what we left we did it's
done it's still playing in your pocket
brother is it yeah I heard it coming out
of your
pocket as you were walking I can hear it
talking out your pocket I think it was
like the radio
so I know I turned it off I'm like I
want to listen to it but if they're
going transport I want to talk to
whoever ma'am do you have ID my sister
can I call my sister no do you have ID
it's with my sister okay I'm Sergeant
Rivera what I'm doing is investigating
the whole interaction with the officer
not anything which officer the one that
pepper sprayed you that can you tell me
what happened yeah he sprayed it he told
us to leave the park and we left okay
and once we left they did all that they
got the spray out of their van and start
spraying at us and my brother and he let
my brother fell on the floor and put
these things in his hand and then he
came to me and did the same thing that's
we didn't do anything he told us to
leave the park and once he told us we
left I was just waiting for my sister
were you leaving the park or did you
stop what did you stop or were you no I
was just I stopped to wait for my sister
because she's inside and I told her Dad
okay I told him dad and he told me you
leave and I will give you your your like
your ticket at your money back at the
exit once we came to the exit he did all
of that he didn't tell us anything of
this okay and we left and we didn't even
do anything inside all right I don't
know what happened inside nothing
happened and he told us to leave we left
I was just waiting for my sister that's
do you have any injuries the ambulance
here injuries I mean other than the
spray do you have any injuries
like was that the only thing they did
they sprayed you did they hate you
anything like that they push me on the
floor and put my brother on the floor
okay do you have any injuries from that
I think um my body has
yeah all right you have nothing illegal
on you no what's illegal should I have
I'm asking you no the reason cuz I'm
going to search you why you coming to a
park
okay God I'm a doctor
s your legs all
[Music]
right oh oh my God no why so all
right he's coming with me yeah or in a
separate car or with you I don't know
which one yet put your seat belt
on excuse me oh why is so like it's just
how they are oh my God I can't sit
excuse me can't you your
back
I my
[Music]
hand I need help right now I need help
help okay help okay help me help me
right now have they took $500 from us
and they ask us to live without paying
your money back they don't want nothing
they don't want to pay the money back I
know that okay but was he there
originally and
Universal you're refusing
to my brother's going to die no
brother's going to
die no I
have you put me in jail who are you who
are you me in jail who are you hey who
are you rela my family in jail relax who
are you you're going to end up going to
jail knock it
off going to get out yeah come no I have
to find them now I'm leaving without
finding I help me now them no I'm not
no for what no they went outside
just I swear you were telling me their
were
outside yeah they just want their money
back because they paid $500 here
do that not right now but yes that's
that's
not but they can't ask people to just go
out with the park
because conversation with the security
they can't do that they can no one say
that I need a solution
now yeah I'm going to post this on
social media no one's going to help
okay $500
black Wai for employes to leave their
money back because they bought tickets
you understand there's not an instant
refund policy you have to follow up
later on all you have to do is so okay
so just we have to go home because they
just wanted their money back so that was
the they didn't listen they
coming money yeah because they wanted
their mind sorry you guys leave the park
stop
resisting okay please that's not fair
that's not fair okay put your hand
behind your back you need to listen
[Music]
pleas when you're to leave you leave
that's it there's no debate there's no
question there's no argument we're beond
that
now you're under please I'm just going
throw in my car okay you're under me the
phone you can't delete anything you are
under arrest look it's all recorded
don't have cameras got everything turn
around she's not double lock okay car
what happens all that we just F we we
told you to leave and you didn't but
he's sick my brother he's sick he's fine
he's sick I swear he's he already got
checked out by medical professionals
like no he'll be okay no he's sick okay
just leave me please no what did I do
for me dad that's not fair yeah because
we told you multiple times you got to go
please help me I did nothing please
we'll help you man
on stop resisting relax okay please I
did nothing do not get up again what
happened I did nothing you're there yeah
when you're ready to talk I'll talk with
you I'm not going to sit here and yell
with you okay this isn't the movies this
isn't TV here when you want when you are
told to listen tickets it doesn't matter
tickets down' tickets doesn't give you
the right to do whatever you want in the
park it grants you entry and if you read
your ticket there's a lot of fine print
that says that they can remove that
right at any time okay he just want bag
you can take that I got her passport I'm
Sergeant NE grone I wasn't part of this
incident I'm just here because uh of the
response to resistance okay he just
asked me to leave the park and I was
asking about my brother and sister okay
that's what happened I really can't my
brother is so sick that's why I asked
about him that he can't be in jail he
has heart issues you just came to have
that I found my like that okay all right
so any solution for that I don't know
like I said I'm here just to talk to you
I can find out huh just want to ask
something yes ma'am I paid here a ticket
for $200 when they asked me to leave
it's legal when you when you I did
nothing when you BN out of jail you
contact IAL Guest Services no why do I
go to jail here I just cuz they asked
you to leave and you didn't leave you
told me yourself that they ask you to
leave no I just bought tickets okay
that's the thing when you get out you
call a guest services cuz they're the
only ones that can give you your money
back to the ticket we not the money
what's about what's jail considered to
this park uh trespass after warrants a
mrina charge so you probably be out
pretty fairly quick you bond out but the
but what happened to me was not human
today got on the ground ma'am they asked
you to leave though several times and
when they ask you to leave you're
supposed to leave cuz this is private
property this is not public but I have
tickets for it I understand that but
they have the right to essentially kick
you out I was leaving I just was asking
where's my brother apparently I was
leaving IOD well you will have your time
in court and that's what you explained
to the judge that that you were leaving
and but they what they did me was not
human they just put me on the floor and
they asked you to leave ma'am so that's
legal if do you resist I'm yes it's
legal resist I didn't there's various
ways of resisting okay you will have
your time in court and you explain to
them okay all suspects are innocent
until proven guilty thank you for
watching
