I don't think he speaks any other language. >> If you do both for blood and uh if it is alcohol, he's probably going to have marijuana in his system. He's got a small nugget in there. Really small nugget. >> All right, you can keep talking to the bosses. I'll clean off the truck. >> Guys, don't let him take it yet until we get the crash report. >> What's going on, Chris? >> Get out of here. >> He actually almost hit me first. Let's take the seat belt off. >> Sorry. Hop on out. There you go. Easy. Let's go back to that black car right over there. Okay. What happened tonight? >> Can at least tell me where you were coming from. >> How much do we have to drink tonight? >> A lot. >> How much is a lot? >> Where's that? Where'd you get that wristband from? the wrist head I got from um um 12. >> Um um >> where were you where were you driving tonight? Where were you headed to? >> It's okay if you can't remember. >> 12. >> Okay. Where were you going? >> The strip club. Um >> which strip club? >> Third Street. >> Third Street. >> Third Third Street. Are you willing to do some tests tonight to make sure that you're okay to drive? >> No. >> No. All right. Go ahead and turn around again. Find your back. You're under arrest for OWI and second degree recklessly, endangering safety. >> You have anything on any I need to know about guns, bazookas, anything like that? >> No back. He also received over $800 in traffic citations. Ultimately, he was released on a $7,500 cash bond [music] with conditions to maintain absolute sobriety and to be monitored by portable breathalyzers. >> What do you do with a cereal? >> If I say what I want to say, it's going to sound like I'm preaching. So, I'm not gonna say it. I'm g say a little bit though. I'm not gonna say everything I want to say. Um, I hate that it's even something made in the world to make your mind be like that. I hate drugs. I'm'll be honest. I don't care. You know, y'all do what y'all do. No judgment, but I hate drugs. I hate alcohol. I hate all that stuff that'll make your what's inebberated? That's the right word. and you lose your mind and you can't drive, [music] you can't function. Nothing should be in the world like that. >> I agree >> that it shouldn't even be nothing, man. I know alcohol make you feel a little good and all that stuff like that, but let's let's take that away. Let's look at the dangers that it do. It could it kills your liver. It has your mind going crazy and it's poison. You know what I'm saying? And it is what it is. And I hate it. But like I said, y'all do what y'all do now. I'm not I'm not trying to criticize you because everybody got their thing. I like food. I like [laughter] to eat. Everybody got their thing they like. But I can't stand when people be selfish and you get on that road and you you should say it. They should do something with people going out and drinking. They need to do something or a law says you have to get in Uber or something or you know don't get on the road period. It needs to be more harsher laws on that because it's a lot of people being unal alive because of that that stuff right there. All because somebody can't wait to go home and do they do their drinking if they want to be out to the club >> and it everything is so crazy to me. Everything is about money. >> Mhm. >> Y >> you will have a person go to a club and get drunk. They got they sell alcohol at the airport. Then the people act erratic on the plane. You got to call the police to get them off the plane because you selling alcohol at the at the airport. >> You can buy it on the plane, too. >> You can buy on the plane, too. All these public places sell alcohol, but then don't drink and drive. Then, how they going to get home then other than Ubers and stuff like that? These rules and laws are so crazy, man. >> I agree with you. Um, if they I'm going have to say it like this. If if they will stop penalizing sell the alcohol, all the businesses, >> if they will start coming after um the people who let the people walk out of their their establishment, >> the patrons are dumb. >> We we've seen it. We know it. Hey, y'all might be one of them out there looking. I ain't gonna sugar coat it. If you drink and you drive continuously, you're dumb as hell. Yeah. >> If you do drugs and get arrested and go to jail, you dumb as hell. And u obviously we just don't have common sense enough not to do both. So they're going to have to start penalizing businesses that allow people to continue to patronize their business and get drunk. You gonna have to say, "Okay, who sold you this alcohol, sir?" Mr. Sir >> cuz we're coming after them. >> Yeah. >> Continuously do it. If you were continuously doing it this way, then somebody's going to stop pay attention. Some businesses are going to say, "Okay, well, we got a limit." Yeah, >> they even It's crazy, but they do like a a two drink limit sometimes. >> They need a limit. Yeah. >> When you like go to certain Most places don't give a damn, >> but it's like certain places they would do at least do like a two drink limit. >> Yeah. >> But if not, they allow you to do two things of alcohol, two things of beer, which is still alcohol, you know, and it it just doesn't make sense to go to a business or an establishment and drink and leave and get in your own car. Those two things just should not be. >> Yeah. I just I just real And we we ain't coming down to the people that that drink and and stuff like, "Oh, y'all want to judge and all that." >> It's not about the >> No, it's not It's not about Yeah. It's not about the judgment, man. It's just >> It's the drinking and driving. >> Nobody should be getting out the car. Nobody should be getting out the car looking like this right here. This is crazy. >> Turn the transmission. I'm talking with the driver. Did he let him go nicely? >> Uh, just get medical for the driver. Uh, driver's conscious bread. >> Nobody should be getting on the car looking like that. That's crazy. He don't even know what he doing. He on the wrong side of the road. It's just crazy, man. I get I get up tight by this because I I think about other people lives that you put in jeopardy. >> He gone. And then he's small, too. He can't drink all. He probably his body can't handle all that lick and stuff. He's small. >> It's crazy, man. That's all I got to say about it. I I don't want to come down like a come down video. Yeah. But it it it makes me mad. >> It's just sometimes we have to just call a spade a spade. What business allow him to walk out the door like this? What um DJ or bouncer? What if he went to the strip club? Never know. You allow him to go to his car, >> baby. But you know, some people going to say in the comments that's not their business. He's his own man. is is it's actually somewhat uh it's supposed to be some kind of a law against it, but they don't enforce it. >> That's what it is. >> It's it's supposed to be I'm not sure what it's called, but >> you're supposed to not let people get this um drunk on your watch in your premises and then get into their car and drive away. >> And I can hear the comments saying right now, >> of course, because everybody everybody wants to put blame on somebody else. This is the this is the uh society of it ain't my problem until somebody runs into somebody you love >> till somebody hits somebody you love >> right >> on your own then I just stop I stop off all that >> we know we don't want this to happen >> right that's we we think about other people lives that's what I'm be saying like like that but some people said he should he should grown enough to know he shouldn't be drinking that much but if they hit one of your family members or something like that then you'll be saying different. >> I already said people aren't that smart. >> Yeah, [laughter] man. That just crazy right here, man. But thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love, support. Y'all come to the uh comments and let me know what y'all think about this u right here. And um y'all just man, like they say, drink responsibly, man, and be safe out here because it's crazy. >> Until next time, don't get caught slipping on camera.
