What's good everybody? Welcome back to Body Cam Vibes. Back with another body cam video we're going to react and discuss today. Shout out to Body Cam Files for this video. One thing I can say about these Body Cam videos, they're going to always keep us busy because it's always going to be something going on. That's that's one thing I can say. So, here's my question for this video. What are some things you're grateful for? Let me know in the comments. I I am just grateful for life. Um, no matter what I go through on a daily basis, you know, I have some little health issues that I'm going through, but I wake up to see another day to be in my family. So, that's what I'm grateful for. >> All right, let's not waste no time. Let's get into it. County shirt. >> All right. >> Please put it in park. >> I thought it was in park. >> Are we in park? >> Yeah. >> Okay. My name is N. Santa Rosa County. All right. The reason for the stop when you pulled out in front of me on Berry Hill and then you took that sharp right turn. All right. You went over the dividing line to make your turn. All right. Then we f came down to 90. You turned took a right off Shavers and I watched you bounce over the right the fog lane twice and the center lane once. Then you cut across traffic to get to this parking lot where I actually had to stop and let you pass me. >> All right. All of which are giant red flags. Someone's driving impaired. >> I'm not impaired. >> All right. Do you have a driver's license registration proof of insurance with you? I appreciate you. >> I don't This was stuck to the back of your license. I don't want to litter. >> How you doing, ma'am? How you doing, ma'am? >> I'm good. Have we met? You look familiar. >> You don't know? >> Okay. It's probably a good thing if we haven't. >> I would say so. >> All right. So, while you're looking for that, if you go back through my body camera, I ask everyone the exact same questions. 17-year-old kids, 98-year-old grandmas. I ask everyone the exact same thing. Yeah. >> All right. Any knives, guns, explosives, anything in the vehicle? >> No. >> No. Is there anything in the vehicle is not supposed to be? >> No. >> No. Do you use marijuana? >> Um, I do. >> Okay. Have you smoked marijuana in this vehicle? >> Um, >> I You know what? Before you answer, I do not care about a little bit of weed. I care about All right. Cuz over the perfume, >> there's a joint. I have a joint in here, but I didn't smoke. No one's in any trouble for a joint. All right, >> that's No one's in any trouble for a joint. Okay, I can promise you that. All right, if that's all it is, then it's no big deal. So, I'm going to hand these two back to you. All right, make sure that you get the insurance card updated. Okay. Um and I'll be right back with you. Do me a favor. Um just stay in the vehicle. I know we want to go in Walgreens, but just stay in the vehicle till we're done. Okay. >> All right. I'm going to add her to the card real quick. I haven't ID the passenger yet. Um and then we're going to pull them out. All right. Okay. What was your first name? >> Lana. Lana. Okay, Miss Lana. So, I'm someone who I I like to explain things so people know what to expect. Okay. So, I appreciate your honesty about the joint. I am going to take your joint from you. All right. Don't reach for it. I'll We'll get there. All right. But what's going to happen now is because you do have marijuana in the car. I'm going to have you step out. You're going to wait with this deputy uh this officer back here. I'm going to have your passenger step out. He's going She's going to wait with the deputy back there. >> I actually don't have marijuana in the car. >> You told me you did. >> No, I don't. It's not there. >> You told me it was in your hand. thought I did is I left you on the porch. I don't have any marijuana. I thought I had this point right there, but I don't I didn't I never because I don't ever >> Let me explain it to you a different way. The reason I asked you I asked you about marijuana is cuz I could smell it. I can still smell it. >> That's why I asked you about marijuana. You were honest with me about it and I appreciated that. >> But let me put it to you a different way. What is in this car that you don't want me to find? >> There's nothing in this car >> cuz I'm searching it either way. So what's in the car? There's nothing in my car. >> Okay, then you have nothing to worry about. I You told me you had weed. I smell marijuana. >> I thought I did, but I don't have marijuana in the car. I thought there was a joint right here because we were sitting >> I'm going to have you step out and wait with this officer back here, please. Please and thank you. You >> All right. Y'all know I do my little midway pause. Do you believe her? Or when the cop bought away from the car, she told her friend, her friend said, "Uh, throw it away or do something with time that you had weed or something like that." Do y'all believe her? Let y'all let me know in the comments. First, the initial reaction. Do y'all believe what she was saying? >> This is a lawful order. It's not a question. >> You're not allowed to search my vehicle. >> I have probable cause to search your vehicle. >> Probable cause. >> Step out of the vehicle, please. >> You don't have probable cause. >> Do it now, please. >> You're not allowed to search my vehicle, >> Ma'am. Step out of the vehicle. If you do not step out of the vehicle right now, I am going to take you out of the vehicle. >> It is that it is that simple. >> In my car at all, >> then you have nothing