the love that you have for something overpowers how you feel because I love delivering these videos to you. I love um reacting to them. Right now I'm kind of under the weather. It hit my hit my lady first and now it hit me. I still wanted to do some videos for y'all. Welcome to Body Cam Vibes. Shout out to Body Cam Boss for this video. Excuse me if I sound a little sluggish. just kind of under the weather, but I still want to deliver y'all a video. So, let's get into it. >> 2025, [music] an officer was approached by a woman who claimed she had been harassed and followed by a man she had passed on the road. >> Seen her coming down the road. She's on her ass. On her ass. About her whenever he pulled in here. >> She parks right here and he comes up like this. Gets out. You got a problem? And I just stopped him. Wait, we're going to wait for an officer to come up here. I don't have one. But he was driving right chasing her down for whatever reason. >> All right. Thanks, Mike. >> Hi, ma'am. >> All right. Thank you. Bye. Bye. >> You're welcome. >> Bye. >> I'm Officer Wolf. What's going on? >> Hi. So, coming into town on this trip was in front of me and going like 20 25 the whole way. So, you know, I did pass him. And then all the way through town, he gets up on my ass like almost hitting me and just swerving like I had to run the red light so he wouldn't hit me. I didn't get here and he just not a problem. You got a problem. >> Okay. >> Stupidly. >> Okay. All right. While I go talk to him, you want just get your license out for me so I can come back and talk to you. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Sir, I'm off Wolf. What's going on? >> I don't know. I was going through town. >> Okay. >> She uh I was right past the Walmart in the single lane. She passes me, honks at me. I'm doing the speed limit >> and then just proceeds to just take off like there's no reason for her to pass me. I was doing the speed limit. >> Okay. So, what drove you to follow her to here? >> Because she I don't understand why she decided she needed to pass me. You on a single lane. >> Okay. Are you a law enforcement officer? >> No, sir. I'm not. >> Okay. So, why are you following her here? >> I followed her here because I found no reason for her to >> confront her >> and I was doing nothing. >> Again, are you a law enforcement officer? If you thought she violated a law, you need to call 911 or a law enforcement agency. You do not have authority to follow someone and then approach them aggressively and yell at them. I just asked her why she passed me. That's all I did. I didn't approach her. >> You You did. You're confronting her. She doesn't know you. She's a female alone by herself and you are following her, >> getting out of your car and approaching her in an aggressive manner. >> Well, she passed me for no legitimate reason. >> Okay, then call the cops and we can deal with that. You don't need to follow her through town and then approach her aggressively. >> Okay. Okay. >> Right. >> Okay. Right. >> Okay. >> You don't like when someone approaches you aggressively, do you? >> So, how do you think she feels? Look how close you are to her car right now. >> You're about a foot and a half away from it. >> This is how people get into physical altercations and or get shot for no reason because they don't know what you're doing. >> Right. >> Understandable. >> Okay. Do you have a driver's license on you? >> Yes, sir. >> Go ahead and get that out for me. >> Okay. I'm reaching for it right now. >> There you go. >> City 19. Copy of 29. >> I'm good. >> So clearly me yelling at you is the only way I can get you to understand that what you're doing is not okay. >> Okay. >> Right. understand >> because you think that it's okay to follow somebody cuz they passed you in town. >> Well, she passed me illegally >> illegally. Again, are you are you a cop? Are you a law enforcement agent? >> No, sir. >> No. Do you have any arresting powers whatsoever to enforce the law? >> No, sir. >> No. So, you are not allowed to take that into your own hands, follow her through town, and then confront her about it. If you have a problem with someone's driving, you need to contact 911 or the local law enforcement agency and report it. not take it upon your own hands to handle it. >> Okay? >> That is how people get hurt for no reason. That's why we get paid your tax dollars to do that. That is our job, not yours. >> You have her crying and terrified because you followed her through town and then approached her car for no reason, yelling at her of why she passed you. >> Okay. >> 2025, man. What if she came out and just >> I'm sorry. >> It's 2025. What if she exited her vehicle and just had a gun? >> We've talked about that. You know what I mean? Like it's a whole different world, man. >> I know. I get that. >> Okay. So, you need to leave and do not do this again. >> Yes, sir. >> Do you understand? >> Okay. Go ahead and back up and take off. >> All right. >> Huh? >> Hold on to him for the second case. >> He's going to let him go if he don't want charges. He don't want to fall charges and we'll let him go. So, >> if I have if I press charges, like what do I got to do? just write a statement that you know his his actions alarmed and disturbed you and we can write him a citation sort of conduct. >> You might get called to court, but maybe not. I don't. >> You don't have to. We take >> it just scared the [ __ ] out of me. That's all. >> Well, that's why you're alarmed in the >> I mean, if I could, I'd feel better about it. I'm going to >> stop him. Now, >> Mr. Kushman, >> do you have a phone number, sir? >> Yes, I do. >> What's your phone number? >> All right, sir. You're getting a citation tonight for disorderly conduct. You have a mandatory court appearance of August 12th at 1 p.m. at the Jersey County Courthouse here in Jerry'sville, Illinois. >> Excuse me. >> There's your citation for disorderly conduct. >> How do I get disorderly conduct? >> You alarmed