What's good everybody? Welcome back to Body Cam Vibes. Back with another body cam video I'm going to react and discuss with today. Well, discuss to whatever. [laughter] Shout out to Uncovered for this video. It look like this will be some moonfly action in this video right here. Y'all, as always, United we stand, divided we fall. Let's get into it. Simple traffic stop spirals into multiple felonies when this couple runs from police and accidentally leads them straight to their home. On June 23rd, police in Carlsbad attempted to stop a car with suspended plates, but the couple inside sped off, unknowingly leading police straight to their home where chaos quickly unfolded. >> Hey, stay in the car. Stay in the car. M. Don't get in there. Get out. Get out. >> Wait. Get my purse. >> Get out. >> Lower the window. Turn out the vehicle. >> The vehicle calls back 141 to 10. >> They said that's why I want to go home. [ __ ] >> Hey, get out of the car. >> No. No. Get my money out of the purse. >> This is inside. You took my purse. You took that money out. >> Sge, can you close that door? >> Yeah. >> S, you're not going to get your purse. Okay. >> I'm not. I'm >> s She had a purse and it should be right by the door. >> As officers enter the house, they ask the family to step outside and begin searching for the suspect's purse, but it's nowhere to be found, raising suspicions it's being hidden. >> Hey, police department. Come out here. Right here. You got feet right there. Who else is back there? >> Go ahead and step out for me, boss. You good? >> Hey, come out here right now. >> Look at that house. >> Whatever it is. >> Who's back there? >> Hold on. I just have my phone in my hand. >> All right, come out here. >> What the hell is going on? >> Both of you get outside. What' you do with the person that was right here? >> I knew nothing. What was going on? >> I think I play around for real. It was real close. >> What the >> Where did that first go? >> Like, let's be real right now. Okay. Or someone's going to jail. >> I don't even know what's going on. >> Like, what is going on? >> I I know. I walk out and I see people in handcuffs and I'm like, >> "Yeah, you walked out. Where's the purse at?" That was right here. >> I don't know. >> We're in there watching a movie, man. We >> I just barely got back from >> Yeah, but you came outside and then you walked back in. There's a purse right here that's gone now. So where'd it go? >> I'm like what the like >> really? They just >> like this isn't even my house. I'm like >> are you serious dude? Did you just >> So whose house is this? Do any of you guys live here? >> I do. >> Yes, >> you do. Is this your house? >> What's your name, sir? >> Tito Rodriguez. >> Tito Rodriguez. >> Dude, >> we don't even know what's going We didn't even know he came in here. We didn't even know the dude came in the house. We just about to wreck it. >> Tell Tell Daniel to get the truck. Go ahead, Daniel. >> Come over here for my unit. >> Hey, uh, Diaz, make sure nobody gets in the truck. What >> truck? Not that truck. I >> 10 for >> What do you need? >> My money. >> Okay. Well, I'll get your purse. I'll get all your money with whatever you need. Okay. >> Some suspect going on, man. But I I want to go back to something, man. Do y'all Listen, I'm I'm not criticizing nobody, man, because I grew up in the hood. But look at that house, man. Nobody should be living like that. That look like some like shack or just a poor like like you see one of them foreign houses overseas or something like that. Nobody should be living like that. And all those people in the house. One girl said she don't live there. But man, I just that that making me sad to see, man. I don't I don't like to see people living like that. But it's something suspect going on with them, man. They they need to be real. Somebody took that pocketbook. Let's get back into it. Yeah, like I said, she she says she has money in there and she wants her money. >> Okay, we don't >> If you guys took it, you guys are going to respond for that purse. Okay. >> Police department. >> I'm like, I don't know. >> Oh, man. >> You don't know. This is your side. 15 as well. >> Or did he did he come back? >> Yeah, he's negative. >> He's negative. All right. Uh bring him over here. Let's bring >> Let's come over here. >> Yeah. So, she tried to close the door, man. She dropped it here. >> So, so her she came from back here, >> but I >> mean, there's there's another female back here messing around. >> There was? >> Yeah, she said gray leather. She has a warrant, right? >> Yeah, she has a warrant. He's clear. >> Where is he? >> Does he have a valid? >> Where's your Do you have a driver's license with you? >> I don't have What was his name? >> You got a return on? >> Yeah, we did. Did you confirm DL photo and everything? >> Go check on Go check on my unit. Hey, so I know he wrote you your uh your rights, correct? Are you aware of your rights? Okay. With those rights in mind, you want to talk about the what happened right now with the situation? >> I completely all right with it. Like I just I was helping a friend came over here and then like I was just told go go and I was like wait. What? >> Who told you go go? >> That [ __ ] >> and I was like honestly >> she told you to not stop. >> Yeah. >> I mean you you clearly saw units right behind you with the lights on. >> Like I'm not trying to get in trouble. Like, I'm trying to put >> You You were the one driving the vehicle, correct? You could have You could have stopped >> at any >> suspended deal. No. