All right. >> I could do that with my phone in my hand. >> If you're fine with that, I'm fine with it. >> Okay. All right. So, just watch me real quick. Okay. >> I'm going to demonstrate a series of tests for you. So, just um in the meantime, >> we're on a wedding, so >> I got you. Okay. >> Keep your right foot in front of your left just like that and your heel touching your toe. >> Perfect. >> Don't start until I tell you to start the test. Okay. >> I'm still going. So, you're going through nine steps on the way over. Pivot 180° on the ball of your foot and then nine steps back counting out loud. One, two, three, so on and so forth until you get to nine. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> You comfortable with that? I mean, I guess that's take off my shoes. >> It's that's up to your preference. You sure? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> So, for this one, you're going to be in a starting position like this with your feet right next to each other touching. Yep. Perfect. Don't move from that position until you tell to start. Okay. >> Keep your hands right at your side like this. When I tell you to begin four, you're going to lift one of your feet. Whichever foot of your choosing, right or left, doesn't matter. I'm going to choose my right foot for now. So, you're going to lift your whatever foot of your choosing. Don't start until I tell you to, though. Okay? Feet at your sides until I tell you to go. Sound good? >> All right. Whichever foot you want, right or left, lift it approximately 6 in off the ground, holding it parallel to the ground like so. Keeping your hands at your side, counting 1,00 1,002 100,00 so on and so forth until I tell you to stop. Keep start. Don't start yet. Okay. >> Like, >> all right. Take a step. Take a step forward. I just didn't want you to lean on the car or anything. Okay. Still understand everything, right? >> Yes. >> All right. You may begin. Keep counting. >> Oh, careful. All right. All right. >> I think Do you want me to switch like >> No, it's only the one foot. >> Okay. >> You go one more time. >> Count out loud. >> You're okay. 1076. >> Okay, just put both feet down. I mean, I can hold it if you want, but >> that's all right. I mean, that concludes this test. Um, >> if you want to put your heels back on. >> Not really. >> Or Okay. >> I mean, >> okay. All right. One more test. You're just going to face that way and then put your hands behind your back for me. Okay. >> No. >> Face me. >> Face him, please. >> I'm going to take your phone. At >> this point, you're under arrest for DWI. >> Wait, what? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back for me, please. Yes, I hear you. >> All right, we're going to hang. >> I'm going to take your phone, ma'am. Put your hands behind your back for me. >> I did not hit you at all. >> You touch me one more time. I did not hang up the phone. Put your hands behind your back. This is your last opportunity. >> What? >> Just do what they're telling you. >> Okay. >> All right. Just place your hands behind your back for me, ma'am. I'm going to take your phone. >> You have to hang it up. We have to take it. >> I will go with you, but like I'm >> just put the phone on the car. I'm not going to touch it for now. >> Wait. Okay. Get her hand. Put your pickups on her. You're under arrest. You're under arrest. I know you can't have the phone right now. >> We're not doing anything. This is normal procedure here. >> Hand behind your back. Put your hand behind your back. Okay. >> Oh, I'm sorry. >> 3 4 1 0 Long Beach. be transporting one adult female 41 from my current location by 103. >> Tell them start Um, >> all right. Swing your legs out. Can you swing your legs out or No. >> No. Yes, I can. But like my dresses um they both are out just because of the dress. >> They're Hold on. Give me one second. >> Yeah. Okay, >> watch your step. >> Right up here. >> I know, but like it's okay. You don't have to hold on to me. I >> we have to we have to for safety. Oh my god. >> The second we get you up on the back, you're fine. But >> all right, make a left over here >> and then right into this room. >> You're righty or lefty? >> Lefty. >> Lefty. Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. >> You have to keep on. >> No. Okay. All right. Just turn back that way. I take this off you. want to go to the restroom. >> Nope. Sir, >> wait. >> All right. I can walk you. I can walk you to the restroom. >> You can come into the restaurant with me if you want to. But >> all right. >> Make a left. >> [snorts] >> I'll be 272. You're >> sorry. >> Uh, her wallet is in there. her license, regarding her driver's license. >> Yeah, it's in it's my >> Thank you. >> All good. >> Yes. >> All right. Right back that way, please. Make a right. Just take a seat over there. >> That's my chair. My chair. You take a seat right [laughter] over there. >> I'm like I want to sit like right here. Wait, do I need back on? >> No, you're okay. >> Yes. Yeah. No, we weren't going to lose it on you. >> I was really worried about it, though. It really really was. >> I understand that. Um >> my wallet was like hidden. >> Yeah, I know. I accidentally grabbed it. I was like, "Oh, this looks like exactly what you're telling me it was." >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, I just have to read you this. Um this basically kind of the rules of driving under the influence in the state of New Jersey. Okay. >> Yes, I'm [snorts] ready. >> All right. You've been arrested for driving while intoxicated. NJSA 394-50. The law requires you to submit samples of your breath for the purpose of testing to determine alcoh al alcohol content. A record of the taking of the breath samples, including the test results, will be made. Upon your request, a copy of that record will be made available to you. >> Why are you shaking? >> Uh, I just sprinted and now I'm Yeah, now I'm good. [laughter] >> I'm so sorry. Like I see like the sheet and it's just like it's okay. Go ahead. Um uh a record of the taking of the breath samples, including the test results, will be made. Upon your request, a copy of that record will be made available to you. After you've provided samples of your breath for testing, you have the right at your own expense to have a person or physician of your own selection take independent samples of your breath, blood, or urine for independent testing. If you refuse to provide samples of your breath, you will be issued a separate summon for the refusal. A court may find you guilty of both refusal and driving while intoxicated. If a court finds you guilty of the refusal, you will be subject to various penalties, including license revocation of up to 20 years, a fine of up to $2,000, installation of an ignition interlock, and referral to an intoxicated driver resource center. These penalties may be in addition to penalties imposed by the court for any other offense of which you were found guilty. You have no legal right to have an attorney physician or anyone else present for the purpose of taking the breath samples. You have no legal right to refuse to give >> or delay giving samples of your breath. Any response from you that is ambiguous or conditional in any respect to my request that you provide breath samples will be treated as a refusal to submit to breath testing. Even if you agree to take the test but then do not follow my instructions, do not properly perform the test, or do not provide sufficient breath samples, I will charge you with the refusal to submit breath testing. I repeat, the law requires you to submit samples of your breath for testing. Will you submit samples [snorts] of your breath? >> Oh, um >> I don't know. I think I should call someone. >> So, right now you >> should I really call someone >> right now you have a >> like my life >> I I understand. Um >> Oh, because like I was like >> I I understand. Um so I'll just I'll reread it again. Um but the main part >> No, I know. Like it said like if I was like to refuse >> Yes. Um, I don't know. Just don't know. Like I don't know like the law um for this part, but >> so I mean I kind of just read it out to you. Basically, if you uh refuse, you will be found guilty of a refusal and possibly driving while intoxicated. >> Okay. So, I'll just reread it again. Um, and then uh if you say anything here, I'll just read this to you. If uh the arrested person does not respond or gives any ambiguous or conditional answer short of an unequivocal yes, the police officer shall read the following, which I will say, "Your answer is not acceptable. The law requires that you submit samples of your breath for breath testing. If you do not answer or answer with anything other than yes, I will charge you with refusal." Now, I ask you again, will you submit the breath testing? If you like, I can read the whole thing over again um so you have a little bit better of an understanding of what's happening. Um, that being said, you're not, we can't technically force you >> to provide breath samples, >> but you will be charged for refusal. >> You'll be charged and then what happens? >> If you get charged with refusal, you're going to get a court date. I mean, you're going to have a court date regardless. Um, and then you're obviously more than welcome to fight it. I can't give you legal advice or anything of that nature. Um, I can't even tell you what happens beyond that. Um, but a refusal you will be found guilty of without a doubt. >> I don't know. Can I make a phone call? Is this like >> unfortunately? No. [laughter] >> I