to worry about. >> Step back with this officer back here, please. >> I have PC to search this car right now. >> I don't have a right to search. I did nothing wrong. I did because I do have a camera in my car. >> That's great. >> You're being ugly for no reason. >> I have been nothing but polite to you. You're pulling me out of my vehicle when I need to be at home. >> You just pulled into a wall a CVS. >> I know because I'm getting cleaning supplies cleaning company and I'm >> You're going to sit on that bumper. You're not going to move from the bumper. All right. >> I need to get my phone. >> You're not grabbing your phone right now. >> Don't go Don't go near that car. >> I don't know if you just heard me or not, but I asked you to sit on that bumper and stay there. Last chance. I'm searching the car. Is anything in it? >> There's nothing in >> Cool Beans. You're not I don't give you permission. >> I don't need it. >> Yes, you do. You're violating my >> Then file a complaint that someone will review the body camera and you'll be fine. >> So now you can put the cigarette down, turn around, put your hands behind your back. >> What did I do? >> And you can do it right now. >> What did I do? >> Drop the cigarette. >> What did I do? >> What are those white crystals on your driver's seat? >> Um, >> sit back here. Put your butt on the bumper. Can you read her, please? Yep. >> What are these? >> Um, it looks like methampetamine. >> It does look like methamphetamine. I appreciate your honesty. Thank you. So, how much more meth am I going to find in the car? >> I don't know. >> Appreciate that honesty, too. >> My god. >> It's just what it is. >> Okay, that's fine. You can put it on the >> Just give it to Deputy Odo here. >> Wow. Wow. Wow. >> Whoa, whoa, whoa. Pick that back up right there. I knew I smelled the pot, man. >> I don't know. >> And an open container here. >> I'm pretty sure that the reason that they're on the seat is because they tucked them down the front of their pants. >> I think that while I was behind you, you were shoving me down your pants thinking that you're females and that we're not going to be able to >> Don't you have gloves on? >> Hey, whose chip bag is this? >> Stuffed in between the center console and the passenger seat. >> Whose bag is this? Whose bag of ruffles is it? >> I have Mountain Dew and nothing to eat. I've been drinking alcohol. >> So, you're saying it's hers? >> I'm not saying it's anybody's. I'm saying it's not mine. I just got in the car and rode with her. >> So, I retract my previous statement. You didn't shove it down your pants. You shoved it in a chip bag. Copathetic. You're both going for method possession. All right. When you get to the jail, you're going to be stop when you get to the jail. Well, stop. When you get to the jail, you're going to go through a body scanner. >> Talk to >> So, she's saying it's not her. She So it's not her chips. Well, it's her car. It's not your cookies in my bag. We had cookies. >> So it's not her chips and it's not your chips. So it's just a bag of >> I just got in the car. We were eating cookies. I have the only thing I have these cookies trying to absorb some of my alcohol. >> Have we been able to separate? >> No, I haven't even started. Okay. >> But there are pretty big shards. >> Yeah, I saw those. >> Um and then those small shards are in that one. >> Okay, cool. I'm going to throw them all together cuz I can not Where was this found? So, it was stuffed in between the center console and the passenger seat. Stuck like as far down as you can to the ground. >> Got you. >> Damn. Damn. >> Now that we know we're caught, right, talk me through it. >> I'm not sure. I just don't want those to go to jail because >> Miss Lana, the reason I'm asking you to tell me the truth right now is cuz you're both already going to jail. It's already done. >> You didn't have anything to do with it. There's no way you didn't notice. >> I just picked her up. She didn't have anything to do with this >> at all. I just literally just >> Well, then you set your friend down a bad path. All right. Because I have no way of believing you right now. >> She was going She had I really I picked her up cuz she's going to help me with my HUD inspection that I don't know what you're talking about. I don't know about this. >> Okay. So, as of right now, you're both gone. All right. I just want you to know that. So, Deputy Carrie, if you would be so kind as to >> Can Can you >> I don't play I don't play the Chad Floyd thing. >> No, I'm just saying like can you >> can I what? >> Let you go with a with a with a almost close to trafficking amount of methine in a neighborhood that's already struggling. >> You want me to let you go? >> I don't know. I >> I have a lot going on right now. I do. And I don't >> Hey, Debbie Car, do you have a lot going on right now? >> I just No, I had just had surgery. My daughter broke her foot. I just got back. I I have cancer. >> I'm close to $20,000 in medical debt right now. >> I'm sorry. >> I'm not out here driving around with >> She's She's back and forth on it. >> No, I don't know where the I don't know where it came from. >> See? >> No, I don't know what he's talking about. I don't know what bag he's talking about. >> Please put your boat on the bumper. >> I don't Well, I >> What's your first name? >> Tiffany. >> Tiffany. Right now, I swear we've met before. It's been a little controversial in the last few days or few months. It's been a little controvers. >> Um, so right now, Miss Tiffany, we are running alongside the truth