My insurance is on here. Okay. I know. I was cut across at the last second. Yeah, I know. I was looking I looked to make sure no one was coming. The car had to hit the brakes. I couldn't even pull you over right away cuz I passed right around you. I had to freaking drive all the way up and do a U-turn. I'm sorry. Nice. Registrations right here. Registration insurance and license. Thank you. You scared the hell out of me. I'm so sorry. No, you're good. I just saw my phone texting. You guys a favor from the DMV there? Yeah, cuz I had to get I think it's a D6 or something. What's that? Um, license exporting state. Oh, so your license you need to reinstate it. So you did No, no, I did. I did. But I just know like Judge Matthew say when he said that she's a crackhead. I'm not saying she a crackhead, but she on some type of form of drug. So, you're license for FRES. So, we're not stupid. It's not our first day on the job. All right. Not some of us. So, when I saw the pipe, I asked you what it is cuz I want to see you be honest. You tried to hide it. You tried to ignore when I talked about it cuz you knew what it was. You knew it was illegal. You knew it was a bad item, right? Obviously. I was looking on the right hand side. No, no, no. You knew what it was. You didn't want to You didn't want to give it up. Okay. So, I I try to give people honesty a chance. Yeah. So, you know it was a meth fight. You even said, "Oh, someone else left it in my car." People don't say that if they don't think it's a bad item, right? We're not stupid. Be honest with you. I'm trying to and I was trying to tell you. I'll tell you people. Okay. And I'm I'm asking a simple question. And you knew it was a meth by the way you tried to avoid grabbing it, tried to ignore what I what I was talking about and immediately go on to say someone left it in my car. You're trying to blame Edward Kirby and all this other stuff. Okay, but I'm giving you a chance to be honest. So, in your prescription pill bottle or two Xanax and a plastic baggie and a baggie commonly used to package narcotics and it's not it's not something people walk around with to hold their pills in. People that walk around with their pills and have their pills are normally in pill organizers and items like that. So, right, I've been doing this for a minute. I'm definitely not stupid. I can 100% say they're yours, but at this point, I want to make sure you're not dealing. Are do you have do you have an issue smoking? Like, is it an issue a substance abuse thing you're trying to get help? Cigarettes and I like smoke like medical or not meth like the CBD. But I'm talking about meth. I'm not talking about cigarettes or anything. No. No. So, you don't use meth? No. What? What was it? Wait, what was in my purse though? Okay. Besides my my besides my oxy was in your purse. And they were In conclusion, Sydney was charged with three drugrelated offenses. Possession of drug paraphernalia, alprazole, and methamphetamine. Sydney qualified for a public defender and entered a plea of not guilty. However, by August 2024, she changed her mind and decided to plea no contest on all charges. For the paraphernalia charge, Cydney was adjudicated guilty and sentenced to time served. For the drug possession charges, adjudication was withheld and Cydney was placed on 3 years of drug offender probation with the option to petition for early termination after 18 months if compliant. She was assessed over $1,100 in fines and fees to be paid on a $25 per month payment plan, which she has been consistently paying based on the available court documents. I knew it. I could just tell, man. I could smell it a mile away. And And they be so in denial about their use. No. No. I didn't do it. No, I didn't do it. I'm on my prescription, but I don't I don't I don't smoke me. I don't know what what it is. Is it embarrassment? I can understand if it is that once people get on drugs, they just like they just don't they probably don't understand why they on it and they just embarrass embarrassed to say that they're on it. And these cops smart and they can tell. I I'm not even a drug user. I can tell with somebody on drugs, have done drugs or or just got drugs. I could just I could just tell. I I grew up around all that stuff in my neighborhoods. I seen people get drunk, seen people get high. I could just tell, man. And I can just tell from the getgo the way she's way she move that eradicate how she moves eradicate whatever the word is like she just like I can just tell by the movements and everything man. Um at the same time uh this is kind of sad. I had a comment that I want to comment on one of my videos and I really appreciate this lady uh sharing her story. She said in one of my videos I said I need to be more sympathetic. No I said I want to be sympathetic to drug users. Um, and she said she got hooked on prescription drugs and she said she never thought that she would be good hooked on prescription drugs and I think she was like giving me praise for being sympathetic for drug um users and I know things like that happen and I just I hate drugs. Do you know how many people would be alive right now if there was not a such thing as drugs legal or illegal? I hate that your body gets used to something and wants to get high. You know how many good parents out here, good people just gone and it makes me sad, man. So that's why I try to stay away from anything. You know, I used to take a lot of Tylenol when I was younger. I even stopped that. I don't want to get addicted to nothing. I know it's hard and I know people have pain anybody to get used to that stuff and people don't know how to make it these days. Especially especially in this economy, everything high, you know what I'm saying? and rent going up and everything and people more homelessness problems. People don't know how to handle and live life. So, I I do have a little empathy and sympathy for drug um drug addicts. I just I just want them to get better, man. I I hate it. I hate drugs with a passion. Y'all let me know what y'all think about this in the comments below. Um, I hate doing these videos because like I said, I just I seen so many people in my personal life and in celebrity life that I was into die because of overdose and drugs. So, it kind of kind of gets to me a little bit.