I I understand here. If you just want to have a seat, I'll read it again to you. >> No, no, I know. But um I I feel like I shouldn't answer anything like at this point cuz like I should probably like Wait, >> you're doing a good job. Like I'm >> No, I No, you're fine. I know. But like I feel like I I don't want to make you like nervous or anything. >> No, no, you're okay. I'm just going to So, basically what's happening right now and I'm going to give you one more chance to not take a refusal, >> but any answer other than a yes is going to be a refusal. You see what I'm saying? >> Okay. So, you're trying to make me take a breathalyzer test and then if not, >> yeah, you know, I'll wait. >> You'll wait. >> Yeah. >> So, there's no delay in the test. So you saying you'll wait means you're getting charged with a refusal. >> Any answer other than yes, you will be charged with a refusal to provide breath samples. >> I I don't know because like I just don't know anything about like >> I understand >> what happens like in this process. >> I mean I think I I want to call someone to be like hey what should we do? >> So like I so I'll reread this part because this is kind of where I think um you have no legal right to have an attorney, physician or anyone else present for the purpose of taking the breath samples. You have no legal right to refuse, to give, or delay giving samples to your breath. >> So, unfortunately, there's no phone calls to make right now. >> Um, there's no delay. It's either yes or no. >> Okay. >> I don't know. I'll think about it. >> Okay. So, I'm just going to read this one one more time and then unfortunately, I'm just going to have to charge you for refusal. >> Oh, no. It's okay. Like, you can charge me for like the refusal if you want. Like, I don't want to waste your time. >> I'm not You're not wasting my time. I'm saying this for you. Okay. So, if you don't want to provide breath samples, I'm just letting you know right now that you will be charged with refusal. >> Yeah. No, that's fine. >> Okay. All right. >> Just cuz like I don't know what's going on. Like I mean >> All right. >> All right. >> Thank [laughter] you. >> No, you too. It's okay. Like I feel like you're nervous and like your hands are shaking and everything and lack of sleep, all that good stuff. Um, if you just want to have a seat, we'll just get all this going and then, um, I guess if you're refusing, we don't really need to wait. We could start getting a ride set up for you to so you can get picked up. So, um, these officers are going to have questions for you. Just it's just for purposes. >> So, I just have a few questions, but if you want to take a seat and you can figure out a ride. >> I was going to say we won't he can get most of the information now if you'd like to give someone a call just so you can get picked up. Um, cuz you don't go to jail. There's no bail or anything. >> Go to jail. Please. No, you're not going to jail. >> Please say no to jail. I need I feel like I need like a break from life. >> No. No. I'm >> ready. Take. >> No. No jail for you. Uh, do you have your phone? Maybe just, you know, take a little moment to detox when you get home. Just a breather and then, you know, take the necessary steps that you need to. Um, >> but right now, we'll just start getting this paperwork done. The faster we can get you penned out and done here, we'll get you on your way to just a good night. >> Good job. I just want to let you know I feel like you're like >> it's okay. I feel like you're in training or something and like >> I'm one of the more senior officers on the ship. >> But you also feel like I mean >> I feel like you should come with more like you know questions for you. Okay. >> What is your phone number? >> Really like >> I'm so sorry. I just like felt like you really care about this music. >> I'm so sorry. [laughter] I'm so sorry. What's your uh what's your >> Wait, you're Wait, hold on. Are you senior to them? >> Yes. >> I'm sorry. >> That's all right. >> Like I'm a manager of like 15 people. So like >> it's okay. >> What's your phone number? >> This man. Okay, you should take an example from me. >> Do you have any nicknames? All right. Where >> is that it or no? >> More nicknames. >> No, no, I mean just just one's fine. So, just that one. >> I mean, there's more nicknames, but >> Okay. Um, what's your place of birth? Um, >> I already told him. I already told him. [laughter] I was like, "Please do not give him a hard time." They should follow your example. They should follow your example. Especially this one. >> Especially Especially this one. >> Why would I do? >> You just look rugged. >> Come on. No. >> Maybe he just [laughter] got here. >> But I know. But that's fine. Like he just got