I just need the driver's license. Is it valid or is it >> Yes, sir. >> suspended. Expired. >> No. No, sir. It's valid. It's valid. >> Whose car is it? >> This is my co-signer. Uh, my registered pay. Uh, Bailey. Runs for Bailey. >> Bailey. >> Yes. Runs for Bailey. I have all the I can call them too as well. >> No, you're good. You're good. It's not recording right here. No. No sir. No. Everything's paid off. Everything's paid up. Everything is >> Can you do me a favor and just get out of the car and come right here just to back? >> Is there Well, I was Yeah, cuz I'm telling you to. >> Oh, okay. Yeah, sure. Is What's What was the reason of the stop again? Could my pops come out? Maybe. >> Well, I'll have you step back. >> I'm going explain to you the reason. >> Okay. >> It's right back here. >> Is there a reference signal 49? I'm going to have you give me your information. You don't really look like a person on the driver's license. >> Traffic 23. Spell your first name for me. Well, I mean, it has been a while. >> Spell your first name for me. >> B R I A N. >> Spell your last name. >> M A S L. >> What's your social security number? >> I don't know that by heart. I don't You don't know by heart? >> I don't know by heart. >> Okay. >> Mind if I see this for a sec? >> My phone >> to look at the picture? >> Well, I mean, I could I could maybe like send it, but I don't like give consent to the phone. I would just rather >> trying to look at the picture. >> Yeah, no problem. Yeah, you can you can look at the picture. It's just >> You don't even have the same color eyes as the girl in that picture. >> That's makeup. That's eyeliner around the makeup. >> Okay. Good. Go. Put this down. >> Put this down. You're being detained right now. Put the phone down. >> Put the phone down. >> Put the phone down. Yes, sir. >> Yep. Let it go and put your hands behind your back for now. You're being detained. >> I still haven't got an answer. >> Yeah. Cuz you're not being truthful about who you are, >> sir. But But what was the reason of the original stop? >> The reason for the original stop because you made a faulty stop on the at that stop sign. And because as you were proceeding through that first stop sign that I seen you coming head on with me, you were not in your lane. You were partway over the lane. Okay. Okay. Do you have any weapons on you? Guns, knives? >> No, sir. >> All right. I'm going to patch you down. Go ahead and tuck your elbows up. >> Oh, sir. Sir, >> that's fine. Come over here. >> Yes, sir. >> This side. Have a seat. >> I'm going to explain everything to you. >> I don't >> have a seat. >> Can my pops come out here? >> Have a seat. Hold on. Keys. Let me take this. >> Let go of them. >> I mean, it's on my ring. It actually like >> Okay. >> I want to tell you how I know you're not Brianna Mason because I pulled over Brianna Mason. So, are you gonna give me your real name or are we gonna have to take you to the jail and figure out who you are? >> Yes, sir. >> R H E A N A. >> Why'd you give me her name instead of your name? Do you have a warrant? >> No, I don't have any warrants. >> Are you suspended? >> I'm Listen, I'm on the very edge. I literally almost have everything like paid off and it's literally it's like right through the edge. I have 4 July 8. You know what I'm saying? >> So, you gave me a fake name because you are suspended. Really? Does that seem like a logical thing to do? >> Well, it wasn't like it wasn't. That's not valid. >> Why would you give your best friend's ID in place of just identifying yourself? >> It is valid. >> So, it's because you're suspended. >> I don't want I don't want it completely cancelled. And >> how many times have you ever been >> since I've been >> Have you ever been arrested for driving with suspended license? >> I just got out of prison and I've been doing so much better. I've been working two different jobs and trying to stay on the right path and I just came in town. >> She's suspended. She gave me a fake name. >> She gave me the name of someone I pulled over 3 days ago. >> Yeah. Do you have any drugs on your person? Whether they belong to you or not. What am I going to do? Stand up. Stand up. I'm about to have to go through your pockets. Okay. Do you have any drugs on your person? No. Okay, good. Just up there. What kind of drugs are we talking? Fentanyl, meth? >> Oh, no. No. I think >> meth. Is that more of the same? Just meth. Is it going to be in this thing right here? Is that why you were death gripping it when I was trying to get you to let it go? I did see it was stuck, but you didn't you didn't want to let it go before