It's been a lot of these videos with people trying to scam people and doing fraud stuff, man. What is going on in the world? Then you were uh not able to complete any purchases in Shamberg. Then you came here. Shamberg uh Exfinity notified this location to be looking out for you guys. So that's the reason why they notified us that you were here. So we're just investigating right now. >> There is information given to us by staff that you had a different ID with a different name on it. >> No, >> you don't have one. >> No. >> Is it Is it okay if I check your bag to make sure that you don't have an ID like that? Before we go any further, nine time out of 10 because she's on this body cam video that she's guilty. So, I'm just going to assume that she is lying. They know that they be lying offgate. They already know that they guilty and they just can't own up to it. This is a world where you are seen everywhere. There's cameras. You can't you can't get away with nothing. And they just sit there like I ain't do nothing. And they be on the phone all I would take those phones from them soon as they soon as you get it. Get off that phone, man. It's It's photographed, documented with your photograph on it. Your picture on the ID. >> I don't even want to cut you off. You can run the cameras. You can run the cameras back. Not one time did I give them ID. They didn't even ask me for ID. They asked me my name. I told them who it is. >> Okay. >> They told me to have a seat. Never once did I give them. I'm just explaining what they told me. That's all I'm explaining to you. I'm not questioning you about it. I'm just telling you, informing you what's going on. Okay. >> We're going to we're going to >> That's fine. >> We're going to take you back to the station now. We'll we'll ask you formally questions about what happened today. I just wanted to make sure you informed why we have you in the squad car right now and why we're going back to the station. Do you understand the reason why? Okay, >> just hang out for a little bit. Okay. Basically, right now we have some questions for you about the ID that the ID in question that has somebody else's name on it. I'll ask you formal questions and everything after we get situated here. You know, I'll sit down with you in in an interview room. I will give you your rights again. You know, I know my partner read them to you while you were in this quad car, but I'll read them to you again and we'll begin a formal interview about what happened today. But I'm not asking you any questions right now, you know, until we begin that interview. I I just want to make sure you're informed on why you're here right now. There is an ID in question to have somebody else's name on it, but your picture on it that you presented. Okay. Do you want to talk to me a little bit more before you make some phone calls about everything that kind of played out? So, I just want, you know, just two things. Number one, this is the picture of you handing the ID to the associate. >> They're talking. >> This is the picture of the ID that you handed him. This is the closeup of it. And it has obviously this other person's name. And this is you handing it to him. So that's the reason why there was a discrepancy in the information we were getting. Okay? Just so that you understand. Like I said again, this is just sharing the information with you. Uh there are felony charges approved by the state's attorney against you. So you're going to have to appear before a judge in the morning that So you stay overnight tonight and tomorrow morning you'll see a judge to hear it. >> That is the face of someone guilty. She looking like damn I effed up. I still don't understand to this day in this generation, how do people feel like they can get away with fraud, uh what what else they do? Uh uh taking stuff out of stores and Target and Walmart, shoplifting when there cameras everywhere, man. They are watching us. They tracking us with these phones. They tracking us with the internet. They tracking us in all kind of ways. You cannot get away with stuff now. And you know that's why they ask for your ID and everything now everywhere. You can't even you can't even go on adult site. They want to see put the ID in and so you know make sure you 18 years old and all that stuff. I don't think they doing it for that reason. They just want to keep up with us. So how you think you can get away with all this stuff? They watching everything you do. People smart, man. And I'm just I don't understand how people think they can get away with stuff back in maybe in the 80s and 90s. You can get away with a little bit, but you can't get away with that stuff now. Hey, you being watched. They know who you are, man. I'm telling you. And y'all come with changing with same picture with a different name and stuff like that trying to get away with stuff. It's stupid. What? What? Listen, I'mma say this. I say this all the time and it's not preaching. is just giving some advice to anybody who who watching these videos and and thinking, "Hey, I want to do this. I see they get away with I just want to be dumb." I'm just gonna say this to y'all. There are too many ways to make money legally these days. You don't have to be broke. Yes, I will admit things are rough. Times are super hard. But you do not have to be out here doing the stuff you doing, shoplifting from Target and Walmart and doing fraudulent stuff. There's Uber Eats, there's Lift, there's uh things you can do on the internet. All kind of things, man. Go go go do hair and lashes and stuff like that. That's a big thing. You can just do anything, man. You don't have to be out here doing fraud, trying to do stuff. And then you especially being a female, you you being a female alone, you don't got to be doing no fraudulent stuff. You can be out here making money. And I and just do better, man. It just I hope that she really changed your life. This is 2023. I hope that she really changed her life and she got her life together and stop doing this stuff out here because you can get it legally. It's out here. The money is out here. Yes. I don't want no excuses. People say, "Man, things is high." I agree. You got to do like five side five side hustles and a job to make it. But the money out here, you ain't got to be doing this. I really just hope that people just get their life together. It's It's rough out here, but you ain't got to be doing stuff like this. That's really That's really all I got to say.
