the first charge was Criminal Trespass
to the runway of the airport and for
this he was given a class three felony
he also got charged with criminal
trespass of the airport itself which he
received one class 4 felony now the
class three felonies can land him in
prison in between 2 to 5 years but it
can go up to 10 considering he has two
of them it's not looking good for him
then he also picked up a resisting a
peace officer charge and in Illinois it
is classified as a Class A misdemeanor
he is facing up to one year in jail for
that and then he also got charged with
unlawful possession of a handgun because
he didn't have the card that you need in
Illinois which is also a class 4 felony
so as we just learned he's facing 2 to 5
years for that as well and the last
charge was criminal trespassing which is
a misdemeanor up to one year so if the
judge really wanted to throw the book at
him he could get up to 15 years now is
he going to do that it's unlikely but
keep in mind that this is Illinois we're
not talking about Florida or California
so he could be facing quite some time
Behind Bars especially since he had a
gun at an airport and tried to hijack a
plane I don't think the Judge is simply
going to give him a softball and give