that. >> Yeah, cuz I guess I was trying to get off. >> Are there any needles on you? >> No. really pissed me off. >> No, I really don't shoot. I don't know. >> Might be a few met straws. I got you. >> What happens when you work on your car? >> No, I'm the brakes. You can look whatever. Whatever. I'm actually putting calipers and brakes on my car. You can see my >> Hey, don't [ __ ] me. Look at the dental kit cuz I saw that in somebody else's. >> It happens. I don't know what they're for. What are they for? >> No, that's really for like dental. Like I have no You can sit down. You can sit down. >> No, I'm I'm dead serious. And so like that that alone is for because I have a tongue cushioning. So like I'll periodically clean it off like you'll see. >> So you put your dental pick in the same pocket. You're clean. >> How long you been in the car? >> No way. You were not here the whole time. >> Somebody in there. >> That's wild. >> That [ __ ] is crazy. >> That's wild. >> That is terrifying. >> Yeah, he said it was terrifying. >> What's your homeboy's name? >> Um I don't know. I just know they they call >> we're still lying to each other. Okay. >> I'm not I'm really not just >> I got a couple things I got to sort out. I'll talk to you. This is again now. Oh, [ __ ] [ __ ] 6671. Shots fired. Shots fired. Marin, I'm on 441 just north of a racetrack. I'm not sure exactly where. I'm outside of my car. She started firing at me from in the back seat. Am I injured? You got like a mark on >> Thought I got shot in the face. >> No, you got a break [music] for 30 seconds. >> You okay, buddy? I >> think so. Said I have a graze wound. >> Yeah. You You just have a little bit of redness on your cheek. Yeah. >> She was kicking. She was trying to kick out the left door. Dang. Rihanna's name. >> Keep your hands out. >> All right. >> Keep your hands up out of the car. On the ground. >> Keep backing up. Get away from that gun. >> On the ground. Get on the ground now. On your stomach. I threw out the window. >> Where's the gun? >> Right here. >> Right here. >> On this side. >> No, it's the glass. >> No. Okay. >> Oh, [music] >> where's the gun? >> Right here. Right there. >> Okay. >> We got her. You guys can go steal your weapons. Thanks. >> Did you try to shoot yourself up? >> Gotcha. Okay. >> No, no. It looks like it's just a stretch. >> Apologize. >> Sorry. >> Again. >> Could I borrow you? >> I think she's been pat down by a guy. If If you could pat her down, I'd appreciate it. >> Due to the deputy being a male, a more thorough search was never conducted, and a female officer was never requested to assist initiating the arrest. Stand up. >> She's going to pat you down. >> And you're going to come over here right to this where this wall is. >> It's going to get real uncomfortable for both of us. Okay. >> He had a gun down in her toty. >> That's good. And we didn't do you didn't do we [music] couldn't do a female search. That's why I just had a female search. >> Yeah. He can't you know he I I told him I said I said listen she she had a gun where you can't check. >> He can't check. >> Yeah. >> And she was able to get it out while he was in in the back seat. >> So here here here's the deal. I I'm trying to figure in my mind what is her what is her thought process because she's locked in. >> I think she's on math. >> She's she's she's mapped out. She dropped out. >> You can't get out. >> No. >> Once I get my photos of just what it looks like, you guys can do your field test. >> No, you guys can recover a ticket to your van >> and then and then we'll go there and we'll do our field test and weigh it. >> Yep. >> Perfect. Thank you. >> I'm assuming these are the jugs right here. >> Um I would assume so. >> Are they not opening yet? Do you want them open? We'll probably bring them over to birthday. Our man decent >> amount. >> Yeah, we got kind of got to wait in the math to see if it's going to be the trafficking amount. >> Okay. Can you take a picture of that, please? >> Yeah. >> Pills. >> That's one bath. One bath. There's meth there. There's meth there. And we got pills over there. Real quick. I'm going to rub my hands. Put that there. There. Can you guys take a photograph of that, please? >> Yes. >> She was originally stopped and arrested on charges of fraudulent identification and drug possession. But with the stunt she pulled, she managed to rack up additional charges of attempted murder on law enforcement. Sound off in the comments and be sure to hit the bell. And don't >> This was wow. This was crazy. >> Yes. >> And I want to go back. I read the original comments on the original video