What's good everybody? Welcome back to Body Cam Vibes. Back with another body cam video. Shout out to Crime Time Cam for this video. Is it Crime Time Cam or Crime Time Watch? One of them. Crime Time Cam. We got Missited here. >> Mentitled Karen. An entitled Moonfly. Let's just get into it. >> Yeah. >> 2025 officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle after observing multiple traffic violations. Hello, I'm officer Alvin Chris Lake police. Reason I'm stopping tonight when you were over at Dole uh at the four-way stop sign, >> you stopped, your whole vehicle was in the crosswalk. >> Um >> I think you're right. >> So, and then when you turned on the Lakeshore, you were actually straddling both the oncoming lane and this lane. Is everything all right tonight or >> you know, I've lived here for so many years. I I got bad habits. >> Okay. Do you leave people in transport with you as well? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Yes, I was right there. >> Yeah, I know. I'm not going to >> Okay. >> I totally get it. >> You heading home tonight or >> Yeah, I live over there on the west end. >> Where you coming where you coming from? >> Um, where am I coming from? Well, I've been to like a couple places. My girlfriend had abandoned Wakanda. Let's see if this one is correct. >> Okay, give me a couple minutes. I'll be right back with you. Okay. Anyone? >> You know, that's really weird because I'm like, where the heck is it? >> That's so weird. I'm like so habit forming. I'm like, where is it? >> You know, like I put it in my photos and everything and like now I don't even see it cuz I never get signed up or do anything. >> Fair enough. Here, do you mind you I don't want you to drop any of this stuff in there. I just want to talk to you outside the car real quick. Why do you want to do that? >> Uh just cuz just just with all of your driving and stuff and some of the things I'm seeing, I just want to make sure you're okay. I just want to talk to you outside of the car. >> I'm actually fine. >> Well, yeah. I I just like I said, >> I don't see anything that you that I've done. I mean, I I kind of admit I'm local and I I usually just kind of just I did stop at the Dole. >> So, the reason I'm the reason I'm >> stopped at the Dole thing. So when you stopped over at Dole on Woodstock, >> you were all in or was it? Yeah, it's Dole and Woodstock. You're all the way in the intersection. >> Okay. >> Well, I'm always, you know, I ride a motorcycle. >> Fair enough. But then when you're coming up and you're driving in two lanes and then when I'm hitting the lights. >> Yeah. When you turn onto this street, you were straddling both lanes. >> No, I wasn't. >> Yes, you were. I was right behind you. I don't think >> so. Like I said, I just want to talk to you outside. It's not the end of the world that No, no, no. I'm giving you a cordial. I'm giving you an order so that we can have a cordial conversation. >> An order? >> Yes. I'm giving you a lawful order that you need to step out of the car. >> What I'm saying is when you're on a traffic stop, I have the right to ask you to step out of the car to talk. >> I haven't been on a traffic stop at like correct. >> What I'm explaining to you is yes, it's Pennsylvania versus Mims is a Supreme Court case law that says on any traffic stop, I have the right as a police officer, as long as I have you lawfully detained, which I do on two moving violations to ask you to step out of the car to talk to. >> What are the moving violations? Improper lane usage and improper turn on a GoPro. >> It's on a dash cam and on my body cam. >> Do you mind if I see it? >> No, because my body my body and dash cam are still doing it. >> So, you need to exit the vehicle right now. Okay. >> I not exiting the vehicle unless you show me what I did wrong. >> Okay. So, you need to exit the vehicle otherwise you're going to be obstructing and I can place you under arrest. >> Would you please mind showing me what I did wrong first? Cuz I'd like to >> I cannot I cannot stop recording right now. >> What are you talking about? my dash cam, my body cam recording. In order to be able to show it to you, I would have to turn that off. >> I'd like to see what I did wrong because I don't really think I did anything wrong. >> Yes. But so this is where we're at right now is you need to exit the vehicle and talk to me. >> I'm not exiting the vehicle. >> Okay. If you don't exit the vehicle, I'm going to open your vehicle, take you out, and place you under arrest. >> I don't think you can do that. >> I can legally do that. You'd be instructed because I've given you a lawful because I'm telling you because I'm seeing things that could be indicative of impairment. Well, I'd like to see what