Somebody said on one of the comments on one of our videos that we did said for a channel that does not interrupt all through the video that has the POV in a little box on the side and it doesn't really take up the screen. So, let's just get into it and see what it's all about. >> 2024 officers were on patrol when a speeding vehicle caught their attention. After pacing the car at 42 in a 30 zone, they initiated a routine traffic stop only for the driver to immediately step out, claiming she was late for her daughter's doctor appointment. Despite being told she was detained, she refused to cooperate and escalated the situation even further when she grabbed her child and began ignoring every lawful command. >> So, you're going to do this in front of my daughter? >> You're doing it in front of your daughter? >> I'm not. I'm going to come back out. If you if you were sitting in your car like I told you to, this wouldn't be happening. And you still want >> Are you still resisting? I'm not resisting. >> You're going to catch another charge. Keep resisting. >> Absolutely ridiculous. Stop it. I'm not doing anything. I'm not >> Well, everything else you're thinking about doing, you just need to comply. >> Okay. Comply. I'm listening to everything you say. Can I get my phone? >> Mariah, can you get my phone? It's okay. >> Are you going to are you going to comply now? >> Yep. >> You take her to the front of my bumper and we're going to Who's going to come take your child? [Music] >> If you don't give us the answer, DCF will take your child. >> No, they're not. >> Okay. So, I'm going to take your child. >> I was going to take ma'am. I was going to take her to her appointment and come back out and talk to you, but you put your hands on me. >> I've never been in any trouble. >> I have told you numerous times to sit in that car. I told you I'm not detained and I wasn't speeding. >> All right, we're not doing this. Run the car. Let's go and walk. >> You need to think about who's going to come take your child or DCF is going to come take your child. >> Okay, I can make a call and have them. >> Come here, sweetheart. Come here. >> What y'all doing is not right. Stand right here. Okay. Everything's okay. We're going to figure everything out. Okay. Just stay right there. >> Mariah, I'm so sorry this is happening. >> These are too tight on my hands. Can y'all please give me my phone so I can call someone to pick her up? >> Finger in each cuff. They're not too tight. >> This my wrist. I've never been in >> I just put my big finger in his cuff. They're not too tight. >> Why can you let go of me? Mariah, can you take my key? >> I'm not letting go of you cuz you're resisting us. >> I'm not resisting you. You were. >> Can you give me my keys? She's grabbing. >> Can she go in there? >> Call my mom. >> No, you got that. >> Or my husband. Call my mom. >> Can you just stand right here? Okay. Just stand right here. Okay. Don't move. >> Mariah, can you call dad? >> No. Don't listen. Don't move. Okay. >> What's the death of your dad? >> Mommy's in trouble right now. Okay. Just stay right there. I'll be okay. Okay. [Music] You know, on on the flip side of things, I know her feelings, man. You know what I'm saying? Like you this stuff is happening in front of your kids. I get it. I look at things both both sides of the story. Um, but at the same time, you know, we we see the body cam video start at certain points. So, I would love to see I like to see when actually the stuff is really actually happening. You know what I'm saying? So you can see for yourself. But all she had to do was just stay in the car like they said and comply and it would have been more simple. You know what I'm saying? That's all she had to do. Something simple, man. But they they never want to listen. Let's get back to into it. >> Just call my mom cuz I'm trying to get her to her apartment. >> I wasn't speeding. I'm in handcuffs and there's another cop coming. I got pushed down and everything like that. And then they're saying DCS is going to come get Mariah. Sir, this is officer Robinson right here. >> Okay. >> Hey, sweetheart. This officer is going to stand with you. Okay. And you can go walk over to him. All right. >> I was just trying to take her to her apartment to She had to be there at 4:00. I wasn't speeding. She just pulled me over and I said, "Can I take I pulled up right here and she I She clearly told you to stop and you didn't stop." Well, she gave you a lot. >> I told her I was going to come back. >> Okay. I'm not arguing with you. >> I'm not arguing either. Can you just let go of me? I'm