and disturbed her, causing a breach of her peace. By following her through town, exiting your vehicle, and confronting her in an aggressive manner, and yelling at her. >> That's fine. I will fight. >> You're that's that's your god-given right, sir. >> Um, this acts as your pre-trial release. So, this is what you get instead of going to jail tonight. This states that you won't commit any more crimes while you're out on pre-trial release. If you do, you could get another citation for violation of pre-trial release. Just need your signature right there on that X. Take my pin back. I'll photograph this. And this is your copy to keep honks and illegal deaths. >> Again, sir, if you have problems, somebody's driving, you need to contact 911 or local law enforcement agency. Not take matters into your own hand. Okay? You're free to go. You all finished, ma'am? >> Yeah. >> All right. He got Okay, perfect. Um, so he was uh arrested for disorderly conduct. He has court that he has to show up for. Like that other officer was saying, you might have to show up to court to kind of explain your side of the events and you know how it visually obviously upsets you and you felt his actions alarmed you enough to call 911 and drive straight to our police department because of his driving and then afterwards him approaching you. So, >> was he drunk because he got out of the check and he was just when he was walking, he was kind of just >> No, he he walks with a cane. So, no, he wasn't. I thought so at first, too, but the more I talked to him, he he wasn't intoxicated. He's just >> walks with a cane, and that's just how he is. So, >> okay. >> I have my windows down, too. So, it just >> Yep. You did everything perfect. You called 911 and drove straight here. That's exactly what you you need to do in that situation. Okay. >> If you need anything else, feel free to call up here. Okay, ma'am. Thank you. >> All right. You're welcome. Have a better night. Okay. >> The man was cited for disorderly conduct and released. [music] Thanks for watching today's video. >> Excuse me if I sound like a sloth cuz I'm not really feeling that great. I just want to say this. I usually have a long thing to say, but I I hope my voice don't sound aggravating, but I just want to say I want to say one thing. Can you imagine the world if we were lawless? Do you know how many people will be unal alive? Can you imagine if there was no law and that guy right there took the law in his own hand, followed this lady and then unalived her because she said that she humped at me and she drove around me. You know, man, that's why everybody everybody criticized the law and it it is flawed. It is flawed, but thank God for it because we have a lot of lot of crazy things going on right now if it wasn't for the law because I am a I'm genuinely a nice person, not a violent person. But at the same time, there's a lot of people that would be on my [ __ ] list if there was no law. And the kind of people that's on my [ __ ] list is the people that make it bad for a regular everyday poor people. I cannot stand to see anybody abuse their laws and rules for everyday poor people, but they'll let the rich slide by. Celebrities, rich, politicians, everybody just get away. But the regular poor people can't do nothing. You get what I'm saying? That's that's the stuff that make me mad. That's when the liver come out of me. But I'm not a violent person. And and that the cop was right. He said, "Man, this is a different damn time. Everybody got a paw pow. I I teased one time uh one of my friends. He had a paw pow since we were like young in his 20s. And I said, "Man, do you what's what's your fascination with it? Do you feel like we going to war or something?" It's like everybody I'm not saying don't protect yourself these day and times you got to protect yourself. I'm not saying that, but when I see everybody got them, I'm like, "Do y'all feel like we going to war tomorrow or something?" Like, like, you know what I'm saying? Every everybody got them. And I got my certain things out that I got for protection. But in my mind, I'm like, everybody got pow pow. I was like, what are you afraid of? Are you afraid the foreigners going to come over here and and shoot us up or like and I I know I know somebody could say n dumb ass for protection. Yeah, I get it. But I'm trying to say I'm saying it in a different kind of way. Like what? Why is everybody why everybody got them? And then the wrong people have the people in the streets got them. That's the part that bothers me. That's what I'm saying. Like what? Can we just all can we all just get along, man? Bad enough. We go we going to be dead one day. But we got to we got to fight against all kind of ways of cancer, uh high blood pressure, high diabetes, everything. And everybody just want to unel person. Everybody want to unel alive people. I don't get it. We got so much thing we want to uh that we fighting. But this dude right here is an idiot and he scared this lady. This could have been my mom. I always put my mom in this situation. She is scared to death. And I I like I said, I'm not a violent person, but if she did have a power pile, she would have every reason to pile him because he coming behind you could have got the car and just scaring a woman up. This stupid man. Do you got some issues with women that you just can't handle? I don't know y'all. This is the craziest thing I ever seen. She She made me mad. She pinched me. So, I want to follow her and pinch her back. [laughter] Oh, man. I got to go rest y'all. But thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love support on this channel. I just wanted to deliver a video to y'all because I love y'all. I love the um the three or four people that was in our live on New Year's Eve. Thank y'all for that. We really appreciate it. Y'all come to the comments and let me know what y'all think about this crazy man right here. Until next time, y'all don't get caught slipping on camera.