here so it feels like >> what's your what were you born? >> Um, >> what's your race? >> What do you think? >> That's enough for me to determine. >> What are the options? >> Asian, black, American, Asian, black, American, Indian, unknown, white, Native American, multiple races. Okay. So, it's none of those. >> What would you say? There's another one. >> Hispanic. >> It's Hispanic, non Hispanic or >> obviously. >> And then what would you consider your race? >> Asian, black, American, Indian or native, white, native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander, or multiple races? >> No, that's [ __ ] Um, what would you put like Hispanic under? Like I mean those things like don't even make sense. Like >> I actually have never been confronted with this. [laughter] >> That's above my pay grade. >> Native Hawaiian. I guess we put like I guess unknown. >> Unknown. How's that? That's a good choice. 541. Okay. Hair color. Black. [snorts] >> It's brown. Dark brown. Dark brown. We're going to go round. There's no dark brown. >> Wait, do you have like a >> complexion scale? >> No, we don't really have a scale. It's kind of more eye judgment. Are you single or married or divorced, separated? Um, do you have any tattoos or anything like that? >> What is it? >> Like what is the tattoo of >> I would say Chinese character and then I have it like down my back and then like on my ribs. Um, I'll just do Chinese character on ribs. So that's >> Yes. But um I also have attached on my ribs. >> Okay. It's more stuff that you can see like just with like wearing normal clothes. So just all right. Um sorry for me. All right. What's the [snorts] occupation of that? >> Oh, no. Yeah. I mean, like that's my side job. >> Okay. What's your What's your main official job? Yeah. >> Senior manager of operations. Um, do you know the address for your occupation or address? Is it Okay. >> What is that sweet? Maybe that's their >> mailer. Oh, this is I don't know. Josh, I need to figure out that phone number first. >> Back here. Come back here. Come back here. I need the phone number. >> Oh, no. He's making sure I don't mess up. Our actual the supervisor of the shift made sure I didn't mess up. But we're good. I got everything. >> You're the dude. Like, you're the guy >> giving me too much credit after calling me out for shaking. So, I appreciate it. >> I shake all the time just because like >> dysfunction. I think mine's a little easier. Someone just had too much caffe. >> Oh, okay. All right. Yeah. So, >> so what do I just switch over? >> Yeah, we'll get that um before we head out. I just I'll >> Yeah, send me the phone number for your employer. >> Okay. Try and find it. >> Just so you know, we don't reach out or anything like that. Um this is >> fine. I have to report this anyways like to my employer. So maybe fire. Oh, okay. So maybe overseas. Okay, thank you. >> You can take a seat and then I'll let you know if I have any other questions for you. Okay. Okay, >> I've got some for you. That's I think that's just all your insurance stuff. >> I have your other stuff here for another. >> So, I'll get that back to you before we go. >> Okay. >> Um, you can start wring that. I got a couple questions for you. >> Are there people in here? >> Uh, not in this area. No, just you and us. >> It's just everyone you saw. >> Yeah. Yeah, they don't get used too much, believe it or not. >> If you could slip out, I'd be impressed cuz these doors are hard to get out, even with the key to get out of them. >> Well, he's slipped out of >> That's a really good point. >> Thank you for being so delicate. That's why he's slipped out. >> That's all him. Oh, is he going to get in trouble because you're >> No, >> make him get in trouble. >> I don't like getting people in trouble. >> No, like you're the boss and he let me slip out of the handcuffs twice. >> I'll I'll have our supervisor know about that. >> So, I just have a couple questions for you. Um, so first is your So, a couple of these questions are going to be redundant, but your occupation. Um, what were you telling him it was? I'm sorry. >> Payment operations manager. >> Okay. Um, are you sick? >> I'm just I'm reading this off. Yes. >> I don't know. >> Okay. >> I just say that because like I recently had um I don't know if you know what >> so like now I'm like testing. >> I got I'm waiting for the results for that. So pending I guess. So hopefully hopefully the best happens. Um so would that mean currently you're under the care of a doctor? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Yes, I am. >> Uh do you know your doctor's name? >> And then also doctor >> who do you who do you see more recently? >> Uh okay. And uh do you know their first name? All right. Um, do you know the address by any chance? >> Um, he either goes to like three different addresses like he cuz Atlantic care basically. >> Okay. And there would be one up in um >> I do go there. >> Okay. If if that's where you usually go, I'll just look up that address. I'll get that one in. Um do you know do you know the date of your last visit? >> My doctor's appointment. >> Uh your last whoever the most recent doctor, >> my most recent doctor. Wait, should I do like um uh member and stuff like that, like pending the whole APBS type situation. >> Okay, so I'm gonna say, you know what? Let's just make this easy. Um, I'll do >> Okay, let's put this up. >> So, >> it should be right on the top if I'm not mistaken. >> Um, if you want to look it up, you can definitely double check. Doesn't hurt to cuz some of those papers are outdated but the word's all the same. >> I feel like Oh, the imaging was um just put the eth. >> Okay. >> I feel like the eth was like the Oh, I'm so sorry. >> You're fine. The imaging was >> um Do you know about what time it was? >> Um yes, it's actually in my calendar. >> I think 4:30. >> Okay. >> All right. And then are you taking any medicine right now? >> Yes, I am. >> And what would that be for? All right. And what is that for? >> Did you take those today? >> Oh, yeah. No, I take them on a daily basis. >> Yes. >> Um, and then your last dose, do you know what time? You said you took it today. Do you know what time? >> Yeah, I always take it in the morning. Like, um, I think it was like 8:30. >> Okay. Um, do you have diabetes? >> No. >> Okay. So, that probably means you do not take insulin. >> No, I do not. >> Okay. >> Are you injured? >> Maybe. >> My heart. >> Let's put Yes, I'm injured. >> I'm going to put you are uninjured. >> No, put I'm injured. I'm injured. I'm injured. I'm injured. I'm injured. and your heart >> please put yes. Okay, thank you. My heart. >> Are your injuries affecting you now? And if so, when how? >> Yes. um fragile. I'm very fragile emotional, mentally susceptible to um Oh, >> spelled it wrong. >> Oh my god, I cannot. >> I spelled it wrong. >> Does it not have like auto correct? >> No, these do not. >> I know, right? But very fragile and emotionally and emotional mentally um I don't know how would I say like >> unable or like >> I don't know >> mentally fragile. >> I'm fragile. I'm very fragile. I feel like I am. >> All right. So, this is the part where and I try my best not to shake, but I do have to read your your Miranda rights. >> It's okay. Like I I shake as well because of the medication. >> I trust I >> no really like I I do honestly like all the time. >> So, um this is a warning as to your rights. Before we ask you any questions, you must understand what your rights are. You have the right to remain silent. You have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice before we question you and to have them with you during questioning. If you cannot afford a lawyer and want one, a lawyer will be provided for you. If you decide to answer questions now without a lawyer present, you will still have the right to stop answering at any time until you talk to a lawyer. Anything you say may be used against you in a court of law. All right? And then this would be you uh your consent to speak. So it mean you've read this statement of your rights, you understand what they are, etc., etc. So I'll let you read that. Um, and then these are just going to be questions referencing what you had to drink tonight, how many, where, where it was. >> Oh, yeah. >> Um, and then time between each drink, when you ate last, all that stuff. All right. >> So, I have to tell you like how much >> ballpark it. You don't have to be 100% exact, but if you want to read it and you agree, um, you're more than welcome to and we'll get right through this. And then, uh, if you want >> be put in one of those cells. >> No. No. you I mean you can go in take a break from like >> if you want to go in one we can turn the lights on in there and put you in a >> sal wait why would we just turn the lights on and like try to >> because we got to monitor you make sure you're okay in there. >> No, I'm trying to like rest. Um so I would probably say um this morning when >> Oh, I'm sorry. So do you uh so you just basically have to agree that you're consenting to speak with me? But I can also like make a phone call and be like, [snorts] >> "If you want a phone call with someone, yes." Um, realistically speaking, we don't necessarily need to answer these questions. You're also more than welcome to just make the phone call. Um, you know, and just especially to, you know, help you get a ride. I know we're a little bit out of the way. >> Uh, and you are from, >> so I'm not too sure how any of your rides would be. >> Hi, boo. >> Can you hear