not going to resist. I've never been in trouble. Let go of me. >> You're resisting. >> I'm not resisting anybody. Can you >> All right. Well, don't move. >> Just let go of my I'm not If you let go of me, I'm not going to do anything. Just don't touch me. I told her not to put her hands on me. I don't >> I've never been in a situation before where somebody has I've never been in any trouble. Nobody has ever did this to me before. This is This is crazy. Stay here and don't move. I'm not moving, but I've never been pulled over or anything. And my daughter shouldn't have seen this. >> Okay. >> She was trying to tell you not to do it. >> Yeah, but I need to get her to her appointment. I've never been pushed down or anything. None of this has happened. >> I mean, you need to listen to officers. >> I'm not going in. I'm not going to jail. >> So, you're let go of me. >> So, you're saying you're saying you're not going to jail? >> No, I'm not going anywhere. >> Okay. Well, she's going to call you later then. I want to move on to something in the state of Florida to come get your child. >> Call she >> could have done it. >> You want You want to give me somebody in the state of Florida? >> Dad, call my um or he's probably giving my son a haircut. Call my mom. Just I don't know. >> I'm going to stand still. Just don't don't >> call mom. >> Just call my mom. Just don't move. >> I'm not moving. >> Okay, calm down. >> I'm not acting up. >> I believe I have your daughter under arrest right now. >> For what? >> Off of me. >> For resisting and not listening to all >> I'm not resisting. You could have handled this differently. >> She She did it. >> Y'all should have handled this differently. >> Stop yelling. >> She did it in front of your daughter or her your her granddaughter. >> I've never been in handcuffs. Never been in jail and I'm not going to jail today. Period. >> Can I talk with her? >> Can you just call my mom? She can come get her. >> Your mom? >> Yeah, my mom can come get her because he's taking my son to get a haircut cuz he he's not able to get >> One second, sir. We're calling the mom to come pick up. >> Call grandma. Thank y'all. But to be putting pushing me down and doing all that, that's not right. And I wasn't even moving or anything. This is a nightmare. This has never happened to me. And I'm saved. I'm a first lady. I'm I don't know what y'all don't know who y'all messing with. But this is wrong cuz I've never done this before. Never got in any trouble. >> I showed my ID. I said, "Ma'am, I'm just trying to get her to her apartment. Can I just take her and come back out and talk to you?" I wasn't trying to be resistant and all this other stuff. I'm not going to jail. I've never been in jail. Never been in any trouble. Check my background. Call mom. I don't want This is not something I want my daughter to see. This is not something she should have seen. [Music] Y'all cricket. Why would y'all do that? Everybody see what y'all trying. >> I have your daughter's under arrest for resisting. >> Your granddaughter's out here. We need We need someone to come pick up your granddaughter. Oh my god. >> We're at Halif Fox and Lee Street. Can you come get her? >> Otherwise, just go get DCF >> and we don't want that. >> Like now, >> just drive on over here and we'll we'll talk we'll let you know what's going on. All right. We just need to get you to pick up the granddaughter for now. >> We're leaders at our church and I'm going through all of this. I've never been through this before. Y'all got integrity on there. Professionalism, courtesy. I'm a person of integrity, good everything. >> All right, ma'am. Everything. He sees all of this. >> You might want to listen to this. >> I'm listening. >> You wish to talk to right here, right? >> No. Okay. >> Okay. >> Well, I was taking what you're going to do. >> What? Resisting. >> There's no I don't think I should go to jail. >> It's not about what you think. >> You have a right to remain silent. You want to invoke your right to be silent, then be silent. >> I wasn't even convinced. >> We can disagree on that. I'm not going to talk to your charge about your charges. If you want to remain silent, I am going to take this handcuff off and I'm going to remove this bag. You can make this another situation in front of your daughter or you can comply. >> I will comply. Nobody putting their hands on me. >> Well, there's a time and place that we have to when you force that for us to do it. If you don't listen, you don't stop. That's what happens. So, I'm going to unhandcuff this. I'm going to remove this thigh. >> I'm