train. All right. The truth train is right beside us, but I want to jump on it. >> Okay. Truth train. >> So, >> all right. >> What happened in that car? >> I just got in my seat, >> which is her seat in her car. I just got picked up because I wanted her to pick me up. Mhm. >> I don't know what to tell you about the bag and the trip bag and the whatever bag. >> Where were you going? >> Just getting the hell out of my house. >> Just to get the hell out of your house. >> Yes. I just went to a breakup bag. >> Okay. >> So, I don't know what to say. I had her pick me up. I've been at my mom's. I've been at my daughter's. I needed a break. I need her to come and get me. >> So, when I got behind you on Barry Hill, where were you coming from? >> The house right on Barry Hill Road. Right across. >> Miss Tany, I mean no disrespect. You're making my head hurt. >> I'm pretty I'm done with it. I'm done. >> No, I didn't. Try again. >> Going back and forth saying that it's your saying that it's her saying that it's her. You're saying that it's her. >> She's full of She just picked me up and I was just [ __ ] going to ride with her. I needed to get out of the house. I can't do this. It's not my [ __ ] >> So, what happened in the car? >> Nothing happened in the car. >> Nothing happened in the car. She didn't hand you the and say, "Tuck this." You didn't see her grab that bag and tuck it. I am >> I saw her do a lot of things. >> Start listening. just put [ __ ] all around on the floor. She was putting on her on her in her seat. She was putting her seat belt on all of that. >> Okay. Did she tuck anything? You see her put something in her bra? >> I saw her tuck things around all of her seat. And I said, "What are you doing?" And she was like, "We're fixing to get pulled over. She had something going on. Then she needs to own it. I don't know what she tucked. I just know she tucked. I'm telling you she tucked. I don't know what she took. She wouldn't tell me. >> I cannot give you any legal advice. All right. But tonight you're going. >> Why am I going for her drugs? This is not okay. I don't have another choice here. >> Why? If she had a bag and she touched a bag right now, >> Lana, what are you doing to me? >> Stop talking to her. Stop talking to her. >> And then two seconds later, she's going to say, "I have no idea what you're talking about." >> She doesn't. She's not. She's telling you the truth. I didn't. She had her bag. She had her stuff. She touched her [ __ ] down where she needed to do it in her car. >> You're going to go through a scanner. You don't have anything on you? >> No. I swear to God. And this is not my stuff. That's not fear. This is her car. It's her drugs. Unfortunately, the only thing I told you the only thing I can do right now is suggest you have better friends in the future. You better step back over here. She said she had a tough It was her stuff. >> Her deal. Her things. Her stuff. She said that to you. >> Have a seat. >> What the hell? Why did you say that? And that's not fell out of her shirt. And she said it was on her shirt this entire >> I'll do you a supplement, bud. >> I appreciate it. >> I can take if you want. She's already loaded up and she's pissy. Miss Lana, how can I help you? >> Um, is is there any way that we can is there anything that we can do? I cannot My mom just broke her hip and I'm I should not have come out tonight. I just got back from Vegas >> and I'm sorry that I lied to you. I I just >> Miss Lana, I am nothing but the consequences of your own actions. >> Okay. >> So, unfortunately, right now, you are taking the ride. All right. You'll be get a bond when you get to the jail if you're eligible for one. I don't know. That's on the jail staff. All right. But tonight, you're taking the ride. All right. I honestly wish you all the best. I truly do. And I hope you genuinely get help with your problem. I do because that's one [ __ ] hell of a drug. All right. I hope you get help. >> All three of us were watching cuz I was doing a search and it hits and we all just look at it. She's like, [laughter] I know what that is. >> [ __ ] >> It's not my fault. >> I'll transport her. >> All right. I got Cranky Mcoo. The driver, Lana, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and resisting an officer. She was found guilty on the possession charge, and the resisting charge was dropped. Her sentence was 3 months in county jail with 1 month and 15 days credited for time served. She was also given 2 years of probation. The passenger, Tiffany, was charged with possession of drugs. We were unable to locate the case outcome in available public records. S Man, man, man. I'm gonna tell you, man. I I don't I don't know how to feel about that cop because I I I like the way I like what he t I like how he handle things, the way he talk. He's like, "You're going to jail today." No, no, no. I like him, man. But at the same time, I don't know if at the same time, I don't know if he actually cares. That's that's the thing that I be thinking about when he said, "Man, I really do wish you the best in the future. I hope you get this get this habit off you." In my mind, I I I'm wondering are is he just saying that to say it or do they really care? In my mind, I'm I think human I think they really do want these people off drugs. That's the human side of me. And he was like, I I got to be real with you. He giving me a headache. He He reminds me of me because I have that nononsense. I like the truth. Don't lie to me, man. If if you caught, you caught. When I got in trouble when I was