me? >> I can. We can all hear you. >> Where are you? >> I'm on my way. I'm about a half hour away. Just tight. >> I am. >> Oh, right. We're still getting there. >> We're here. >> Are you okay? >> Yes, I am. So, apparently like I have to ask about No, they're asking me about >> You want me to explain it? >> Uh, sir, basically we're >> I'm sorry. Like my English is like >> we'reing Molina. her rights on um just her Miranda rights if she'd like to speak with us. Um basically just asking questions on what kind of alcohol drink she's had, time in between, how many were had. Uh >> no, Molina, you're not interested in answering any questions. >> Okay. And yeah, like I said, that's perfectly fine. Um she did just want to give you a call, so I'll put refuse and then we can you can put that >> Yeah, she's she's she's not going to have anything to say or answer any questions. Um, is she going to be free to leave tonight? >> Yes, absolutely. Yeah. Uh, actually, as second you get here, um, she's free to leave. We just have a little bit more paperwork to do, but if you're about 30 minutes out, it probably >> just about. >> Okay. About 30 minutes away. Molina, you have nothing else to say. >> Thank you very much, officer. I will be there in 30 minutes to take her home. >> All right, boo. I love you. >> I'm sorry. He's He's a lawyer. my boyfriend. >> But also, you guys could have said like, "No, she can't leave. She needs that. >> She needs to sleep." >> Busy day at work tomorrow. This is like awful. >> Okay, >> ma'am. While he does that, you can have a seat on the bench. Okay. >> What? >> You can have a seat on the bench while we do all our paperwork. >> Wait, is he your boss or you his boss? >> Yeah, I'm the supervisor. Can you see the best place to not stand over my while he's working? >> Yes, absolutely. >> Thanks, >> sir. I'm just like, >> do you need anything else? >> Let's see. >> Just check. Um, for the last drink location, same thing. Miranda writes and at this point just Did you rement? >> Yeah, >> he did. He did. >> He did a good job. >> So, Mike, what I would do? >> Yeah. Let's just go in there, do the refusal, just take off your radio and stuff. >> You just stay there. It's It's just procedural stuff we have to do with the machine. Refusing breaths. It's just easier to do it this way. Mine's tied through. >> I figured photograph. >> Don't think so. Thank you. >> Yeah. Yeah. Do the picture and then we'll just >> No, I wasn't like saying like no mustache, but I also do like your mustache, right? >> Uh, no for sure. All right, Molina, can you slide to the right side of the bench for me? I just have to take a picture real quick for our report. >> Wait, I should say that, right? Like this like a statement. I was arrested. >> Okay. >> Click on the right click on the box. >> Hey. Hi. >> I was arrested. >> Yes. >> Yeah. Absolutely. Um >> Yeah. >> Alicia's wedding. be okay. >> Yeah. No, I'm totally fine. Like just >> eyes. >> All right, Molina, just look right here for me real quick. >> Pull the phone down. I'll just >> All right. Look right here for me. Okay. And then turn your head. Face that wall. Just your just your head. Turn to the right. >> Perfect. Thank you. You can call back. No, you're good enough. That's it. That was just the tail. >> [snorts] >> You can sit over there on that one cuz there's someone about to come back and sit here. >> No, they're they're running in and out, so they're going to be taking a chair. Sorry. I'm just Can I stand right here? >> Yeah, that's fine. [snorts] All right. I want to go bathroom again. >> Yeah. Right. Yep. All right, go. >> Is that like a >> good there? >> It's got to stay open. Yeah, >> sure. That's fine. I'm not looking. [snorts] Okay. So, obviously Wait. So, what could happen? Like if I don't like >> It's just for safety. We just have to keep it open just so nobody's in there alone. You're always unaccompanied. >> [snorts] >> Sorry. >> I can grab your water. Just head back that way. Okay. Right over here. >> Not really. Um, are you going out? >> She asked her for water. >> She wants water. Yeah, >> I think there's a bottle in the uh in the interview room. >> I believe there's a bottle in the cabinet. >> No, no, you're staying here. You're just going to run and grab it for you. [snorts] >> Hm. >> Is it interview me? >> No. >> So, it's like a theater for like Oh my god. What uh what model is your car? >> So what? >> Four, right? Is that >> okay? That's just >> Oh, I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. >> I know you're >> just cross it open for This feels like Bible like paper. What? >> Uh, headlights off. >> 21st. >> Oh, for the date. Yeah. Uh, sorry. >> That's going to be your the court date that we're going to put on the ticket. >> [snorts] >> There