What's good everybody? Welcome back to body cam vibes back with another body cam video that I'm going to react and discuss to today. Shout out to arrest cam for this video. Sorry if you guys really can't see me. It's kind of early in the morning. So I'm trying to get up and early and do these videos for y'all. So we ain't going to waste no time. Let's get into it. But always remember though united we stand, divided we fall. An officer with Broward County Sheriff's Office responded to a call in reference to a Spirit Airline employee needing assistance. According to the report, the employee wanted to deny boarding to two female passengers who were allegedly intoxicated and causing a disturbance. How you doing, sir? So this one just came up to me behind me actually put hands on me right now. But I it was completely like I had gone talk to your buddy over there Taylor and I told him that I had two possible happy hours that I probably going to deny boarding because they're being loud and disruptive. She was one of them. She just came up to me from behind me put hands on me. She said, Okay. Uh I'm probably not going to let them on the plane so I'm anticipating that it's going to be an issue cuz they were on the phone really loud yelling and cursing. You got two minutes. So it's the one that just came up here and the one that was sitting in front of her. But I think she must have gone to the restroom. Okay. Uh cuz her bag is right there. So there's two of them. This is one of them. That's her right there cuz she actually left her phone, passport and this boarding pass. She left it at TSA. TSA supervisor brought it to us. When she got up here to talk to us, she was like all loud and you know the flight's been delayed for hours and this is a bartender today you know all this stuff like I'm not going to have none of that. So I was just typing a message to operations when she came up behind me and she said you know is this the right gate? What time are they boarding? Uh plane just got here so it's going to be 10 minutes for cleaning 5 minutes for cleaning something like that. About 15 20 minutes we'll probably start boarding. Okay. I'm anticipating not letting them on the plane and then getting really mad. So that's the reason why I spoke to this lady. I think we got more deputies coming here once they get here. Okay. Just I'm going to say to wait until you guys stop boarding. Okay. Pretty much make contact with the guy. That sounds great. I appreciate I'm not I'm not I'm not I'm because what's going to happen is they're going to get on the plane and then five minutes later they're going to call me to get them off. And that just takes a Right. Yes because they were intoxicated like They're being really loud and I'm not chasing people. Actually we're looking at them like you know recorded them. And just have them calmly refuse them and then escort them. Talk to them? Tell them hey you guys can't fly and then we escort them. All right. I want to pause right here real quick. You know I used to do my mid pause. Now I don't like keep pausing. But anyway that's what the guy with the uh the worker said. He said they're going to get on the plane I'm going to have to get them off. That's my whole point about why they serve liquor in the airports alcohol in airports. Cuz they get on there and then they serve it on the plane. We'll get back into that later. Let's just finish. Wonderful world class people. They've got our name How are you? Can I see your boarding pass, ma'am? You definitely see my boarding pass right here. Uh I'm going to need to see that whole boarding pass. Right here. Okay. What's your name? Serena. I need to take a photo of this. Are you going to miss your flight? A photo of what? >> boarding pass. Why? Cuz I need to have your boarding pass. That's fine. Whatever you need to do. Have you had any drinks prior to today? Somebody No. You haven't? I just saw you with a drink in your hand. Are you with them? That was fruit punch. Is there a problem? No, we're not. As you can see my boarding pass This man So excuse me. What's your name? Serena. So you're denying them, right? The girls that I was with I just met these girls at the airport. Hey. Listen. What's your first name? Serena. Step over here so we can talk quick. I'll explain to you what's going on. So I'll explain to you what's going So at this time I'm letting you know you're in violation of the contract of carriage and because you have two people with you this is why you're >> Because you are intoxicated >> you a question. Okay. Don't get loud with me. I asked a question. Okay. Can you explain it? I'm being denied boarding. That's fine. Give me my boarding pass and I will let them explain that to me. I don't What? What's what Why am I being denied boarding? Do you have any explanation? I'm asking right now. I don't want to move until I understand why I'm moving. As of right now it's just because they they believe that you're intoxicated so they are denying So they feel like I'm intoxicated? So I will call an Uber to go home. You don't want me to go to Atlanta? It's Atlanta. Don't push me. Please don't push me. I can walk on my own. I'm going to give you 5 seconds to walk. More fake ass booties and stuff they had. You're mad because I don't want to get on the flight? Is it bigger than that? Because if it is then just say that. No no no no no. I'm Let's go. I'm asking to communicate. You're telling me not to communicate? Let's go. Let's walk. Let's walk. I'm going to get a refund? Yeah. IS THERE LIKE A WARRANT OUT FOR MY arrest or something? Because if that's the case because you can arrest me right now. I'm not worried about that. Thank you. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Let Yeah. Give Give her what she want then. That's right. No. No. Now you're going to jail. Let's go. Let's go. No. That's because What's the problem with communicating with the It's a problem with communicating. It should not be a problem with communicating. Oh. Now you got to figure it out. Oh Jesus bless these people. Why are you pulling on me? Please do not tug on me. Can you explain to me what's going on? I'm listening. Gave you chances to walk out. Uh-huh. You wouldn't walk out. Uh-huh. You're in disorderly Okay. and intoxicated. Okay. So now what? Now you're going to jail. Oh okay. >> Simple as that. If that's the worst What the Because I'm being disorderly conduct inside of an airport. >> Intoxicated. Because I spoke too loud inside of an airport. Make it make sense. Uh the flight that I paid for. The money that I spent to be at this airport. But I'm being arrested because I didn't act the way you guys wanted me to act. It's fine. Yeah. Use this as content as you need. Because it's [ __ ] up. Yes you This is what you wanted. You guys stood there and you saw me buy another drink and you never stopped it or said anything about the laws and terms