What's good everybody? Welcome back to Body Cam Vibes back with another body cam video I'm going to react and discuss today. Shout out to Crime Time Cam for this video. Make sure y'all go to their channel and check their original uh body cam content out. Uh we ain't going to waste no time. I I this this title interest me, so I want to do this video. Always remember, united we stand, divided we fall. Let's get into it. On October 24th, 2025, officers responded to a call of a woman stealing her ex-boyfriend's phone. >> Which one of y'all called? >> But she came to my house and uh told me that uh he said they just had left. >> Mhm. >> Okay. She pulled >> Where's your house? >> Right here. >> Okay. This is your house. >> And she pulled after she after they left. It wasn't like 5 minutes at the most. >> Yeah. >> She come back. I I spoke to him already. Basically, she comes over, she picks the phone up, she leaves again with it, and she's uh basically saying she's not going to give back once his passcode and everything else to it. So, it's it's pettiness. This is what it is. >> Yeah. We not even together. We got a child together. >> So, I think he finally has made contact with her on the phone. And I know that you said all you wanted your phone back, right? >> I wanted my phone. >> Okay. So, here's the deal. I just talked to her. She says she's in Thomas. She's coming back to bring you the phone. >> Do you want to wait to see if she ready? >> Not so much. >> I ain't got no trouble but to wait. >> Okay. Well, I'm asking you cuz like she's saying if we go the route of putting it as a stolen item, put warrants on. That doesn't mean you don't get the phone back. Now you got family violent warrants there though going forward. Okay. That that's that's a big thing. >> Well, >> you tell us what you want to tell family. >> Y'all don't live together. Do you Well, do you share a child together? >> Yes, ma'am. But it's not. >> I live in Griffin. She live in Thomas. >> So, what do you want to do? Do you want to wait? >> I try to wait. Give I want one of y'all personal number two since y'all can't show my phone. >> No, you call 911. They'll get a hold of us that way. >> They're flip-flopping. >> What What we're trying to reiterate to you though is like if once once it's all said and done and if we go forth and we leave here and we take these warrants, we are not dropping the warrants. If she comes back 3 hours later and says, "Here, baby, here's your phone." That doesn't mean we're going to drop the warrants. The warrant is still going to be out for her arrest and she is still going to go to Span County Jail when we find her or when Thompson goes and picks her up. >> I don't know, like he was saying if that's really the route you want to go, but if it is, a decision needs to be made. >> I talked to the phone. It sound like you more or less just want your phone back. >> Yeah. >> And we can't force her to do anything like that. However, >> make a phone call. So, you don't bring the phone away, brother. You don't have to go down the road. >> What What led us to her taking the phone? Did you witness it all? >> I went. >> Okay. So, you tell me what happened. >> Okay. I seen her at the auto zone cuz she called me earlier said her brakes was messing up. She was already in the area. >> Yeah. >> So, I seen her at the auto zone. I said, "I'm sitting over here at grandma house. Come over here and chill with." She was like, "All right, I'm going to come soon. I get done paying for the breaks or whatever." >> Mhm. >> And when she got here, I was like, "Take me to the store." I got you got cameras at the store. Her dropping me off at the store. >> Mhm. >> But I left my phone. I was in I was sitting in the car with her on the phone with my partner >> and I was like, "My phone about [laughter] to die. I'm going to put it on the charge and I'm going to go to the store." >> Yeah. >> That's how she knew my phone was in the house. >> So when we when I got to the store and she dropped me off, she left. >> Uh-huh. >> But when I came back to see where my phone said on the charger, it was gone. >> Mhm. >> And I was asking them like, "Where my phone at?" And they were like, "She came and got it. Said that you said give it to her." Which I never said. >> Did you see her actually physically take the phone? >> Yeah. Okay, I'll get it to you. >> Y'all got any more questions for me? >> I did. >> So, let me do a little recap. Make sure I got my like got y'all story straight. So, she was over at AutoZone. He was like, "Hey, you want to come chill?" She came over here. You asked her to go drop you off at the store. You went and put your phone on the charger on the inside, got back in the car, y'all went to the store, she dropped you off at the store, she came back and told you. He said, "Hey, grab my phone." So, you went inside, got the phone off charge, and gave her the phone, and she went back home. All right, cool. >> If I would have had my phone, I probably would have never came back. Yeah, >> she she just know what he said in the car. Let me go talk my phone. >> Yeah. >> And she know he have dropped him off. She right back. >> Yeah. >> Okay. I'm hearing the story, but I'm distracted. Yeah. I go paying attention to [ __ ] all the time. Let's talk about this dude here. [laughter] This dude right here took a trip back into the 80s and early 90s. He got the every little step I take. Bobby Brown Gumby Box. I ain't seen that look in a long time, y'all. I just had to say it because I know somebody thanking it. Good God almighty. I ain't criticizing. You do what you do, but I just ain't seen that in a long time. All right, let's get back to the content, y'all. I just had to say that, man. Had to say that. >> You just know what he said in the car. Let me go talk my phone. >> Oh, yeah. >> And she know he didn't have a phone. >> So when she dropped him off, she come right back. >> Yeah. >> All right. 