it is. are 2248 [snorts] Okay. >> [snorts] >> Oh my god. Not to be mean, but >> what? >> No. Look at my hands. What's >> wrong with them? like the hands and things. >> That's probably because you were uh you kept yanking them off. >> I don't know. If I yank them off, it would be like up here. But just saying, >> well, they got to go all the way down. Is that >> uh yeah, I got to finish off. >> Okay. >> Sorry. >> You're okay. >> Make it like more difficult to make. >> No worries. >> Like I just think about it and like Good job. I'm going to get to the evidence storage. Uh, you can't get back there. >> I think I need to. >> It's a uh it's a little locked off in the area. >> So, I'm a fraud investigator. So I was like, "Oh, >> headlights. It's >> like 40, I think. Thanks. I'll get this. >> You're good. You know headlight required 46 headlight required 47. >> Okay. >> I mean just there. I was like I was like bored. No, this is like prior to like the investigation. >> I'm not judging. I was just a little confused. That's all. >> They're awfully confusing. The wording in it is not fun to read. >> No, it's not. Like I'm trying to get like my um CF investigator for online gaming sites. >> It's not easy. >> No, I can't imagine. Also, fraud is the hardest thing to investigate. >> I'm in front of risk. >> I got it. Yeah. I'll give it this one. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Are we good? Just after >> that's okay. I didn't know what it was. You want to copy the better? When you're right, you're right. Thank you for being very polite with us. By the way, most people aren't that nice. You're very nice. >> What do you mean? >> You'd be surprised. Most people, other than you slipping out of the cups a couple times, you're very good. That's his fault. I'll get yelled at for that. >> I have a tough job. So to get it Just make sure that on her sheep. That's her problem, right? Okay. So, this is uh your alcohol report form. We didn't do any tests. So, just that you refuse the alcohol tests. Um And then these are the summits we have uh for the evening. One is for failure to use your headlights required. That's just for not using the lights when you're driving at night. Um this one's for driving while intoxicated. Um that you refuse the chemical testing for. And then this one specifically is for the refusal to submit your chemical tests. All three have the same court date. Um they're all mandatory, but you don't have to go three times. It's only one time. It's uh October 6, 2025, 10 a.m. I outlined it in black before you see campus. Okay. All right. All right. You got to go there. Um I check mandatory too. So you have to go. Okay. What just >> was I the only person that was like napped or was >> nabed? I don't know. [laughter] Nabed or someone else like I don't see anybody here. >> You are the first. >> The first and only. Maybe not the only, but definitely first. >> Wait, first? I mean, it's midnight, so >> how much more >> Well, we're we're working for another long time. It's only halfway through >> 6 a.m. I used to do night shift like as a fraud investigator for I don't know if you guys ever heard of that but like it's like night shift is definitely the worst and the roughest. >> Yeah. I would do like every six weeks for like night shift, then mid shift, then morning shift. Just like destroyed the sleeping beird. There's so much paperwork for like one person. Like how is this even possible? It's like why? Sorry guys. Looking into right now. So, how long have you been with the police? Uh, three years now. >> What was the program like? Is it like >> I heard it was like very short. >> Uh, the academy is like nine months. Is it rigorous or is it >> just a lot of like physical like stuff like that classroom? Do you guys ever get like continuous education things? Like does like like does the state ever like say like oh my god like if you want to pursue a career in like law or like >> uh so like they'll have they'll have certain programs for classes like I'm going class at OC for like sign language. So like stuff like that, like they just have like little grants that they send you to, but like they're not going to like send you right away for like your full like associates or masters or anything like that, but they will they'll usually compensate you. >> Continuous education is very important. I go to the restroom. >> Restroom again. >> Oh my goodness. >> It's okay. >> Like I drink a lot of water. Like I'm very a lot. I mean, you'll hear it. I promise you. Yeah. Heat. All right. I don't know. I don't know what to call it. >> What was that? >> Oh, kind of depends. You got that paper down should be in this I gave her a paper already. >> Is that what you're talking about? >> Like I used to like I put in my time.