and conditions or whatever the [ __ ] it was. This is crazy now. I don't care and I can walk on my own. You don't have to hold me so tight. That's the [ __ ] problem. Uh it's Now now I'm your responsibility. BUT I WAS NOT YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN YOU STOOD there an hour before you arrested me AND YOU STOOD THERE AND watched me buy a drink. You stood there and watched me buy another drink on top OF THAT. WHY AM I BEING SO LOUD? BECAUSE YOU WERE LOUD WHEN YOU arrested me IN FRONT OF ALL THE PASSENGERS THAT I BOUGHT A FLIGHT TO GET ON. DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT? AND THAT'S WHY I'M GOING TO JAIL BECAUSE I BOUGHT A TICKET TO GET ON A FLIGHT WITH OTHER PASSENGERS. THAT'S WHY. MAKE IT make sense what you just said. Make it make sense. I'm sorry y'all. I can't take all that that loud talking and [ __ ] man. Let's Let's get to it. Disconnect the call from my friend. No. You're being You're being a [ __ ] [ __ ] You eat You disconnected the call from me and my best friend. The only person that's going to help me. The only person that's going to help me. Can you hold her? No no. Turn around. Why did you hang up my phone call? Why did you hang up my phone call? Stop pushing me. Stop pushing me. Let him touch me. Let them touch me. No. I don't want him I don't want him to touch me. No. He's been extra pressure. I don't want him No. No. I do not. I do not. I do not. I just don't like the way he's pressuring me and he hung up the phone on my best friend. The only person that I have that can possibly bond me out. He's trying to prove a point. I don't know. I do not. What is my charge again, officer? I'm not arresting you. I'm transporting. Oh. You're transporting. Can you tell me what the what the charge is? I won't tell you. Cuz you can't tell me? No. I can't. Okay. Fine. Can you open the door? During the search incident to arrest, officers discovered oxycodone and Xanax. The suspect was ultimately charged with possession of oxycodone, possession of alprazolam and disorderly intoxication. She was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for time served and 18 months of probation. She was also ordered to pay $1,297.90 in costs and fines. If you like this video My my my. So I was about to go off about her being drunk and she got other things going on. The oxycodone and and all the other stuff that you see right there. All them words I own. I'm a I'm a college educated man, but some words I still be like, "Huh? Alpha what?" Um, but I can't get on to the I can't get on her about those other drugs, but I'mma get on them about about this drinking in the airport. And that's some that's something I don't understand. Help Make Make it make sense like she said. Y'all explain something to me. Okay. Some of the laws are so stupid. It sounds stupid. I think the people who made the laws just wanted every T crossed and every I dotted because in their mind they just came up with anything. I I heard a girl say there's a law that you can't Now, I may be making this up now. I forgot how she said it. She said there are laws that you can't cross the street at a certain time. I don't know what it something she said like that, but I know it's some weird law. But they'll tell you that you uh charged with public intoxication. But they serve alcohol in the public. So, of course you could be a little tipsy or drunk in public. Do Do y'all get what I'm saying? Oh, you charged with a public intoxication. But y'all serve alcohol in the public. And I was kind of I was kind of sitting here with what she was saying. Y'all saw me getting alcohol blah blah blah. They ain't That's not their responsibility to tell you not to buy no alcohol and get drunk. But at the same time I know what she's saying like y'all just y'all waiting on me to get drunk and act a fool to to come to come say something. But it's not their responsibility. That responsibility's on them. On on the person themselves. And the airports. That's why I say everything is about money. And I don't want to hear no comments. No, it's not about the airport serving alcohol. It's about the person can't handle them. What do you think alcohol does to you? It's going to either get you tipsy or it's going to get you drunk as hell. You know what I'm saying? And some people like me I could drink a little bit and I'm drunk and tipsy. So, I'm not a drinker. So we not supposed to know how a person going to handle it. That's why you should not serve it. It should not be alcohol served in no airport. Then they serve it on the plane. Then wonder why the person get drunk and they have to throw them off the plane. Stop Stop that. They're not at a bar. Go to a bar and do that [ __ ] I don't understand why they serve it at the airport. Then get mad and they have to call the police when the person can't handle it and get drunk. Like the girl said, make that make sense. I don't I don't I don't understand the whole concept of that. I don't understand the concept. We live in a money world. It's all about greed. The airport already rich as hell. And they going to serve they going to Oh, somebody going to come in here. Let me get this stand right here to make some more money and get these people drunk before they go on the plane so they can act a damn fool. That just don't make no sense to me. But at the same time you know what you can handle, young lady. You don't need mixing all that stuff with drugs and alcohol. You know you can't handle it. And they loud and they tired. I can't stand it, man. I'm sorry if I y'all got mad at me about fast forwarding. I can't stand that whining. Like like It's stupid to me, man. I ain't really got too much to say about this. You just a a drunk. Now, let me be quiet. Thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love supporting this channel right here. Um, how do y'all feel about that? I want y'all to know I want to come to the comments. Do y'all feel like they should serve alcohol in the at the airport or on the plane? How do y'all really feel about that? Y'all let me know. Even if y'all disagree with me. Say, "Hey, man. I want I want to I want to get a little tipsy. I want to get I want to have a little drink. Might calm me down." I heard some people say drinking calms them down. Um, for the plane ride. I get it. I still don't think they should serve it. If they're going to serve it at least do it on the plane. Because you'll be going to your destination then and then by the time you get a little drunk you'll be almost there at least. But not at the airport. They shouldn't be They shouldn't be getting drunk at no airport. I just I just It's too much waiting time and they getting on the the plane acting a fool. Y'all come to the comments and let us let me know what you think about that. Thank y'all for the love supporting this channel. Thank y'all for being here. We almost at We'll be at 9K.