younger, I couldn't lie. In my mind, I'm like, "Yeah, I did it." You know what I'm saying? I just I can't lie. You You You get silent. You don't want to talk because you feel you know you did something bad. But if I if you catch me doing something, I'm just going to be real about it and say, "Yeah, I did it. It's my fault." Yeah. That's just who I am. And when I saw the uh the driver, then when I saw this lady right here on the screen, I knew right then I said, "Yeah, they on drugs." I can tell. I don't know how I could tell when they on drugs, but I just I got a feeling. And I knew that she was lying about something and I knew it. And I was right. They was hiding things when that car went away. But she said she uh she said the driver was hiding things when when she saw the cop about to be pull over. I'm about to pull her over. But I said when I caught walked away from that car, they start hiding things, trying to get rid of things. But here's the question I want to ask y'all for the comments. Do y'all believe the friend? Do y'all believe that she didn't know about the drug and she was just getting a ride? Y'all let me know that in the comments. But I want to talk about something. I I talk about it all the time when I watch these videos. Uh it it really saddens me to see people on drugs. And to the ones who watching this video video video who are recovering addicts or even if you are on drugs, I just want to say I know it's hard to get off these things. But the the thing about it is uh thing that I don't understand I guess I don't get about people who are on drugs is the fact that what makes you want to do it do y'all not watch TV? Do y'all not see all these people that pass that got can't say what you want to say on YouTube. people that got un un alive and died for drug overdoses and stuff like that. Y'all didn't see the examples that he gave. All it took for me was to see the examples they gave me to look at my neighborhood and see how crackheads look, how drugheads look. And I said, I don't want to do that. In my mind, I'm like, how many examples are we going to need for people just to say, "Hey, I don't even want to try that." I just don't I just don't understand it. And it I don't want to come off judgmental. I just don't understand what makes a person even want to try it when you know it's going it's going to do you bad. You know that once you hook, you hooked. You see other people talk about like how they they not the same anymore. all these examples of celebrities dying of overdoses. Man, that's enough to for me to say I didn't want to do that. I saw people acting like zombies when I was younger and they'll walk in the neighborhood and they just look dead. And I said, I'm not I don't want that. I don't want to look like that. I just made my mind I'm not going to do it. I seen drunks in my neighborhood. I said that's not who I'm going to be. So, I don't understand why people just you don't you don't see the examples. It's too many examples. It's a it's a bad outcome. But I'm not trying to criticize nobody because you never know people's um situation. And also they always have all kind of excuses. You know what she said? She said, "Oh, my mama, what she said about her mom?" She said, she said, "My mom got foot surgery or something." She said, "And then she said, "Oh, yeah. I I got cancer. I got this and I got that. I'm going through a lot." And I love when the cops said, he said, "Officer so and so." He said, "Are you going through stuff every day?" He said, "Yes, sir." He said, "I'm in $20,000 worth of medical debt." We are we all going through something. And I and I know that he's not trying to be rude, but he was saying it's better ways to handle your problems. Getting on drugs is not handling our problems. You adding to it and making it worse. That's not a solution because you got to keep getting high and high and high and high over and over and killing your body and killing yourself just to feel like you can make it in the world. Just conquer that [ __ ] every day and just live. I'm going through medical issues right here from some medical problem. I don't pick up no drugs. I just face that [ __ ] I live every day. That's all you got to do. Just live. We already got to die. So why you want to push yourself up to die quicker? I just want people to get better. And those y those of you out there, man, who might be going through the problems, man, I really wish y'all the best. But I want y'all to come to the comments and let me know what y'all think about this situation right here because I knew she was lying. But I kind of I kind of believe the friend a little bit now. I believe the friend and she do some stuff too. I kind of believe the friend. I think she was just riding with it. Just my opinion. What y'all think? Y'all come to the comments and let us know. And oh yeah, I put a poll up and I want to ask y'all this. Uh we want to go live. We want to go live at least once a week. So, we were thinking like the weekends, maybe like Saturday evenings or Sunday evenings. I would rather do it on Sunday. I feel like everybody winded down. Everybody might be out on the Saturdays doing stuff. I feel like the Sundays everybody wind down and go got to go to work the next day. So, y'all let us know in the comments and I got a poll up on the community tab. So, y'all let us know. We would love to go live and just talk to y'all, get to know y'all better. Thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love and support on this channel. Until next time, don't get caught slipping on camera.
