on my desk. I hardly ever see anybody. I come in to work. He just allowed us to say my buddy So, your buddy Lee told us told us that uh you guys are staying in your car. I said, "Yeah, it sucks." He said, "If I told him I do tile work, I did the tile work in your bathroom and he allowed us to stay here to stay off the street." >> We'll walk you back to the living room. Let's go this way. >> Yeah. So, if you guys But honestly, if you guys need to kick in the door, >> that's fine. Francisco, let's go this way, man. >> If you guys need to kick in the door, do it. If I can fix it or whatever you need to do. >> Francisco, just hang out here in the shade for now. Okay. >> I'm going to have everyone step outside now. Hey. So, if you guys can come outside and then we're gonna have you wait in the front yard real quick and you guys are going to stay right here with me. >> Okay. >> They're staying with me. They can stay inside. I don't want them outside. It feels too hot. Doing okay, ma'am? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, they can I tell you what's going on? >> No. >> Okay. So, I guess grandma's here. >> Okay. >> So, is it okay if the kids go with her? Yeah. >> Okay. So, that's where we're going to plan. So, we still have to bring out CFD. >> Um and then is that Francisco, your husband? >> Is he the kid's biological dad? >> Okay, sounds good. Sir, um we're we got approval to do a search warrant. We're working on that now. See why everything's called out. Grandma of the maternal grandma came out, said she can't take the kids cuz she works. So, we'll probably just end up forating based off of every the condition of the house and all the 57. So, >> we'll be here. We'll be here for a little bit. >> Can we go grab some water? >> No, not right now. But give us some time and we can get you guys some water. Okay. You still doing okay, sir? You need medical attention? >> Yeah, I'm good. I'm going to talk to the kids real quick. Are you guys doing okay? >> Yeah, we're good. Okay. >> Do you guys have questions? >> I don't really >> What's your question? >> Where am I? >> He's asking where's his dad? >> Oh, he's just outside. He's talking to us. >> Yeah. >> No, we don't have any questions. >> Okay. >> I want grapes now. >> You want grapes? Do you guys have grapes? >> No. >> Did you guys eat lunch? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Once the field units start going 108 just helping us secure the house cuz there's a couple people inside. But right now we should be fine. We're just waiting on CYP. We've arrested mom. Brock has her in the back of there. And then we have at this point I was thinking it was like 10 and 12 people. I think it's more like eight people, eight adults inside. Um just random people. They're all sitting in the front yard. >> You guys already have everybody IDed and all that. >> Mhm. >> Cool. We'll go walk around >> see the house and see what we saw. The woman was charged with four counts of reckless endangerment. >> Hey, what's going on? >> Do you guys have any kids back here? >> Where do we begin? >> That is the house of irrepar. >> Okay, so daddy lying, >> right? That's the daddy lying. Yeah, >> because he said this is the room. We all just use the room to go change in. That's a room. All right. But I don't think y'all changing in that room. >> Do more stuff than anything. >> Then he said, "I don't know how the door got locked." >> But then he said, "Oh, we just was staying here with a friend. Somebody let us stay here." >> Who is the person? They never showed who the owner was. No. >> It may be one of those people that that was all together. Maybe um the older man maybe or um one of the sick guys and there was one sick. There was another one that said he was friend who I called um the gnome. >> Yeah, the gnome. >> I don't know. They never said who owns the house, but somebody lying. Yeah, it might be his. >> Yeah, that's dried up Hulk Hogan right there. >> Yeah, >> somebody lying. >> They would be lying, brother. I can say this though. >> What's that? >> I like when somebody says, "Hey, come stay with me." >> I don't know if they lying. I think what it is is there a lot of drug addicts and they just decided to stay in the house together. >> So, dad was also saying >> or the mom was saying, Yeah, he said it too. We stay inside the house. Some of the other people stay in some of these rooms out here. I guess it's like a maybe attached or detached part of another house or a garage and they stay in the house. Yeah. >> The kids stay in the house where it's more normal >> and mom claims she, you know, stays in there and dad stays in there. >> But if you're just coming to stay with somebody for a little while >> Uhhuh. >> that's I know they lying. How is it that you say you don't have rooms? >> Right. Yeah. He was like, "Me and my kids, we stay in the same room." So, mom, dad, and the kids, y'all stay in one room. All those rooms that we just saw in that house. >> That's what I'm saying. Yeah. >> Everything's alive. >> Yeah. That that whole story a lot. And when I saw her right there, I said, "Yeah, that's that's a drug head right there. That's a crackhead fentel or something meth. >> You can you can look at the rest of them around there, they gone too, man. They just And I can tell the guy something he