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. He's on on probation. What are you on probation for? >> Um, I got into I was really bad on drugs back then >> and I guess this dude was laughing at me. I had a seizure and I assaulted him by breaking the window. >> Who's the owner of that vehicle? >> Uh, my friend. >> Okay. >> 11. So, >> you're on probation, right? >> Yes. >> No one that you're on probation. How come you're not coming to a stop when you're supposed to when there's cops behind you? >> You want to take that to >> You were the driver. >> You know what the red and blue lights mean, bro? >> It means stop, right? >> And you didn't stop. You went slowing down. I was like, I can't. >> No, you you very well could have stopped right back there on the on that street over there. You could have stopped right there >> and you should have stopped right there, but instead you chose to drive down this street, drive down this street, and then come back over here. That's no different than running from the police on foot. You just ran from us in a vehicle. >> So that's resisting evading an officer right there. So you're on probation. You're catching a charge for resisting evading an officer, driving on a suspended license, no registration, no insurance. Everything that's wrong with that vehicle, you're getting caught with right now cuz you're driving it. >> I don't know what's wrong with that truck right now. You probably shouldn't have been driving it then, huh? You probably shouldn't be driving anyway because you got suspended license, my guy. >> I'm sorry, dude. >> What do you have on you? Okay. The reason I ask is is if you don't come forward about what you have now and you do have something, you take it to jail. It's another felony charge for bringing a contraband into a facility. Understand that? So, do you have anything in your bra? Anything like that? What do you have in your pockets? You got a cell phone, wallet, nothing. Okay. So, he's going to search you. Go ahead. >> Did it come off when you set it up? >> Yes, sir. 41. >> The vehicle's going to be towed. >> Have to. >> It does. Yeah. It don't have nothing. And then you're not the rich owner as well. >> Yeah. I can't call them to come get it. >> It's still no good. It has nothing on it. But it's got nothing on it. So in the event, >> we would do the same thing if it was anywhere else. >> Is Sergio with a J or with the G? >> With a J. Okay. like it's been time to go home. Like, come on. >> All right, he's good. >> Good. All right. Yeah, just take him. >> Uh I called this PO. Uh we'll see if he goes to call back, but uh for right now, just the uh the RL, so he was >> Oh, yeah. So, do everything that's wrong with the vehicle. Like I said, uh registration insurance suspended, driver license. Yeah. So, do everything that's wrong with the vehicle. Like I said, uh registration, insurance, suspended, driver license. Um what else? Any uh the stop sign? Did he come to stop or he just went through it? >> Which stop sign was it? >> Cuz there's a stop sign right here. >> You mean interview this guy? >> So we're we're looking at it. Uh and he has to know that she's she was a felon. So yeah, I mean we can we can interview him and just ask him. >> Hey, man. You okay? Can I talk to you for a second? >> Okay. Did they already meet you? Your rights? I'm gave my mom. >> Well, unfortunately, we're already here. >> Sorry. >> And I and I haven't talked to you yet, so I wanted to get your side out of the story. Okay. So, can you tell me like fill me in? Like, just be real with me. >> Good. Good. Good. So, tell me what happened. I I told the right thing right they open the door go to kick out of it you know >> take take a breath it's okay it's okay >> I'm not going to hurt you nothing like that you're good you're good >> like why you got the door open I know I'm kind of right here but that way I can hear you that way you got a little bit of air and [ __ ] cuz I'm laughing I don't care dude I lost everything >> so so you were vibing. All right. They told you to go. >> Yeah. She kept telling me go. Like I'm like [ __ ] I can't. I can't. Just go. I was like, "Fuck, you know." Okay. >> Do you know why she told you to go? >> No, I don't. I don't. I really don't. >> Like I honestly don't. >> Okay. >> I just told her I was just going. >> She didn't say anything at all. >> No. >> Like I got warrants. I got some [ __ ] on me. >> No. Well, she look like I'm just >> She just said go go go go go go. Pretty much. >> Yeah. That was a bit like been out of it like for I got kicked out and like something [ __ ] happened to you. >> I got you. >> It's not really something to talk about. This is stupid as [ __ ] >> I got you. No worries. I just had to get your side of the story. I hadn't talked to you yet. Okay. >> I ain't trying to [ __ ] lie to you. I'm not trying to go to jail, bro. I've been going around. >> So, did you know that she had like warrants and [ __ ] >> I don't even know. Like, I don't know her. >> You just gave some random lady a ride. >> Like, no. Well, I came here because my friend Oda, but like I don't know her like that. I don't I'm like, >> "All right, >> that makes no sense, though, bro." >> Huh? >> This random lady a ride. >> I was in the car. Yeah. So, the door open like all I see is what the [ __ ] Like, go, go, go. Like, how am I What am I supposed to do? Like, what the [ __ ] >> Was Olga in the car? >> No, she had got off. She was talking to me about some stuff. >> So, it was just you and that and it was just you and her. The other lady. I was by myself at first and then like said go go go and I was like [ __ ] what the [ __ ] you mean? Like I'm honestly telling you