and somebody said now let me know if y'all agree in the agree in the comments or not. Somebody said they need to change the rules when male cops can touch uh women because if they if he could stuff like this wouldn't have happened. Mhm. >> I'm kind of iffy iffy on that >> because you know that's a female and you know you don't want to go down there and stuff like that. But at the same time I get it. >> Yeah, I get it. >> I That's what she I knew she hid it down there. >> He cuz he couldn't touch down there. >> Yeah. >> Um I just feel like him being a young police officer, he did a lot of things wrong. >> Yep. A lot of people said that. >> Approached the car by himself for one. Mhm. >> He just assumed she was in the car by herself for two. >> Mhm. >> He told her to get out. He cuffed her. Like he said, couldn't search her good, but he did not search the car while he had her detained. >> Mhm. >> That's how the dude was like, he was like, "Oh." >> He said, "What you doing to him?" >> Yeah. Oh. He just did a lot of things wrong. Um, I feel like I don't know for sure, but I feel like a lot of um, young officers end up losing their life because you're being a rookie, you don't really know. >> Yeah. >> The the um, the implications of >> You think he's a rookie? >> He's young. That's why I said I'm not saying he is. I'm just saying he's young. >> Yeah. So like um I want to say this because a lot of people are very mature when they 202. >> It's just sometimes the older you get, your maturity level allows you to see things that you were previously like not aware of. Even as a police officer, you know what I'm saying? Sometimes you just don't think. Mhm. >> Um because if I were a police officer in the beginning, I probably would have done some of the same things. You think you're doing everything right. You didn't try a car. You're putting handcuffs on her. Like you said, he couldn't do a full search. >> Yeah. >> Um the question you asked, can and should a man be able to do a search? >> Now, I'm going say yes. Mhm. >> For his safety, he should have done that. >> He should have been able to do that. >> Yeah. >> But I feel like they should take it a step further. >> Female officer is called, if it's a female arrest, I think they should then and there have something in place where they undress you. >> That's just me. >> You've committed a crime or you are suspected of committing a crime. I ain't talking about like something simple like, you know, getting in a fight or whatever. I'm saying if it's something like where you suspicious of somebody might be drugs or whatever. >> Yeah. >> They they should have where somebody comes along put one of these little things on you immediately cut your clothes off. You know I know what you're saying. Yeah. Like kind of >> once you figured out they're not being detained cuz he says she was being detained but you you're actually being arrested. >> Arrested. I know what you're saying. That's when they that before you, you know, go further to jail, I think your clothes should already be off and have something on you. Gown, pajamas, whatever. And your your clothes should already be taken off you. >> One of those gadgets that that they have. >> It's it's it's I know it sound crazy that you have to even do that. >> Yeah. That's that >> in that situ. But you see what happened. Yeah. >> And so he was driving and I guess she start pow powing in the car. >> Yeah. >> That's >> This video right here should have more views than it had. Yeah, >> on the original channel >> because they be good. >> Yeah, >> this is a good video. This is EW kind of thing. >> This is like a one million thing. One in a million. Like I I would have never thought we would have seen something like this where somebody actually got I know it happened. I'm just saying. I know it happens more than I'm saying. >> Yeah, >> I'm pretty sure. But how many times would you think a woman would have a pow-wow >> Yeah. >> in her stuff. >> Yeah. and shoot >> and then shoot try to shoot her way out of the car. Most of the cars have bulletproof windows anyway, so if you shoot, you're gonna hurt yourself, >> right? I'm surprised. >> Ricochet. Like that was just dumb. That's a That's a methhead move. >> Yes, it is. I'm I'm sitting here like she just dumb AF, as they say. >> Just crazy. I'm surprised she wasn't hurt. >> Me, too. >> Cuz he started shooting back at the car and I'm like, man, what in the world? >> So, hold on. I meant to cut you off. I'm sorry. Did they cut it out where she did that? Cuz all I saw was when the thing the um bullet start coming back after. >> You didn't see what she