you're talking about because I don't see any reason. >> Oh, miss privileged entitled Karen. >> Oh, yes. >> She's so privileged. >> I can't believe you're doing this to me. >> Yeah, you're doing this to me. How dare you? >> I know, right? She's surprised. >> Yeah. Like, get your ass out the car like everybody else. >> That's right. That's right. >> She's She's not compliant, y'all. You wonder why she's not being compliant. >> I know, right? They don't want to comply, huh? >> Stop at the stop sign. >> So, come talk to me outside of the car and we can I can explain it to you. Okay. >> No, I don't like this. Now, you know, I'm hugely back the blue. We ride in all these like charity events for you guys. And I'm like, I don't understand because number one, I've been living here for I don't know 40 years. you. >> It's just I told you it's like a bad habit that I just like >> drive because I know where I'm going. >> So, why are you so apprehensive about just having a conversation with me outside of your vehicle? >> I'm not apprehensive about it. I just think I know my rights. >> No, it's actually not your right. Uh you have the right to you have the right to remain silent. You have many rights. But the right to sit in your car after I've lawfully told you you have to get out. >> Well, you're telling me, but you're not willing to show me the evidence. >> How can I show you the evidence if you're still sitting in the car? How about you show me the evidence first and then I'd be willing to get out of my car? >> That's not going to happen. So, you need to exit the car otherwise we're going to take you out. >> How about we call your sergeant? >> Okay. >> All right. >> 31 from 301. >> At this point, she would have my driver's >> pulled out of her car if she wouldn't know the color. >> I'm saying that's my idea. >> No. On stop signs, I don't put my feet down, which I admit. I'm a harlot. >> Yeah. I'm just used to that. And so I just when I'm in my little car, I kind of do the same thing. I totally admit that. >> Right. And he's >> But I didn't even roll through the stop sign. I stopped at the stop. I don't know what he's talking about. Like >> So So you >> I don't know what he's talking about. So I want to see what he's talking about. >> I can explain it to you. So when we're at Wood, I want to see the evidence cuz I don't know what you're talking about. >> That's my sergeant's coming down. I'm going to tell you. So my sergeant's coming down. I'm going to tell you right now. We're not going to stop my body cam or my dash cam to show you the evidence. Okay. I saw it with my own eyes. That's why I waited for you to go because you were sitting in the middle of the intersection. >> I don't know what you're talking about. The middle of the intersection. I'm going to stop. >> All right. So, stop. So, stop. >> I'm at a stoplight. So, I'm at a stop light at Dole. >> You didn't see your lights on until after I was after Dole. And I'm like, what? I don't know what's happening. >> Yes. So, there was a stop sign. >> Well, if you didn't like the stop sign, why didn't you pull me over after the stop sign? cuz I still have to run your plate. I like to know where I'm stopping before I turn my lights on. >> What's going on, >> ma'am? So, like like you said, you didn't have anything to drink. He's just covering our baselines with with that. So, 40 years. I love you guys. >> I've been backing you guys forever. I know so many people in the police department. What is the deal? I >> like >> I've never heard of something like this where I'm >> like you said at the stop sign because of the driving infractions. They're just consistent with something. >> There were no driving infractions. >> Yes, there was. Additionally, you're fumbling with all of your documents. You're slurring your speech. >> I can't find my I'm like, where the heck is I usually put my insurance card like >> Okay, this is what happens. >> Let Let me ask you this. Would you would you even just submit to a breathalyzed? No, I will not do anything because I don't know why you're even stopping me. You're not even telling me. >> Stop. Okay, my sergeant. So, I'm I'm trying to tell you, but you're not listening. >> Seriously. >> So, when I pulled you over >> I pulled you over for that one and then I pulled one. You're not >> the stop sign that that we've been talking to at the Dana Dolewood. >> But you didn't even pull me over after that. You pulled over. That's when I hit my dash cam. And then we kept going. And then as we were coming down. >> No. >> You didn't even pull me over until after the stop light. >> That dol in 14. Correct. Cuz I was still running your plate. I was still following you. And then when it was a safe location to make a stop, that's why