not going to resist. I'm not going to fight. I'm not doing any of that. Any of that. >> Well, I'm telling you. >> I'm not. >> What you think I am? >> Is grandma going to be able to come like ride the car or does it have to tow the car if we don't need to tow the car? Cooperate. Then the car gets towed as well. If I don't know what >> cooperate. >> I am cooperating. >> Okay. >> What do you need to know? >> Is she going to be able to drive the car or get somebody to come drive the car so we don't have to tow it? >> Yeah. >> Let me tell you something, man. Y'all know me on this channel. Y'all know who I am. Know we do. I look at things two ways. I That's just That's who I am. I don't look at one way. people on these comments, they just, especially if you black, people in these comments just they already have this uh what what's the word I'm trying to they have this they have this uh pre- assumption that all of us are a certain kind of way. That's why you see all these black fatigues and all that stuff. And I will admit, I am tired of our people acting the way they act. I I will admit that. But I know from being around my family and being around the people that I love that all of us don't act the way y'all think in these comments. You know what I'm saying? I I heard somebody uh they was talking about Chicago one time and u this this person that lived Chicago. She said I don't see the things they see in Chicago. She said the way they make Chicago seem she said they make it seem like the whole Chicago bad. She said but we out here living our life. She says like in all cities, it's always bad parts. That's the way I feel about my people. In every race, there are some good ones and there are some bad ones. So, I got to look at things on both sides. I have to say I'm glad and I'm proud to see that she didn't act ghetto or ratchet. So, I can't put that in the title. She just she just talk too much. I guess I'm the kind of person I'm so cool and calm. I I guess that I may be called lame or whatever. I'm a I'm a compliier. If I know I done something wrong, she know she was speeding. She probably was speeding, going too fast, and she didn't want to listen to the cop. If I know I did something wrong, I'm quiet. Even if I know I'm right, I'm still quiet because I feel like that's something I can battle in the court. Talking to cops and moaning and bitching and blah blah blah blah ain't going to do nothing. They they come to do their job. They ain't trying to hear you. I never understood why they just trying to talk. I wouldn't say nothing. I I'll make no cops be like, "Damn, he ain't said nothing." If I say, "All right, do what you got to do." I'm trying to tell you, I just I look at things different. I'm going to fight that thing off in court. Let the videos tell what really happened. I'm just the talking don't do nothing. The the whining and saying you a church member, all they don't care. Their job is to come and do their job and arrest your ass. That's it. I don't understand why people just go through this long rant. I think it's a defense mechanism when you feel like you're being attacked. You just want to talk. You want to say, "I ain't did nothing. I ain't did nothing. I I don't want to do nothing." I'll be like, "Okay, it is what it is." Yeah. Okay. But I have to say that female cop, I can tell she has she has been dealt she has dealt with other females probably especially black and she comes off as defensive already the way she talk. I can tell she got she got a little little attitude on her a little bit cuz I she automatically think that a black woman going to snap off. I know that. I know that's the way they think. Uh it is what it is. We keep it real on this channel. We keep it real on both our body cam channels. But I have to say I'm I'm very proud that she didn't act ghetto or ratchet. She just talked a little too much. And I feel I feel sorry for when they see have to do stuff in front of the kids. I understand that. But you should have just listened. Just stay in the car like she said. I'm late for the appointment. So the cops pulled you over. Just stay in the car. Things could have went more different. The woman the woman probably would have calmed down a little bit. Woman cop and say, "Well, I'mma let y'all with this woman right here. so and so and so and so. That's all you got to do. Just comply. That's it. Ain't nothing more to it. Thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love and support on this channel. I really appreciate it. We really appreciate it on this channel. Until next time, don't get caught slipping on