was shooting in the car? >> I saw I saw something, but I didn't know it was her shooting out something coming back. >> Cuz you remember he said, "Hey, he was driving." He said, "Oh, cuz she started shooting in the car." And she's so smart. >> Yeah. >> She didn't She know the stuff was in her twaty [ __ ] >> So she dig down and she said, "Let me cover this thing up so they won't see where it's at." And she pulled it out. And then later, if you see when they they um got out the car, they had the area down there kind of like like kind of um what do you call it? Blurred out. >> I was thinking that she maybe she put a hole in her pants or something to get it up. >> That's the craziest thing ever. I want to tell her little quick story. You want to see? >> Yeah, go ahead. >> Okay, let me tell you something. The first time I knew something about meth and a meth head, and I'm not gonna call her name because right now she's out doing good with herself. But I used to be pen pals. I used to do the pen pile thing back in the day. I don't know. I just love to write people. I used to love to get letters in the mail. >> It was just the the fascination of it. And I I put myself on a prison list. And so the women would write me and my my PO box used to be full of letters. And well, back in the day before I they knew my real address before I was dumb. I didn't know about that. I was young teenager. Yeah. >> But as I got older, I learned the game. And it was it was this girl that she had wrote me and she was a methhead and she did something. All I'm going to say is uh she had this place that she used to work robbed and the guy end up being unaligned. But she didn't actually do it. He got some other people did it. And she used to write me and I said, "Well, what made you do that?" And you know, she said, she said, "I'm on meth." She said, "I was on meth real bad." And she said, she said, "It makes you do crazy stuff." She said, "I think it's worse than coke." And crack. She said, "It make you think erratic." And she was telling me that her one her one one of her friends, she pull a paw pow on her and wanted to kill her because it just make you erratic. Mhm. >> I didn't I didn't know about it cuz you know where I'm I grew up around crackheads and drunks. >> So I don't I didn't know about meth the way it >> I never heard of until like >> Yeah. >> the past past 10 years or so. >> Yeah. And and but I I got to say she'll never post see this video. But I got to say I'm super proud of her cuz when she got out she got out got a boyfriend got kids >> and everything and got married. I think she married and she just doing good man with her life. I'm proud of her. >> Yeah. >> But the way she told me so much stories about her being a meth. She said the way it makes you do it do you. It makes you crazy. >> And so that's what she she got to have she high. >> Yep. >> And she she got to have that feeling, man. She like I ain't going to jail. I got to get this method. I get some more. >> She just high. This was the craziest story ever. >> I'm looking at her eyes. >> Yeah. >> You see zoned out like beyondness like >> she's like they're not there. Yeah, that's crazy, man. I ain't got too much to say. I want to hear what y'all got. I want to see what y'all got to say about this. >> I'm gonna [clears throat] watch it again because I need I need to see what transpired when >> Yeah. >> Powering out versus >> Yeah. Y'all come to the comments and let me know what y'all think about this. And my favorite people on here, I never can say that get their names right. >> I know it's one called Misunderstood. Is one Amanda. I haven't seen Amanda in a long time. >> Yeah. It's another one that she she said her cop she said her husband is a cop. She leaves messages. It's a dude named John. I think it's John Walker. Something like that. He leaves me. It's a lot of people. >> Yeah. >> But those are usually the top one that always leave like constant messages. I thank I thank God for y'all man. Thank y'all >> for leaving those uh comments and being there for us, man. We really appreciate it. Yes. But y'all ain't seen Amanda in a long time. >> Yeah. >> What's up what's her name Amanda? I've got to >> Yeah, there was somebody named Yeah, because I I am so bad with names, y'all. But that's the only name I can ever remember. I know, right? Is a man. >> But thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love support on this channel. Thank you. We really appreciate it, man. It's like y'all making our dreams come true. This is something that we always love to do. Yeah. >> Until next time, don't get caught slipping on