I stopped you here. >> You weren't even following me. You came on a turn after that. At the stop sign. You're flashing your lights at me to turn. >> To keep going. Yes. Because I was getting behind. >> I'm waiting for you. I'm at the stop sign and you're I'm like why are you not turning? >> Because you stopped in the So the stop line on the stop sign, right? You were all the way in the intersection. >> If that's what you're talking about, if that's what he's talking about, >> I'm sitting at the stop. >> Then he starts following me. >> I don't know. >> Karen, here's the thing. Look, my name's Dave. Okay. >> What? >> My name's Dave. You can call me Dave. >> All right, >> that's fine. But here's the thing. >> You're on a traffic stop. >> You're on a traffic stop right now. Officer How is the one in charge of the traffic stop. He's giving you a lawful order, which we are allowed to do, for you to exit the vehicle so we can continue his investigation. If you refuse to do that, you will be arrested for obstructing an officer. >> I'm not obstructing an officer by not exiting my vehicle. >> Yes, you are. He has given you a lawful order to exit the vehicle. >> I know my rights. I do not have the vehicle. I know for a fact that I've done nothing wrong. >> Take your seatelt, Karen. >> For me, please. >> So, he will continue his investigation investigation. >> This could have been a better time. >> What are you doing? >> Oh, man. You do have a body camera. >> Yes, I do. Um, so I'm going to give you Karen. Is there anything I can do or say to make you exit this vehicle before you get arrested and I have to put hands on you? >> I'm thinking I'm thinking >> Okay, take a moment. So, what's going to happen right now is either you're going to get out of the car and we're going to continue our conversation and back or I'm going to put hands on you, take you out of this car, tow your car after you get arrested and taken to Crystal Lake. >> You need to come up with a reason why you'd be doing this to me >> because you're fumbling with items. You are slurring your speech. You >> I'm not slurring my speech. This is so me. >> I've never met you before, but that's what it appears to me. >> Oh my god, you're cracking me up. >> So So I want to make sure that you're not impaired. I want to do a couple of things to make sure you're not impaired. >> But Karen, this is this is the last opportunity I'm going to give you before I arrest you for obstructing. Do you understand? >> That's fine. >> So just step out of the car. Let's make this easy. And >> I'm not stepping out of the car. >> Okay, then you're under arrest. >> For what? Well, can I have my Wait, hold on one second. Wait. Come out of the car. >> All right. Well, we give me one second. >> You were under arrest. Come on. Get out of the car. >> Well, can I get my purse and my phone? >> Nope. We'll get it for you. You're under arrest. >> You got Just get my phone to my purse. >> Okay, Karen. >> Okay, turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> Oh, this is fun. >> You guys crack me up. >> All you have to do is get out of the car. That's it. We're going to go to the passenger side. >> You going to do it? >> The reason was so you don't get arrested and so we could have a civil conversation. What? >> Okay. Well, we had a civil conversation when I was in my car. Mhm. >> was charged with multiple driving infractions and resisting arrest. >> All right. Before we get into anything, let me say this. On this channel right here, we are the kind of people that if y'all cannot take what we say, just go ahead stop the video right now because everybody says what they want to say in the comments. And we the same way. We say what we want to say on the on the videos and we're going to keep it real. Now, we look at things both sided. >> This is what my uh human regular mind is saying that they took their time with her because she is an older woman. >> I do I do respect that. I'm just saying I look at two things now. >> She's an older woman and they tried to get her the benefit of doubt before >> they uh arrest her. They said, "Look, she's an older woman. I don't want to grab on and do all this stuff like that. >> And that's that's my that's my other side of it. >> But on the other end, I've been doing well, we've been doing this this webcam stuff for maybe like a year. >> I mean, not webcam, I said webcam stuff. I heard this body cam stuff for like a year. >> We we constantly watch videos and I can truly say if she was black >> Oh, yeah. >> she would have been yanked out that car. Yes. >> And I was sitting there like, "Oh my god, I've seen videos when it was a older black woman." >> Mhm. >> And she said, "I'm not getting on this car." They yanked the car open