12. >> No problem. >> Hey, how are you? >> Good. How are you? >> I'm officer heart 4048. Dispatch, what you copy? 27 Georgia. >> 061905175. >> What else could I for? I'll tell you in a minute. >> Tell me in a minute. >> Mhm. What did I do? >> You're Miss Michaela, correct? >> Yes. >> Yeah. Go ahead. Step off. >> I just gave her his phone. >> It doesn't matter. >> Cedric, call my mama. Call my mama. >> Hey, go ahead and step it up. >> No, I just I just gave him his phone. They told me that I didn't have an active warrant. Cedric, >> get out of the car. >> Let me get somebody to call my mama. I'm pregnant. >> You can call him. Hey, you can call in a minute. Get out of the car. Okay. >> Get out of the car or you're going to get tased. Cedric tip. Call my mama. Bro, they just pulled me over. I just went TO JAIL FOR SKATE. PHONE. CALL MY MAMA. >> Put your hand behind your back. Put your hand behind your back. >> Why is I'm going to jail. You got telling me. >> I done told you, girl. You knew what it was for. >> I done told you. >> HEY. UH, CEDRIC, CALL MY MAMA. CEDRIC. >> CEDRIC. >> Call my mama. >> Stop. >> What is tanging me for? Where am I going? >> No, I'm not chasing you. 48. We got one tonight. Five. >> I'm crazy. Stop. >> I don't care. I'm not hurting you. You got no side of the road. >> Why would you Why would he send me to jail for this [ __ ] >> Papa, can you drive my car around there and put it in your car, please? >> 104. >> I'm 104. Will you give me a read back on 27? >> Can you please call my mama? Y'all just arrested me. to achieve for seat. >> He took my phone and broke it. >> Take a seat. >> Take a seat. Get in the car. >> I want to see the warrant. I want to see the warrant. >> Get in the car. >> I want TO SEE THE WARRANT. >> I want to see the warrant. >> No. I want to see the warrant. Move. Me. I want to see the warrant. I'm pregnant. Move. >> Get in the car. >> Sir, can I see the warrant? >> Get in the car. >> Can I see the warrant? >> Get in the [ __ ] car. >> Get in the [ __ ] car. >> Hey, DO NOT KICK ME, BRO. CUZ Y'ALL PUT YOUR HANDS ON. Y'ALL CAN'T DO THAT. >> Felony obstruction. >> Lord, I tell you, boy. >> I don't know. I didn't get a chance. >> No. Nobody's going near the car. If you come any further, you'll go TO JAIL FOR OBSTRUCTION. I'M NOT doing this. >> They told me that I didn't have warrant. Please. >> Give me just a second. Can I please? >> You've kicked me. Your days of speaking are over. >> Can I please? >> Yeah, I'm good. She kicked me, but now she's got a felony >> and me. >> And you? So, it's two felonies. >> Excuse me. >> Excuse me, sir. Mr. Mr. Town9. I met the subject. warrant. >> Yeah, because it just happened. He said he wanted to press charges. >> He just told ME THAT HE DID NOT PRESS CHARGES. MA'AM, CAN I please see the warrant, please? >> That's all I'm asking to see the warrant because I just >> Ma'am, let me ask you a question. Did you assault any of these officers? >> No, they was pushing me, sir. And I'm pregnant, but he was pushing me. He refused. She refused to get >> Okay. Well, regardless of anything at this point, >> whatever you put your hands on or your feet on officers, now you catch charges for that. So, regardless of all this, now you're going to catch charges for assaulting the two officers. >> So, what we're not going to do is have a big group of people keep walking up. How can I help you? You're the one with your phone stolen. >> Oh, yeah. I got it back. >> Okay. Well, you already told us you wanted to press charges, so that's what we're doing. Um, and the car is getting impounded. So, >> girl, if you will shut up for two seconds, I will explain it to you. But if you interrupt me, I'm not going to explain it to you. Now, do you want to know? >> Yes, ma'am. I do. >> Okay. Are you going to interrupt me? >> No, I'm not. >> Okay. You're a baby daddy, correct? That's who it is. He called, said you stole his cell phone. There was a witness to this that also said you stole his cell phone. He advised us multiple times he wanted to press charges. Matter of fact, he's the one that snitched on what your car look like and everything, girl. >> So, he told us he wanted to press charges. That's what we're doing. >> Simple as that. >> Well, you got to get out. >> Stop. >> Don't. I'm not going to touch you. You don't have to do that. Stop. >> You got to stop banging your head. I'm protecting you from hurting yourself further. >> Please just stop. Just let me move. >> No, ma'am. >> Please, just stop. This is racism. Stop, sir. >> Oh my god. >> I'm not hurting myself. Just leave me alone. Just stop. I'm not going to hit my head. Just leave me alone. I'm pregnant. Stop. Look at Stop. >> I can I'm going to ma'am. Sit still. >> No. >> Be still. >> No. Leave me alone. Y'all are being racist. Stop, >> man. >> Stop. I could Lord Jesus. >> Shut the damn bite me. >> I'm not going to bite you. I'm trying to lift you from my head. >> Now we're going to be uncomfortable cuz you're not going to bite me. >> I'm not going to bite you. >> Y'all may want to spit guard. She's trying to bite. >> Oh my god. You going to make up anything. I'm not going to bite you. >> Move. >> She's trying to hook herself in the seat belt. Grab that