kept on talking. I don't know. That guy got like You can see see man, you can punch that out." >> Yeah. >> You can tell the erraticness, man. You know what made me sad though? Mhm. >> The kids got to be raised around them, y'all. >> Yes. >> That's the price you pay >> for being on drugs, man. Just because you want something to make you feel good, to make you feel like uh helps you through your problems. And >> you have kids. If you going to be on drugs, don't have no kids. Be selfish. >> Yes. >> Your kids got to deal with this, man. You know what I'm saying? Now they got to deal with this problem with y'all going and getting arrested >> and they in the house got to got to find some way to go, >> right? >> You know what I'm saying? That people don't they don't think about that. All they think about if you know one day, hey, I want to be on drugs. I want to try this drug. Don't have no kids. >> No. >> I I know people like, well, you how you know people don't know they going to be on drugs, blah blah blah. Don't have no kids. Get them kids up for adoption or something like that. Don't let them suffer in the house like that. Y'all they getting high on fentinel and doing all kind of stuff and they got to deal with it. That's selfish to me. >> Yes. >> Then that that traumatizes kids for life. Then they be traumatized and they end up with the same cycle doing same thing that you did. They end up being crackheads and fo head. They end up being drunks or same cycle because they see they people do it. >> Come on man. We got to do better than I. >> It's it's bigger. It's bigger than what I say though. >> Yeah. You can't do nothing when people keep on making it and bringing it over here and allowing it. >> Yep. >> You know what I'm saying? Yeah. >> Then you got think about prescription drugs. People get addicted to that, too. >> It's crazy, man. >> Yeah. The kids, man, the kids are going to see >> they're going to see something that's abnormal. >> Yeah. >> And because they're young and their minds are impressionable, it's soaks into their brains like a sponge. >> Yeah. and it's going to be like, "Okay, drugs are normal because that's how I grew up. >> That's what it used to." >> So, when they come across somebody um using or abusing, they're going to try it because they think it's normal, >> right? >> So, they're going to be like, "Oh, yeah, my mom and dad did." You know, >> that's just it's just part of the thing. They're going to get into it when they >> before they're even adults most of the time. That oldest son was high as hell. That's why he was slurring his speech. >> Yeah, he sure was. >> He was like, "Oh, no." >> Yeah. Yeah. >> He was gone. >> Yeah, he was gone. >> Yeah. And that's so sad. >> That's true what you said about that early cuz I'm I'm I want to say this. I used to be I used to write pen pals back in my day and I used to write people in in prison when I was young younger. I've been doing that since I was teenager, but I stopped. >> Yeah. It was different nowadays. >> Yeah. But um I was writing this girl and I remember her, we was like telling her, you know, telling each other about each other and she said, she said, "Man," she said, "I can show you my old pictures." She said, "Man, I used to I used to get high. I used to do this. I used to do that." And she said, she said, "Um, what about you? What you was into?" I said, "Man, I I don't drink and smoke and do stuff like that. That's not me." And she wrote back, she wrote me back and she said, she said, "I never heard nobody say they don't smoke and drink in club." >> Wow. She said, "I thought that was normal." >> Yeah. >> She said, "Because my" She said, "That's what we did in my neighborhood." She said, "Everybody smoke, everybody drink, everybody got high." And that's true. When you when you when you used to seeing something, >> you think it's normal. Even though I saw that stuff around me, I knew it wasn't normal, >> right? Yeah. >> You know what I'm saying? Because in my household, my mama didn't drink. My mama didn't smoke. >> Right. >> You know what I'm saying? So, I saw >> I saw that that wasn't normal to me. That was abnormal seeing y'all getting high and getting drunk. Everybody else, >> so I guess it's true what you said. Like they see that and they think there's nothing wrong with it. Well, everybody else does it, >> right? >> I I feel like that's what's wrong with the generation now. >> They look at TV, everybody smoking. >> They listen to the music, everybody talking about smoking. They celebrities smoking. They getting high. Even people that you think ain't getting high getting high. They Well, everybody else do it. I might as well do it. >> Have your own mind, man. >> Yep. >> Yeah. Rise above the peer pressure. I just want to throw that in there. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. That's it. >> That's it. >> I ain't got more to say. Yeah. That's that's like I said that's a house of irreput all kind of stuff going on over there. >> So like dang what what is a maze a hoarding that's like a >> an allin one. >> No that's that's the fentel maze and going through that thing man. God >> but thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love support. Come in the comments. We want to see what y'all got to say about us. And shout out to Unpopular.
