So he's still right there and then the girl pushed him into all that like assaulted him on the ground. >> Okay, so talk to me out here. Don't mom's going to try to talk to you guys. So, walk me through the very beginning the second that either she got home or when this all started. Walk me through. >> She got home. Omi ran to the door to Can you talk to my partner? here. He's not moving." >> Yeah. So, >> well, no, he really wasn't in the way. She was just scared to open the door because he kne she knew that he was trying to come in. So, he wasn't in the way. >> Then, okay, we're telling him like, "Let's go. Let's come on. Let's back away." Like, "No, no, no." Then that's when she came. She was like, she got on the phone with her granddad, went to the car and was like, "I need you to I need you to come over here cuz I'm going to go to jail." Like, I'm basically I'm going to hurt my son. Like, okay. >> Then we're like I'm like, "Wow." Like, that's just that's just crazy. Then she comes up to us. She comes up to us. She's like the property. I need to get off my property now. She's in her face. At this point, >> we were we were right here by her in the garage. >> She was in the garage. >> She's like, "I need y'all to get out. Get out of my property." Now, me personally, I respect given when respect is, you know, when I'm getting the same respect. You're not respecting. You're coming in my face. You're putting your hand in my face saying you're going to beat you going to beat our ass. I I don't know. She thought I was going to say, "Yes, ma'am. I'm going to get off your property." That's not what I said. I'm not going to lie. That's not what I What' you say? >> I was telling her I'm like I'm as I'm backing up off her property. I'm like you're not talking to me. He falls on the ground. >> So, did you make any any threats, any statements against the mom at all? Anything like >> I told her I would get my mom on her. >> Okay. All right. So assault right is uh would be making any ver any verbal and again not verb not verbatim I can look it up and give you the exact statue right >> but assault is making any threats causing harm to anybody right >> and so you you telling me your mom right >> I would be assault in that matter >> that would be assault after she told me she's on she's on the phone either with the police or she's on the phone with somebody saying I'm going to beat the these girls so of course I'm going yes she said that she >> so you made that statement before or after >> after she said that. You know how friends try to have your back >> and they probably got in a confrontation at some point. She pushed him down the stairs for whatever reason. >> I don't know why whoever got this video didn't go and get the video where the the the the the >> recording because I'm pretty sure when somebody says you have something on on the phone, the police make sure they try to get it as evidence. So, there was a part two, >> not talking against any of the channels, but I love a thorough channel that will go and get the other parts of the video so that it will make sense to tell a complete story >> so that we're not just seeing two minutes of entertainment >> of somebody getting arrested and we don't know why.