seat belt. Hey, deputy. Grab that seat belt, please. >> Don't let her kick you. She's already kicked her off. not going to kick him because he's black. >> Oh, so you're admitting to a hate crime then? >> Okay. Hey, >> because he >> she said that she won't kick him. >> Why would I respond? >> So she kicked you because of that. >> Make sure that doesn't report. >> Oh my god. Put it all in the report. I don't >> got to carry in there. Come on. >> We got you. We got you. >> The woman was charged with battery on law enforcement, theft, and resisting arrest. Thanks for watching today's video. >> You know, I'm going to say something and it's gonna sound real bad and I I I know my I know I I'm not even going to say it because it's going to cause too much controversy and I ain't trying to I'm not trying to go there. I'm not trying to go there today. I'm just gonna get through this video and let it be what it be. [laughter] Oh my goodness, man. I'm just going to say this or this is going to be kind of like a long conversation. So, if you don't want to listen, you just you can already click off because you saw the video. But if y'all just want to stick around and listen, just this woman said three lies in in in a matter of how long this video was? 8 10 minutes. So, six minutes. She said, "I'm pregnant." And he said, "He told me he didn't he wasn't going to press charges." And then she said, "Y'all racist. Y'all doing this cuz y'all racist." I say this over and over and over. Is racism real? Yes. I see it every day online. I see it in these comments. It's here. But it's not on this video. [laughter] I cannot stand when people use racism at the wrong time. You stole this man phone. The man said, "I want to press charges and so happen a white cop arrest you." And then it is racist. You're racist. I'm pregnant. All of a sudden, you pregnant when the cuffs come on. listening to Tik Tok, listening to all those social media things without learning your laws, doing dumb [ __ ] It aggravates me that we use the law at the wrong time. If it was something really racist going on, you you didn't cry a wolf so much as to it's going to be unbelievable. You took this man phone, the man pressed charges, and a white cop came to arrest your ass. That's not racist. That's the cop doing their job. And I love how firm that woman was on her. Like, just be quiet. Let me talk. I don't understand. I just don't understand it. I just I want to go there, but I don't want to go because at the end of the day, I'm a human being. I love everybody, but I'm also a black man and I love my people. But h I I just can't bring myself to say it because first off, it's the it's the blackness in me. [laughter] Even though I don't agree with some of the [ __ ] that we do, and I I don't I don't I don't conform to certain [ __ ] I don't I don't get down with that. But at the same time, I kind of see a little bit the argument of other people when they say certain things in the comments. And I'm going to leave it like that because this whole everything she said is just stupid and ignorant. And I and I'm just I'm tired of that. I'm tired of everybody just never being held holding itself accountable. Oh yeah, I messed up. It ain't got nothing to do with racism and I'm not pregnant and and call and then she said, "Call my mama." Three, four things in one. Call my mama. I'm pregnant and it's racist. So when something really happened, it ain't going to mean nothing. You going to be you'll be desensitized because people ain't going to believe you cuz y'all always say, "I'm pregnant. Call my mama." Or, "Y'all arrested me cuz y'all racist." I just want people to be held accountable for the stuff they do. you did something and your ass is getting arrested for it and ain't got nothing to do that do with that. And the cop said, he said, "I'm gonna kick him because he's black." I'mma tell you the truth, sister. [laughter] Those cops bleed blue. When they become cops, no matter what color they are, they bleed blue and that's all they see. So, I'm going to be honest with you, that don't mean nothing. And so and I'mma tell you I'mma tell you something too, man, that I I I this is this is me. This ain't got this is stuff that I learned and I seen from other people. Sometimes the black cops are worse than the others. Hey, I know this guy who used to be a cop and he was a black cop. He said, "I'mma tell you, man, sometimes the black cops are worse than the other cops. The other white or Asian cops or whatever. So you saying that about him, you don't know who he is or what he think about you. You feel what I'm saying? So at the end of the day, hold yourself accountable. You got in trouble and just own up to it. That's it. That's all I want my people to do, man. Just say, "Man, I effed up." I want everybody to do that. Just if you get in trouble and something happens, just say, "I did it. It's my fault. It ain't the cop's fault. I did it." Own up to it. You will see things You'll even see things go smoother. Sometime it calls to be lenient on you because you don't give them attitude. They say, you know, you know, she did what she did, but so and so and so she she was cooperative, blah blah blah blah. Things could have worked out fine. Something so simple. Y'all go to the comments and let me know what y'all think about this one. Come on and let me know what y'all think. I live for y'all comments. So, I like to see the things that y'all talk about, some things I miss, and y'all come to the comments and y'all just let loose. Until next time, don't get caught slipping on camera.