and yanked her out of the car >> off one instance. >> Y >> they gave her a lot of chances. If y'all cannot take the heat, >> don't come in the kitchen cuz we going to keep it real on us. If that was a black woman, it don't matter if she's older, they would have yanked her ass out that car. >> They wouldn't have had so much patience. I don't y'all can call it what y'all want to call it. It is what it is. >> Yeah. And then, you know, the argument would have been, "But she wasn't hostile." You've seen a few videos where we've shown you individuals or black individuals that were not hostile that was simply doing the exact same thing, talking calmly how she was talking, >> not being belligerent, as y'all want to state in the comments all the time. >> Yes, >> they were talking just as she was. They were in the car just as she was refusing to get out because just as she thought >> she thought she was well within her rights because >> whatever it is that she thought she didn't do, the other people didn't do some of the things that the cops say they did. >> Uhhuh. >> And they still got yanked out the car. >> Yep. I see. >> They still got arrested. They still got treated badly. >> Right. So for them to take their time with Karen, >> her name is Karen. >> Karen over here tells me that they allow her to stand in her um white superiority. I'm'll be honest. That's what it says to me is that this is a white woman. She doesn't appear to be belligerent. She doesn't appear to be hostile. So I'm not going to treat her that way. Yet when it's the exact same thing with any other race, you do get treated hostile. So it's the it's the mind thing of police officers that will say somebody is threatening, somebody is not. >> Right. >> And it it's not you actually being in the act of being threatening. It's how their mind thinks. >> Yeah. And and and and don't get me wrong, it's not just blacks. I've seen them doing to other races. Yeah. >> I've seen them doing to Mexicans, too. Don't And we we just keeping it real. That's that's one thing they say. We got freedom of speech in the in in America. We just keep it real. We keep it real about the things that we see. >> And we done a lot of videos and I've seen where they just soon as they walk up to the car >> Oh, yeah. >> they got an attitude and and the woman can be nice. She said, "Sir, um, so and so and so, get out. You're listening to that resisting arrest. Get out." And I was like, "Damn." But she ain't even did that. >> Yeah. >> You know what I'm saying? This is this is real. I know somebody watching this video understand where I'm coming from. And we we realist on this channel. We don't care what color you are. If you evil and dirty, you wrong, you wrong. If the cops wrong, you wrong. If the suspect's wrong, they wrong. We keep it real. But when we see something that's that's truth, >> we call it out. >> Simple as >> most definitely. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. But what kind of world we live in where she has the name of what everybody is starting to call an entitled white woman. Like this is like full circle of why they got the name Karen. You're doing the act >> that now entitles you to be under the same name that your name is. >> That's crazy. >> That's so crazy. >> I thought I thought the cop was being funny. >> Like come here Karen. Like that. But in my mind, that's her real name. That that's now that's a coincidence right there. >> That's so funny. >> So the title of this video from the original Crime Time Came is entitled Cameron. It really is a camera, y'all. So, let y'all let us know what y'all think about this in the uh comments. Oh, boy. I know them comments go come. >> I can hear them now. We don't like your channel no more. >> I'm undisturbed. >> We're just being honest. >> We just being honest and real about what we see. If y'all can't take that then, >> yeah, >> it is what it is. Thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love and support. We're almost at 6K. Trying to get that 10K. We really appreciate everybody and every I'm about to say everybody, everything on the channel. Wait, I have one thing to say though. >> What's that? >> Was she drinking? Was she under the influence? >> She seemed like she was. >> But they didn't say that she was being charged with that though. >> Yeah. And when the cops, man, cops are smooth, too. >> Cops are so slick, man. We just need to come out the car so we can talk to >> Yeah. They didn't want to say they want to get our test to her. Yeah. I like cops, boy. Y'all off the chain, man. Y'all y'all really smooth. >> Yeah. >> But again, thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love and the support. Until next time, don't get your ass caught slipping on camera.