the truth. My mind been [ __ ] space. My dad watched me give head to the dude and I got kicked out. You mean if you really want to know like it's going down like that. Like what was I supposed to do? You mean like I don't know what to talk to about it. Like and then I get kicked out because my mom don't because I'm gay. Like come on. And then I don't have nothing more. This dude jacking for everything and then you're begging for cigarettes over here like it's [ __ ] loaded and load. >> Are you staying clean or no? >> Yeah, that's for the most part. Like >> the most part. When was the last time you used? >> Last time you used >> today. >> No, I don't I only you smoked me like just yesterday morning. That was it. Like one year too. Okay. >> But didn't have clothes, dude. I took a shower like but 5 days ago like I don't have nothing, bro. Well, I mean, at least you'll be able to take a shower now. >> My mom's going to be a What the >> So, you're trying to worry about my mom. What the [ __ ] >> Okay. Well, I appreciate you talking to me, Sergio. I think my partner is going to do his thing. Okay. You take care, bud. >> All right. Watch out. >> I'll do it. [snorts] Were you born right here in Carl or the suspects were charged with resisting arrest, obstructing justice, driving with a suspended license, and driving without insurance, amongst other charges for outstanding warrants. If you enjoyed this video, please leave a like and be sure to subscribe. That house over there is a house of irreute. There's some It was some more things going on than what he talking. But I'mma tell you the truth though. I kind of believe some of the story that dude right there was saying. I can I can see uh the scenario when somebody get in the car like go go go go because they got warrants or they got drugs in their pocket book or something like that and you getting nervous. What? Why I got to go? Why they got to go? Oh, what I'mma do? So, he probably was nervous and when he started breaking down about his life, I kind of believed him more. But I don't believe the story of he don't know her. I don't believe that part of it. So, y'all let me know in the comments. Do y'all believe him? And or do y'all disagree what I'm saying? Y'all let me know in the comments. But hold up now. What where this pocketbook at though? Where's this uh this purse? They ain't said no more about that. And who hid that purse? They said they saw a purse when they came in. So, let me let me go back to the beginning and see if we can see this purse. Let's go back. Okay. Yeah. Okay. Check it out. >> Hey, stay in the car. Stay in the car. M. Don't get in there. Get out. Get out. >> Wait. Get my purse. Get out. >> Lower the window. Turn out the vehicle. >> Okay, I saw the purse. Let's go back when they go back in. Let's see what's going >> right there. Who else is back there? >> Go ahead and step out for us. >> God, dog. Dude, come out. Look like one of the Resident Evil zombies. God, dog. So, yeah, somebody took that purse. And I'm gonna be honest with you, I think it was her. It It Somebody took that purse. It is something going on in that house, man. That house looked too it remind me of like a hole in the wall like some drugs going on. And the dude said he said I'm trying to get my life clean now. You know I was do this and do that. And the man said well and cops know. He said so. He said when the last time you did something uh not today maybe day or two I smoke something. And how you getting clean and staying sober if you if you smoking something? They all on drugs. Something going on more in the house. And somebody hid that that purse because she probably had some drugs in that purse and they must be hiding real real good cuz nobody couldn't find. And it's crazy, man. But how do all those people be in the house, man? Like looking like that, man. I just I don't mean to talk about I'm not talking about in the picking way. I just can't believe people live. Look how look at this house, y'all. Like people live like this, man. >> Back here. But >> wow. I mean, there's >> there's another female back here messing around. >> There was >> Yeah, she said gray leather. >> Oh my god, man. >> It It looked like the house was burnt down or something, man. It was just I I know times hard, man. I'm Like I said, I'm not picking at nobody. You never know where you would be, but I just It makes me sad to see people live like that, man. Nobody should be living like that in America. That's like crazy, man. Just just bad, man. I don't really know what to say on this one. I used to have a lot to say, but something was suspect about this whole situation. And I I I don't know. I believe him more. I believe his story to an extent. And y'all got to come to the comments and talk about this one right here. Y'all got to let me know y'all uh personal opinions on it. And maybe y'all can spot things that I that I don't see. And maybe y'all can just analyze it better. I kind of believe him. I kind of believe that he got scared behind that. Uh they tell him to go go. He just kept on going. Um but I don't believe he by him tell he don't know the person and they and they all probably hook up and do drugs together. That's that's my analysis on it, my take on it. But I need y'all to come to the comments. I'm sorry I don't have more to say about this one right here, but I thought it was going to be a little bit more. Um, but I want to know who y'all think hid that purse. Let me know in the comments. Thank y'all for being here. Thank you for the love support on this channel. We really appreciate it. Until next time, don't get caught slipping on
